Cool to see you grinding for espresso before people even order, so you can get drinks prepared even quicker. Also shows how massive the espresso based drinks market is there. How many filter/batch brews do you sell compared to espresso drinks?
Yes, a lot of them are our daily customers so most of the time I already knew what they're going to order. Plus grinding beforehand saves you at least 3-4 seconds which kinda matters in a rush hour :) We don't really sell that much filter.. We'd probably only two batches in general, three batches max.. 1 batch = 1 Lt = 60gr

Laura, after the powdered coffee is filled in the green container, everytime why do you remove the top part with a spoon and put it in another bowl? I have seen in other videos too.
how can you inventory all of that. Im a barista too . but its too hard after closing . I just have old machine with 1 steamer 😭 . not like you can manage all customer for 1 time . you're really amazing . I can't do like you .

Hi 김준영 , First of all, thank you for watching :) I'm not so sure with what you mean by 'steam pitcher' machine.. But the machine that I use in the cafe is Synesso MVP Hydra, it's an espresso machine with the built in steamer as well.. Hope this answers your question :)
