Second time around 20 years later I'm studying plant sciences. Can't really be political when you're studying the parts of a plant.

Unless it was under the rules and regulations on television such as if it was for entertainment and not educational ( certain exceptions dual apply) / news. it is from a quote yes. However rules regarding to professionalism forbid people to use racial slurs on public television if it's not meant for entertainment and certain exceptions with education
