Thank you for your work! You are talking directly to us in this deep chronic pain, we are listening, bless you for caring
I love Nicole's work and Nicole. "I hate being a Mother" to any Mother struggling with TMS - Hello !! "and I thought very deep down it - having children of my own- was going to heal all of the pain of my childhood. " how many of us is this true for . Thank U Nicole .
Great interview Dr. Stracks and Nicole. Nicole thank you for sharing your expertise and your heart/passion✊🏽☀️💝
Great story tellers and openness, Ty!
So grateful Dr Stracks pressed Nichole at the end to acknowledge that all people don’t have miraculous healings right after starting journaling as she initially testified to having had herself, and that even she continues to have pain periodically as do the founders of Curable app according to app podcasts. It’s important to be honest in promoting pain mgmt techniques to patients in order to have credibility
Agreed. And important for patient recovery process. Idea of 'perfect and complete' recovery can be dangerous. No false hopes please.
In curable groups & in Alan Gordon’s book ‘The Way Out’ .. they talk often of flare-ups. They happen & we have tools /techniques to deal with them ❣️
Thank you thank you - such gratitude
Thanks guys. Great conversation
So encouraging.
I read a book called “ The Artist Way” years back . A very similar practice in journaling is recommended.
best episode
I have been suffering for 5 years with nerve pain from Shingles. I now have wide spread pain all over. Nothing is visibly wrong but I am in pain. Would love help!
