Rebecca Tolin (panelist) is a mind-body practitioner, teacher, and writer who helps people recover from chronic fatigue, pain, and post-viral syndromes like Long Covid and ME/CFS. Rebecca comes to this field through her own 13-year saga with chronic fatigue syndrome. After seeing 50 clinicians, Rebecca finally recovered after discovering Dr. Schubiner's work. She has since developed the Be Your Own Medicine course, which guides people with mind-body symptoms through the steps to recovery. Rebecca recently consulted on a pilot study with Harvard Medical School showing that long Covid patients improved significantly with a mind-body approach. She shares healing stories and science on her blog and RUclips channel. www.rebeccatolin.com

Thank You. I have suffered from CFS for several years, as well as chronic pain later after CFS started. I became aware of MBS through the work of Dr Schubiner and others a couple of years ago, but always asking (or looking to answer) the links between MBS/PPT and CFS. I mean, the pain sucks obviously, but I want to address the CFS as I feel it is the root. Rebecca and Kent...you have done such a great job here of putting things into perspective on this for me as well as providing specific practical guidance and suggestions. Huge gratitude.
