It sounds like you are having a classic reaction to the deadly poison in the liquid reagent of the Binax Now Covid-19 take home test. The CDC website tells us that the reagent, Sodium Azide, kills us in the same manner as does cyanide. You have the exact symptoms of exposure to the fumes from this test, which also include severe weakness, breathing problems, no energy, severe headaches, anger, brain fog, depression, poor sleep, and just feeling horrible. Hundreds of millions of these test kits have been sent out to homes in the U.S. Welcome to the club.
Most symptoms go away by changing your dieet to low histamine and fasting and taking Tulsi Milkthistle Woodworm soursop moringa vit d Nac and charcoal. I started with omad, low histamine no sugar and processed food. Now three months later the gut and stomach dont hurt anymore. Naussea is gone. After two days i felt better with brainfog and sleep very good. When i eat something bad now i get the panic attacks and depression. it is a puzzle 😂😂. Toxic human stress brought me in a new crash. Avoid them too. 😂😂 I use a diffuser with pure rose oil and helichrysum to be relaxed. Tulsi also calms the nerves. The oils didnt restore my smell yet unfortunaly. I have the Visible app now too for pacing. Also a good tool. When i have legcramps and could not walk for days i use charcoal. I dont know why it works. I was so desperate i tried a lot. Maybe it was toxic in my muscle? Never came back. So i am good with it. 😂😂 Good luck on your journey.
Totally have the same things. I'm dealing with this for exactly 2 years now. Can't work, have to sell my house now. Not sure what I'll be doing. People say, just push through it, not realizing when you do this, you double your time in bed and brain fog.
oh no, I’m sorry you have having such a hard time. This illness can be so tough to deal with and people don’t always realise how it impacts every part of your life
@zigspik try LDN I swear to god its been a miracle for me I know everyone is not the same but I was basically bed ridden for 1.5years and now I'm going back to work on the 1st if September 🥹
My son's wellness doctor also prescribed NAC 600 [pure encapsulations],Methyl-balance [Klaire labs], antihistamines [zyrtec], and florassist balance[Life Extension]. LDN .5 and raised every two weeks until 2.5. My son got covid several times but not the shot. This doctor said to ALWAYS treat covid with an antibiotic, do not think you will build an immunity to it. This was created in a lab, and you will not beat it.This creates inflammation, so a low histamine diet was also suggested. We went off red meat, pork, wheat, and dairy, and went to plant based. Also, dairy and gluten free.He is doing great now. Once in a while, he gets a little dizzy. We also found out he had hasimotos during this. The virus, long covid attacks the thyroid first because of the ACE2. Symptoms are the same. It has been a year and a long battle. He got myocardits in April 2023 from so many covid infections that went untreated, they think. The hospital ran a bunch of viruses test and found nothing.
I had exactly same issues with long covid. I also had a bad headache for a year. MRI showed white matter damage. I did many many things to get back to health. Eventually a course of ivermectin and hydroxichloroquine helped get me over the hump. Focus on gut biome was useful. Curcumin, B3, etc. Fortunate to b a stay at home mom with good prior health, physically active my whole life, & with financial resources. Homeschooling & gardening became difficult where before they were my passions. The scary thing is I got covid again in dec and weeks after , I started noticing mild long covid symptoms again. This spike is going to kill so many.
Thank you so much, Casey. I'm 83 and developed Covid...a mild case the first of March, '24. Around the first of May I developed extreme fatigue (I'd been walking 2 miles per day since a heart attack a year ago) and have been sleeping 10 hours/night plus a couple of two hour naps daily. And definitely brain fog..difficulty making decisions and no motivation. I've been watching medical discussions, but they were so technical and honestly offered little hope. Deep down I KNEW that alternative treatment was available somewhere and you have experienced this. I will talk to my cardiologist before starting 5-HTP etc., but just know that you have given me HOPE and I am so very grateful 💖
I’m same. Had mild case Nov 23 I’m 75. Had physical after & was ok. Then traveled a lot & out of state move. Still such fatigue palpitations & gut issues. I know I’m 75 but I was sooo energetic before.
@@georgiayoung9124 sorry you are still struggling, it can be so frustrating when you were so energetic prior to the illness. Fingers crossed things improve for you soon
I have all the symptoms and have been feeling hopeless, I am having trouble with my thyroid, I am very tired, but have hard getting to sleep at night. Thank you for sharing, this is very important for me to know now, that I’m not alone or crazy!!!
Sorry to hear that you are struggling. Thyroid issues can make the exhaustion so much worse so hopefully when you are able to get your thyroid levels stabilised things will improve a bit 😊
This is exactly what I have gone through the past couple of years. It was horrific and no one could help me. I have gotten better over time but I am only 90%. I still have post exertional malaise and a bit of anxiety. I am going to try your protocol to see if I can get to my old self. I miss running and cycling. I got to where I couldn’t even pick up my small children and carry them. I couldn’t even cut my grass.
At 78 I have experienced all these following COVID . Your experience has been so helpful on understanding what the majority denied in the medical world and in government . Only now has it been accepted and fortunately some experts have both revealed and advised what you and I have experienced . Thank you so much and may your recovery continue .
I have a lot of empathy for you. I too felt helpless, the Drs just didn’t know how bad I felt, or what to do with me, I literally felt like I was drowning and no one couldn’t help me. Looking back if it wasn’t for my young kids, I probably would’ve killed myself. I struggled through for 6 months, starting to give my possessions away, writing future birthday cards for the kids, but also doing lots of online research. I took high dose Vit D3 with k2, and drank plenty of water. Covid also tore through my iron supplies leaving me with anemia, so I took iron and Vit c. I cut all sugars, caffeine and alcohol and my tachycardia and POTS started to improve. This was all in 2020/21, and I can now say that I’m 90% better, and my mental health is much improved. I’ve learned to accept that this is my new normal, and I can work and function, with no more brain fog, one of my most difficult of symptoms. If I walk for too long, I do still feel a bit breathless, but not a fraction of what I was, and the crippling fatigue is now very infrequent. So as long as I don’t push myself, I can live a relatively normal life, so there is light at the end of the tunnel, it’s just a waiting game. Be kind to yourself, don’t rush things, let your body heal itself, accept it. I do wish everyone a speedy recovery ❤️🩹
@@jbug884 Thank you for sharing your journey! Mine has been with me for years and the neurological side of getting out of the house and living and walking to lose the weight Ive Gained, seems as though its a huge mountain ahead of me down the road and I’ve already given up because I’ll never be able to even get halfway up that mountain. So at my age early 60s I should be doing so much that my boys have grown and have a family of their own. I am here alone most of the days as my husband continues to work his regular job, I have no friends no family no neighbors. It’s just me and all I do is think I’ve tried all kinds of things I have found across RUclips and it books been researching it literally for several years now and I have tried everything I can think of all the medical testing did no good at all! I too have given away most of the things that I have that are just not important. They’re decorations and photos from family and of generations before me. I donated many things. A lot of things have gone in the garbage. I’ve already thought about writing something out for my family to read when I finally am gone for good and it will give them something to maybe help them understand what I went through. But like they say in many situations, unless you’ve been there, you will never understand what it feels like only those who have been in such bad shape know for certain, the chain of events in their lives that led to that point where you feel that there is no return! God bless you. I wish you well and hope that you continue to improve. You were on the right track. You caught it early enough and you knew more than I knew so continue on the road. I wish you well. ✌️🙏
I’m sorry you have been through such a difficult time. It is so frustrating when doctors have no answers. Well done to persevering and finding some strategies that worked for you. It’s amazing you are now 90% better !!! I hope things continue to improve for you 😊
Try oil of oregano capsules. I felt as if I were drowning for about three years of long covid. I spent 40+ hours of research trying to help my lungs improve. This healed my lungs in less than three weeks. The brand does matter! I use only American Herb and Spice. Please read up about this amazing oil. I tell everyone who will listen to me about it. God bless you.
Choline is also a methyl doner. Undermethylated people will have a wide variety of issues including fatigue , depression and low serotonin. Anyone with the mthfr gene is at risk of low methylation. Choline and Tmg are excellent additional methyl doners. Eggs are a great source of choline.
@@rangerdoc1029 thats unfortunate...10% of mthfr people will not respond well to b vits, especially folate. The extra folate seems to trigger yet another gene that increases the rate of clearance of serotonin from the brain which can exacerbate depression or anxiety. Have you tried choline and Tmg to raise your methylation status? Agmatine ...an amino acid , haa been shown to cure depression in as little as three days. It puts a blanket on my racing thoughts...but again, it depends on the genetics of the person. I gave a friend some agmatine to try and it made her jittery. It can increase epinephrine in the brain and if you are already a high adrenaline person it will make it worse. I suspected she also had the COMT genes. It results in poor clearance of epinephrine and dopamine from the brain. Its called the " warrier or worrier gene" depending on what combo you have. These people are wired but tired. Are you on a ketogenic diet? A ketogenic diet is now proven to cure depression, anxiety, bi polar disorders and even schizophrenia. It rebuilds mitochondria by 400% and reduces oxidative stress and immune reactions in the brain. 2 good books are " Brain Energy" by Dr Chris Palmer and " Nutrient Power" by Dr William Walsh. There are many causes of depresssion and you almost have to become your own naturopath to find the solution. Carbohydrates and suger are the brains enemy because they result in oxidative stress in the brain and insulin resistence. Anything that lowers this stress...like a keto or carnivore diet...omega 3s, various supplements amino acids will help. Exercise will also help by increasing BDNF. Good luck.

3 years? Me too - and am still suffering. Thyroid issues, nerve damage and heart issues. Depression like nothing on earth. Tried loads of things and nothing has worked. Nothing. I’ve realised I’m gonna be like this always.
I am suffering from these kinds of symptoms from 3 plus years and now i am dealing with extreme fatigue..... O, my God! Finally I found a software engineer, who suffers from long COVID! I am also software engineer and have been living with LC since march 2021. I can't be back to half time work with great symptoms management, which my neurologist prescribed me. All the best to you! Thanks a lot for sharing:)
I'm also a software engineer with long covid, only cognitive symptoms though. Currently working half time, but lowered my velocity to 1/4th. Doing more senior stuff and trying to rely on others instead of doing it myself. I'm not doing great but ok, kind of.
Thank you for explaining my last almost three years so perfectly. I hear all you’ve explained. Thats been me and more things keep coming up even now. I keep hoping all of this will eventually go away rather than accumulate
I too experienced some symptoms but not to your extent sorry to hear you guys going through these symptoms and complications. I’m currently gonna try NAC and a 5 day fast.
Would be very helpful to know the amounts of each supplement you took. It could serve as a baseline for me in getting started on the program. Any info greatly appreciated.
@@CaseyGoodhewI'm a lot better but I'm still lingering around like 5:00 not bedridden anymore I'm about 30 months now in the mornings is when I can do a lot it's when it starts later in the afternoon no matter what 2:00 5:00 maybe till 6:00 and when it starts like 10:00 is when I have all this energy again it's weird from 2:00 and 5:00 to 6:00 I managed my symptoms but they're there so I don't know
this is such a great video, thank you so much Casey. I related so hard to what you said about how hard LC is. I was a long distance triathlete pre covid, and spent months crying about the loss of my sport. ACT helped me a lot as well, and find a purpose again. I'm learning how to find other ways to experience the happiness my sport gave me. It's tough and sometimes still hard, sometimes still easy, but is the road we need to walk to get to the other side of this, I think. Knowing we found a way through such an incredibly hard time is a pretty great feeling as well .. maybe better than how I felt when I reached my half marathon goal time? haha
I think sometimes people don’t realise the mental health aspect of this illness can be just as difficult to deal with as the physical symptoms. I can imagine loosing your sport was really tough but it sounds like you have been finding other ways to give yourself purpose and happiness, which is great. Fingers crossed one day you will be able to do a half marathon again 🤞
Your story is very similar to mine. Also in IT and was an endurance athlete (ultramarathoner). Covid in sept 2021, I still pace all my physical, mental, and emotional activities. Keep up the fight brother
I caught covid in March 2020, never recovered fully. The worst symptoms for me are fatigue and brain fog/memory loss. I had great memory, clarity of thought, and excellent comprehension. Now I forget easily, have confusion over information I knew easily, get frequent headaches, and struggle with reading. Covid damaged me and I will never be the same. Life is miserable.
Hey, memory loss was also one of my most frightening symptoms, I also had struggles finding words, and even writing a simple e-mail was a challenge sometimes. For me it was a balanced keto diet that made this symptoms disappear, and they never came back. I felt an improvement after one week and continued the diet five more weeks. So perhaps it's worth a try? Niacin (with flush) improved my brain fog. Don't give up. I've been having LC since February 2020 but I feel much better meanwhile. There are so many helpful channels on RUclips meanwhile where you can find information and recovery stories.
@@JuGren that is really interesting about the keto diet. I have heard it can be good for brain related issues. What’s your diet like now? Have you had to stay fairly low carb?
@@livingwithmecfs After keto, I stayed low carb for a while, but then returned to a "normal" healthy diet with a lot of fibres and daily raw fermented food for the microbiom. I eat practically everything but I still avoid sugar, alcohol etc (luckily you lose your appetite for sugar during keto, so it's not difficult). I repeated the keto diet this spring, but for only about 10 days, just in case ;) And yes, I heared that a lot of other people (not all) with LC profit from keto, especially for 🧠 related issues. I had nothing to lose, so I tried, and I won my brain back! Other things that helped: - anti histamines (a mix of H1& H2) - low dose naltrexon - niacine (flush) - Rhodiola and Glycine (for the stress) - high dosages of vit D, vit B12, magnésium - healthy sleep ( in the beginning with the help of high dosages of melatonin) - breathwork for calming the nervous system - listening to my remaining symptoms instead of fighting them (meanwhile I consider them as a helpful guideline for healthy/unhealthy behaviour) It's indeed a very insightful process.
@@livingwithmecfs No, I am back to a normal healthy diet. I eat practically everything, plus a lot of fibres and raw fermented food for the microbiom. I just try to avoid sugar, alcohol and all the other obviously bad stuff :)
I'm concerned about the profit motive of pharmaceutical companies that produces vaccines. I don't want to support an industry that prioritizes profits over people's lives.
@elmerhernandez3780we were not unprepared for a pandemic. The majority were sabotaged by the decisions made by their own governments who decided to do the exact opposite of anything rational for 2+ years. What you witnessed was a controlled demolition which was used to restructure society and bring about rapid changes under the guise of safety and emergency preparedness. This happens continually throughout history and has happened multiple times in our lifetime already - I don't understand why there are still many of you who are repeating main stream talking points. The only certainty is that we were all lied to about everything that happened with whatever Covid was. There are only so many mistakes that can be logically dismissed as incompetence, before one must confront the fact that corruption is at the core of a situation.
Myself, wife who was born with a heart condition and 2 daughters in their early 20s never had any of the jabs or wore masks etc, covid was never an issue, several of my friends and family that did take the jabs now have heart and other health issues requiring ongoing treatment and 3 of them hospitalised with blood clots, they also complain of constantly getting colds and other viruses, also 2 people in my village had heart attacks within a few weeks of first jab, both under 50 years old. My reason for not getting the jabs is something just didn't sit right with me after a few weeks into the so called pandemic, could see most of it was propaganda to create the fear for compliance....
I don't doubt your personal observations about the jab however want to note that the dangers of covid are far worse than the dangers of vaccination. We each have to weigh our risks in life though. Also for people who have long covid, getting vaccinated helps 60% BUT worsens the symptoms for 20% of those who have long covid. I don't know if Dr. Daniel Griffin talks about getting vaccinated for prevention in this video although he regularly references evidence about covid vaccinations helping reduce risk of illness from covid - but he has quite a bit of info on dealing with long Covid at the end. ruclips.net/video/MPJsAUknHaI/видео.html
What your saying is anecdotal. I didn‘t get a single jab yet have had long covid since Christmas last year. Had it early 2022 as well with no problems. Most of the people I know who have it are UNVACCINATED. I also don’t know many people with problems from the jabs despite living in Austria where it was mandatory. Ofcourse there are some but I believe more who developed long covid than post vaccination syndrome
Thanks for sharing. I noticed with myself that when I don't feel well I tend to forget a healthy diet and maybe eating comfort food hinders my recovery. Anyway I beat long covid in 2020 but seem to have gotten it again so I will listening to your advice and hopefully recovery will be quicker this time.
I started with LC in February 2020 (at that time they were strange symptoms that had no explanation. Numbness, fatigue, palpitations, hamburgers smelled like rotten meat etc...doctors had no idea. My symptoms in all these years have become milder, and some come and go, smoke smell, palpitations, I get tired if I climb 2 flights of stairs, I had hair loss last year. So I can say you do get better, and are able to function if you take some minimal precautions. My advice though is to PLEASE don't even think about pushing yourself with exercise because that will set you back months or years if you do. As soon as you feel 1/16 of an inch tired. STOP. If you just insist well you're gonna go back to square 1.
Man I feel your pain.I've been going through all of this for 3 years now...though I've taken steps(vitamins).I think they've helped definitely.Targeted vitamins.Mainly for my cell health.I still experience real anxiety sometimes.Yesterday I had to go to the urgent care place cause I though I might be infected again with what was going on.I was negative.Sorry about what you're experiencing. It's real.
this is great, thanks for sharing. I've been taking 5-htp for a while, and I think it corresponded with an improvement in my mood and sleep, but not really a change in physical energy. I agree that acceptance is a crucial step in the recovery process. Would you say that it was important to get your pacing sorted before you found the serotonin supplement changes? I have a suspicion that the supplements' benefits might not have stuck if you weren't so good at pacing when you started them. I suspect that I haven't been pacing well enough, going over 50% too frequently, but I also just started ADHD medication so I'm trying to adjust to that too. It might make it a little too easy to over do it. I'm hoping to take a neurotransmitter test soon, and will definitely ask my doctor about adding l-tyrosine, since people with ADHD often have low dopamine.
Pacing helps and I still rely on it (although not as much as before). I still get wiped out and need to recover, but the cycle is much shorter now. My biggest contributor is sleep, and I've completely cut alcohol out of my life. I found that even one drink gives me a two day hangover.
@@CaseyGoodhew Yes, I'm finding sleep to be really important too. I had to cut out alcohol too, about 10 years ago because I think my fatigue issues were already starting then. (I suspect The fatigue was Possibly related to neurotransmitter issues) Alcohol has a very negative effect on your gut microbiome, which then affects your physical and mental health. How much 5-htp were you taking? I'm currently taking 100mg 2x per day, but I'm wondering if I've more or less corrected the serotonin levels and can cut back on it. (Will ask my doctor when they get back from vacation)
NAC really helps with emotions, and helps stabilize ups and downs. LDN really works to heal brain fog. My issue yet to resolve is muscle weakness, and neuropathy. I believe that the issue is a blood flow problem since I have POTS. I believe the theory in microclots and damage to the endothelium. I'm going to try Nattokinase and vit K2. One thing...plz keep trying to find solutions. Healing IS possible and we don't have to accept this low quality of life. I like the idea of managing expectations, and not being to hard on ourselves, but I really believe we can find solutions if we help each other. LDN, black seed oil, and NAC made a huge difference. There has to be other solutions
Thanks for sharing your experience and what has helped you, it’s always interesting to learn about what is working for others. I have heard lots of people find improvement with LDN, particularly for brain fog, pain and energy If you are thinking of trying Nattokinase you maybe interested in this video. I very you happy you said this is happening to me since 2021 and no Doctor in Jamaica can treat this I am about to lose my foot and my lung right now I am hospitalized and still0 not been treated for covid

@@CaseyGoodhew Why only every second day? And I read the study you mentioned. They only speak about low serotonin levels. Therefore 5-.htp makes completely sense. I don''t know why who told you to take L-tyrosine because that is for the low dopamine levels? Wouldn't it be better to take pure 5-htp?.Thanks fpr sharing
Pacing is budgeting your energy for doing very important things only. 5 htp works because it helps with serotonin production. Also used as anti-depressant. I recovered after taking 5-htp and acetyl-L-Carnitine.

Yes, thankfully it’s now that the government and people are saying that this is real. I had MOI multiple organ injury.
Sorry to hear you have had such a tough time. It is good Long Covid is recognised as real, hopefully all the research being done on it will bring some solutions 🤞
I have suffered with long covid for 15 months now. 5 er trips in the beginning with high heart rate and palpitations. I have spent a few thousand on supplements trying to get myself back. Palpitations, internal tremors, trouble sleeping and anxiety that I never had in my life. All my symptoms are now gone or managed except for the anxiety that is my biggest issue now. I found many studies how low iron is a major player in long covid. Not that we don't have enough just our bodies cant use what we have properly. So we need to add more and try to use what we have better. Once I started supplementing Iron my palpitations went away. Your hair loss and palpitations are iron deficiency symptoms. I take an iron supplement and lactoferrin which helps the body use the iron we have better. This is not medical advice but worth trying. Also Magnesium taurate is great for palpitations.
Samething here, got it oct 2020, feel like im almost better though. Started with breathlessness and went from there. Lots 3 years of work, trying to go back now.
@@michaelb1621 fatigue is a sign from your body you are pushing to hard. Try increasing your activity level at a slower rate. eg. You will get there but slowly does it!

what I was taking was a food 9:54 supplement for 5htc which is what you 9:57 need to uh build your serotonin um L 10:01 tyrosine which uh builds dopamine 10:03 serotonin and dopamine work together so 10:05 if you boost one you want to boost the 10:07 other for um good balance in your system 10:11 and then Coline which is uh kind o improves your um cognitive function in
Thanks man. Is it possible to get those seretonin levels up again, and for them to stay up? My anxiety aince covid has been horrendous. Im taking SSRIa but theyre said to be really bad for the gut biome. Grateful for any advice guys.

Just be careful with the serotonin. I was placed back on Cymbalta for nerve pains, I also live with chronic pain, while I was still on Busbar. After 12 or more days, I felt like I was on cloud 9. I couldn't remember ever feeling so good, but a few days later, everything came crashing down. I went a month on 3 to 4 hours of sleep a night. I then began getting very manic!! By now, I'm off the Busbar and just taking 60 mgs of Cymbalta. My doctor lowered my Cymbalta and will gradually increase it to 60 mgs. Just be careful of too much serotonin!!!
In the description there is a link to a Long Covid Facebook group that Casey is in. If you join the group and search his name you should be able to find him
Casey- I have these all the symptoms that you describe caused by surgeries that created Autonomic Nervous System dysfunction. However, the symptoms went to overdrive when I came off of an SSRI. Through the roof. I currently take Mg, Vit D, B12, Vit K2 along with LDN and BP meds. I tried the 5-HTP at 200mg but it made me feel rotten. Did you ever experience that at your levels of consumption?

😢this is me now! I had in 2021 sars-2 covid. Hospital gave me Sotrovimab antibodies. I got covid last week and now I am suffering again. Had all vaccines. Taking NAC supplement hoping it helps. What supplements are you taking?
Just got covid for 1st time but im worried bc i have heart condition ,fever went away but cant sleep at night with palpatations and then uf i fall asleep i wake 2 hrs laters with more papatations😢
Oh no, palpations can be very distressing. 😞 Quite a few people with Long Covid develop POTS or dysautonomia which can cause heart issues. Perhaps it is something you can discuss with your doctor

You are being exposed to the deadly poison in the Binax Now rapid test.
Most symptoms go away by changing your dieet to low histamine and fasting and taking
Tulsi Milkthistle Woodworm
soursop moringa vit d
Nac and charcoal.
😂😂
I use a diffuser with pure rose oil and helichrysum to be relaxed.
Good luck on your journey.

This illness can be so tough to deal with and people don’t always realise how it impacts every part of your life
You can’t push through Long Covid. Doing that makes it worse.
I began LDN treatment and its working so well. I have been extremely ill and spent 7 months altogether in hospital
Same symptoms for 3 1/2 years now plus High blood pressure for this past 1 1/2 years now. Very horrible and often scary.
@zigspik try LDN I swear to god its been a miracle for me I know everyone is not the same but I was basically bed ridden for 1.5years and now I'm going back to work on the 1st if September 🥹
Thanks for your story...would you mind telling us the dosage of 5-HTP, L-Tyrosine and Choline you took daily and what time of day? Thanks
So sorry I missed this comment. I'm currently taking:
100mg of 5-HTP on Mon, Wed, Fri, Sat

500mg of Choline daily

I have had Covid 3 times, and I can barely function. As a carer, my life is very hard.
Your story is just too similar to my own. Your success is inspiring. Thanks for sharing!
This spike is going to kill so many.
glad it helped you ☺️

Thanks for your message. I took your advice and my fatigue en brainfog has been changed. We are feeling must better than before.😊
That is great news!
Hi, which advice exactly did you take and now that it is 2 months later how do you feel?
So glad Casey’s story gave you hope 😊

I’m same. Had mild case Nov 23 I’m 75. Had physical after & was ok. Then traveled a lot & out of state move. Still such fatigue palpitations & gut issues. I know I’m 75 but I was sooo energetic before.

Same here. I’m worn out and I have thyroid problems also.
Sorry to hear how much you struggled but it is encouraging that you have found some improvement ☺️
How are you feeling?? Hope you feel better.
Sorry that you have gone through LC only us people who have had it know how horrible you feel.

Congratulations on doing much better. Could you share supplement brands and dosages?
Have you found this information? Please share if you did.
Try oil of oregano capsules. I felt as if I were drowning for about three years of long covid. I spent 40+ hours of research trying to help my lungs improve. Choline is also a methyl doner. Undermethylated people will have a wide variety of issues including fatigue , depression and low serotonin. Anyone with the mthfr gene is at risk of low methylation. Choline and Tmg are excellent additional methyl doners. Eggs are a great source of choline.
So true found out I have autism why I have low serotonin and thus for 27 years what is tmg
MTHFR, but supplementing messed me up. Severe anxiety & depression.
Good luck.
Folate deficit also. Taking l’methylfolate and B12 shots. Will be starting ldnaltrexone soon for anxiety and no motivation also walking issues.

Glad you enjoyed the video
this is such a great video, thank you so much Casey.
I’m sorry you are struggling 😔
Other things that helped:
- anti histamines (a mix of H1& H2)
- low dose naltrexon
- niacine (flush)
- Rhodiola and Glycine (for the stress)
- high dosages of vit D, vit B12, magnésium
- healthy sleep ( in the beginning with the help of high dosages of melatonin)
- breathwork for calming the nervous system
- listening to my remaining symptoms instead of fighting them (meanwhile I consider them as a helpful guideline for healthy/unhealthy behaviour) It's indeed a very insightful process.
I totally agree! The economic effects of Covid have been devastating. It's such a challenging time.
The economic fallout is also catastrophic. Businesses shut down, jobs lost, and economies in shambles.
There are only so many mistakes that can be logically dismissed as incompetence, before one must confront the fact that corruption is at the core of a situation.
that's every industry ever my dude

Stop, just please stop with your politicised opinion ... try some compassion instead ...
i didnt get the jab either... yet here i am.
Yes its long j@b
Thanks for sharing. I noticed with myself that when I don't feel well I tend to forget a healthy diet and maybe eating comfort food hinders my recovery. Anyway I beat long covid in 2020 but seem to have gotten it again so I will listening to your advice and hopefully recovery will be quicker this time.
Healthy diet can definitely help 👍
Great tip about exercise!
I get a horrible adrenaline/ panic attack type feeling ,extreme gut issues , horrible hormone issues ,chest pain , histamine issues ....
I got that awful anxiety too.... Still have it 1.5 years later. I hate it.

Great story!
I have heard lots of people find improvement with LDN, particularly for brain fog, pain and energy
If you are thinking of trying Nattokinase you maybe interested in this video. Steve shares how it had a dramatic effect on his recovery ruclips.net/video/cC4mg7YF6Y8/видео.html

Pacing is budgeting your energy for doing very important things only. 5 htp works because it helps with serotonin production. Also used as anti-depressant. I recovered after taking 5-htp and acetyl-L-Carnitine.

Not trying to ask a loaded question but how many of those here suffering from long covid have taken the Covid jabs?
I got COVID in February 2020 , long before tests, treatments or vaccines were created. Long COVID since, improving slowly.
I’ve taken vaccine and boosters with no side effects or aggravation to symptoms.
Long, interesting journey.
I am suffering from these kinds of symptoms from 3 plus years and now i am dealing with extreme fatigue..... Even I can't drive a two wheeler for long distance...it feels like whole energy sucked with nausea and balance issues... problem in concentrating ..... can't think too much....and also experienced weight loss.….All blood test are done nothing is there ..in starting b12 vit was low which i fixed now Vit D is very low ......Other than this everything is normal....then also lot's of weird symptoms..

Long covid since april 2021. Tried many treatments, two worked well. One is hyperbaric oxygen therapy at 3 atmospheres. Second is zero carbs diet, to fight glucose fermentation cell metabolism, which characterizes long covid and renders 1/16 of the normal cell energy. I hope this helps you too. Good luck!

It is so sad how many persons'life have been affected for covid and long covid 🙏😒..
Thanks for doing this I’ve had LC for over a year and half ago, I still have brain fog, still have palpitations, my hair continues to fall, my vision has diminished greatly😊 and variations with BP.
Glad to hear you are feeling better, I hope your return to work goes well 😊
@@livingwithmecfs i still get the sweats and fatigue pain if i push too hard, any advice on that one? My sob improved alot over the year. Thank you.
@@michaelb1621 fatigue is a sign from your body you are pushing to hard. Try increasing your activity level at a slower rate. eg. Try 10 mins walk instead of 20 minutes, and increase by 1 minute at a time instead of 5. Recovery is a slow and steady process…think of yourself as a tortoise rather than a hare! You will get there but slowly does it!

Just be careful with the serotonin. I was placed back on Cymbalta for nerve pains, I also live with chronic pain, while I was still on Busbar. After 12 or more days, I felt like I was on cloud 9.
