    🔥🔥🔥video. You should try eating single ingredient foods for a day.
    Example -
    Meal 1: eggs, berries, honey, coffee
    Meal 2: Ground beef, potato, butter, broccoli
    Meal 3: salmon, rice, fruit
    Snacks: Greek yogurt, fruit
    Pre workout: dates/fruit, honey, salt
