Cricut Maker/Silhouette project. Miniature spiral staircase.

A 12th scale Spiral staircase made of craft card! Here I demo how to put the parts together. This file is available on www.etsy.com/s... Contact on www.angiescarr.com for pre-cut when available (limited qty). Can be mounted as a stand alone piece and decorated with miniature flowers etc. Or for Xmas. Or you can put in a dollhouse.

Such detailed instructions up until the final (top) step. More instructions needed as far as laminating the handrail and the railing on the top step. Also, detailed instructions on the fabrication of the "gate" would be helpful. That being said, your SVG file for the spiral staircase is a mini engineering marvel! Mine went together beautifully. I easily scaled it down a bit for my dollhouse tower and ended up with 15 steps. In my experience: I dispensed with the paper straws (too fiddly) and just upsized the dowel. I also worked upside down, which made glueing the bottom tabs on the stairs very easy. Thank you, you're truly an artist!!
