I based the stairs on an image I found on Pintrest which I have included in the video.

Thank you, I built a beautiful doll house for my granddaughters and it has a Tourette and a spiral staircase would be perfect for it! It’s beautiful!
Ah that sounds lovely! Wish you all the best with the project, I bet it will look magical time you've finished! 🤗
Totally awesome and remarkably beautiful.
@@johnmeng-frecker8829 🤗 thank you so much
Excellent no it’s Outstanding!!!!
Thank you for sharing your talent….
Bob
Thank you so much Bob 🤗
This is a fantastic tutorial. I loved the voice over. You explained it in a way that even a novice such as myself can follow.
Thank you so much. 🤗
Thanks so much for sharing! I lost my stairs but have never bothered with them because they took up too much room. This is going to be perfect!
Ah thank you for watching, I hope the project goes well, I'm sure spiral stairs will look amazing in the space! 🤗
Thank you so much, very clear instructions. I want to build a lighthouse and your stairs have given me something to go on. Your voice is lovely too.
Oh wow a lighthouse! I bet it turns out amazing, what a cool project! Thank you so much for sharing and the lovely comment 🤗
How did your lighthouse turn out?
@@johnmeng-frecker8829 I haven't done it yet. I have most of the materials gathered but that's as far as I got. I'm such a procrastinator. :(
Wow, who would say they don't like your voice?! It's soothing and I love your accent. New sub, here. Excellent video!
Thank you so much TinyNina! Haha I'm just super paranoid about RUclips comments. Thank you so much for the sub and the lovely message!
That was wonderful. Thank you for sharing
Thank you so much! 🤗
Your voice is lovely! And this is a great tutorial. It is a bit frustrating when you watch a video on how to make something cool, only to discover you need a CAD program and a laser cutter.
Thank you so much! By hand the old skool way is always much more rewarding! Plus, easily obtainable materials and things we can all source even from a fairly cheap craft shop, such as the works for example, or even a coffee shop for free (those stirrers are such a useful crafting item!) Hope it gives you some inspiration for some wonderful projects!
This was so helpful, thank you! I’m gonna try this at some point. X
@@TheFireflyfox 🤗 thank you. I hope the future project goes well!
I think your voice is lovely and not annoying 😊
I’ll be trying out the spiral staircase on my next project! Thanks for making videos! ❤
Aw thank you Suzie, I'm so glad there is such a lovely bunch if people in the RUclips crafting. I hope the project goes well! Feel free to post a link to any photos of the finished product in the comments, I'd love to see it if you want to share! 🤗
Very helpful thank you!
Looks so good!
Thank you so much! Hope your project goes well! 🤗
🎉hi new sub from the UK 🇬🇧. Your voice is fine hun and what a lovely staircase 🎉
Thank you so much! 🤗
Beautiful job!
Thank you so much! 🤗
very helpful! I'm going to be doing a 1:6 scale spiral staircase and I think I'm going to use meccano but it's really good to see it being done properly.
Oh lovely! Good luck with the project, I hope it all goes well 🤗
It looks Incredible!! I do hope to see more doll house furniture or maybe a doll house filled with sorcery vibe. See you on your next video. :)
Maybe there is something "witchy" I've been working on 😉
@@Trizzcat I feel excitement coming out. :D
Wow this was a beautiful staircase. Great job. Must subscribe and check out your site. Cheers Robyn ❤😊
thank you so much for watching! 🤗
Needed this! ❤
Nicely done! I was thinking of "modernizing" my GreenLeaf Garfield house. It has a VERY old Victorian style staircase, that, in my humble opinion, overwhelms the interior. What you've done here, absolutely inspired me and got the wheels turning. You've definitely earned my subscription!
Go for it! You could go for a fancy cast iron style which could complement the Victorian style a lot!
Firstly you have a lovely relaxing voice 😃
Secondly this is a great tutorial and totally understandable. I've subscribed as well 😊
Thanku very much
Kaz from Oz 😁
Thank you so much Kaz! 🤗
@@Trizzcat your very welcome hon..😊
You’re a dang genius! This is perfect for my needs. I can’t wait to get started.
Good luck with the project! I'm glad the video helps 🤗
You have a lovely voice!
Haha thanks, that's very kind!
Thanks for sharing. This gives me a great idea for my doll house.
Thank you for watching Suzanne, I'm glad it's helped give you some ideas!
Beautiful and the house looks like a real fixer upper. I love tutorials that make it easy for a beginner. Thank you! I am LIKING, COMMENTING & SUBSCRIBING.💞
Thank you so much Vivian. I hope to post up some progress of this house soon! Please feel free to share links of your work too, I really do love seeing other miniatures!
I do love spiral staircases. Nice job!
Same, They're so beautiful. An absolute nightmare to get furniture up and circumnavigate if inebriated but they look so good!
@@Trizzcat the latter would be a more frequent problem for me 🤣🤣
Exhilarating
Wow, awesome tutorial and such clear instructions, absolutely love, thanks for sharing
Thank you so much Susan! 🤗
Just making mine now 😊
Really excellent! I'm lazy, though, so I would have spray painted a couple coats for the base layers, and probably a spray sealer, too, 😆
Always go for the best and easiest option available 🤗
Looks great, inspired to make one for my house now. Thanks
Amazing! Thank you so much Mary. Good luck with the project! ☺
video is good and the trizz voice is on point
Thank you!!
A great piece great job good instructions
Thank you so much Sheila ☺

Wow that's awesome. I'm into mini's 1:12 scale so live your idea. Would like to see more and also your dollhouse thanks. Perfect job
Thank you so much Tammy. I am planning to upload many more tutorials very soon!
Excellent job. That looks beautiful.
Thank you so much :-)
Stunning staircase, you have a beautiful voice
Aw Heli 😭 xx you're too kind ❤
@@Trizzcat You are amazing 💜
👏👏👏
🤗
someone assure me that im not the only person that just watches thiese while listening to audio books or creepy pastas with no intent of ever making these mini things, just watching cause SEraTonIn?
Literally same Angela 🤣
Beautiful! Have you seen the one by Bentley House Minis? She used parts of a hand fan for the stair treads.
I did indeed, she is fantastic.
How could I do this for a 1:6 scale house? Thanks in advance 😊
1:6 you need to double it, so every 1 inch = 6 inches. Example, say my staircase is 12 inches tall in 1:12 scale, to convert you would double the length so it would be 24 inches tall.
Another example of how to scale this size, say a stair tread in 1:1 scale (our lifesize) is 2ft long/24 inches long, by 12 inches wide, divide by 6, so scaled to 1:6 it would be 4inches x 2inches. To scale that same stair tread to 1:12, divide by 12, so 2 inchesx 1inch.
You can also use the dollhouse as a reference of how tall your stairs need to be.
:) hope this helps!
Thank you, makes sense since you explained it. I’ll definitely give it a try ☺️
How could anyone find your voice annoying?!?
Also, I appreciate an economical approach, however higher quality paints tend to require fewer coats. I like Golden brand acrylics, if you have access. Otherwise buckle in for some repetitive painting - also works.
Aw thank you, I guess I'm just paranoid and in the past got hateful comments for things that I can't physically control. I completely agree, better quality materials make the job easier, I always try to do things on a shoe string to show people what they can achieve with things around the house ❤
Beautiful job!!!
Thank you so much 🤗
