MDF 40th Anniversary | Dedication and Teamwork

🎉 We are happy to launch our 40th anniversary video!
This video was a real representation of dedication and teamwork across all of our MDF offices. The energy and commitment from everyone involved made it such a special project. Each office embraced this challenge, aligning together to create a video that truly represents our unity.
A big congratulations to all our office leaders for organising the filming and guiding their teams, to our marketing team and committee for handling all the logistics, and to our managers for believing in this production. And of course, thank you to all the colleagues who rehearsed their lines, coordinated schedules, and contributed to this beautiful result.
Special thanks to Fernanda Areis from Manual Mode Productions for her incredible filming in our Ede Office and editing work - she took care of every little detail!
This video isn’t just a celebration of 40 years. It’s a celebration of all of us - the faces behind MDF, the people working across departments and offices, driving our mission forward every day.
