Remarkably a gen 1 ctsv is cheaper nowadays than a G8 GT. Ive seen gen 1s for under 10k here in SoCal
There are tons from 04-07 if you put a little work into them in the PA, NJ, NY area.

If you live in Texas you won’t find any of these under 10k

They've popped up before here in San Diego and in nearby counties. Usually are high mileage needing work and or salvage title but they're out there

Good quality video, good audio and decent editing although try to level the audio since the car clips almost blew my ears out. You could also add chapters to the video to make it easier on the viewer.

S550? The CLK550 and E550 exist too.. they have the same m273 motor but they are much lighter
Also, you cannot find an E55 for under $10k. Even examples with 150k+ miles are going for $15-18k they hold value like crazy
Yeah the only ones I've found for less than 10k either had the old V8 in it from the early 2001 models or had 190k+ miles on it

easy enough for amateur's? I don't think some of us can really do any fab work or have any welding skills, much less have any experience removing the heads off an engine. Plus living in CA has strict laws on modified vehicles. Hence why I just usually just do DP (if the car is turbo stock), exhaust, CAI, 91 Oct tune from any OBD2 tuner. Makes it easy to go back to stock to pass smog, or if you get state reffed. I honestly got fed up having built engines being swapped with stock ones when I'd get in trouble or time for smog, or if I planned on selling the vehicle.

Look in the south I see them all day for 7500 Georgia,South Carolina,North Carolina and Virginia
They use to be under 10k pre covid that were even 8k lol

I’ve owned my 2005 e55 for nearly a year and very minimal issues overall just change the oil and tranny fluid. Easy horsepower for cheap.

Untill you figure out you can buy Daihatsu, put a turbo on, and find out you can outrun any of those “fast” cars being called here, they are slow af, or just buy one, and empty wallets to keep it running. Funniest part, their angry faces, being beat by a brand nobody know, for a price nobody could imagine, with the maintenance mechanics would dream off.. Yeah, there is no safety, but who cares, safety is for pussies if your racing on public roads, dont by be hypocrite using a safe car and putting only public road users on danger, nobody will respect you for going 320km/h on a stock brand new bmw, where is the fun in that!? But on this, your will be the legend itself.

Whattt these cars were never 10k or under. Atleast for a good condition one. And good luck finding a manual c5 that runs and drives for under 10k
I just want to know where you get your numbers for the CTSV because my dad just paid 50 grand for his 2012 6.2 supercharged CTSV and I want to say it had like 48,000 miles or something on it. I’m sorry but I have a hard time believing that 60,000 miles takes 40 grand off the price of the car.

I think you have the great makings of a good RUclips personality, but you just need to do more research before presenting information to the public.
