Absolutely love my E55!!! Never selling it! So fun to outrun all modern muscle and sports cars with just a few mods and a tune. Just can't get enough of it!
That 550i is a death sentence. I see the E60 versions(good examples )costing just as much . They can get about 440hp all natural with just bolt ons. Not saying it’s cheap though lol

Getting into a Mercedes is easy living with one can be rough. I’d recommend W203 C-class, W210/W211 E- Class with the M113(K) and then if you want that 80s-90s vibe going for W201 190e or W124 300E or CE. The older cars will accept any new drive train you can think of and Pandem sells a killer kit for the 190E. The W124 is a bit bigger but the wagons came with Gen 1 4matic awd, which means if you want to make a Merc Hoonicorn with a RB30 twin turbos and AWD, you have the room to do it. The key to owning a Benz is finding an old school mechanic who still works on the newest cars or makes the finicky ones tolerable. If the guy is set up to mount and balance tires, has a ML400 CDI in the shop that “only needs oil and brake pads” then you’ve probably found your guy
You forgot about the 300 SRT8 to go along with the Charger!!!! They’re such a rare sight which makes them that much more enjoyable to see on the road, nevermind owning one. Most people forget it exists until they see it!!
That hype tax is ridiculous. I am still looking for a dodge magnum SRT8. That being said, I’m also looking for a copart SRT challenger for a engine and dash swap
A good car to ad to this list is the Jaguar S-type R and XJR. 4L supercharged V8 making 400 HP (or just under). You can find some examples below 5k, and you can find a daily driver quality one for 7-9k. They are unreliable bit more reliable then most the cars on this lisy
first personal car i owned. first clutch i ever put in and first painting before i became a painter. fun first car but doesn't even compare to my golf tdi, which is not meant to be a sports car other than being called a golf and having a turbo. the tiburon is an underwhelming economy car with a cute body style and a manual transmission
What I really want is a '14 SRT8. Their prices are...a tad high, but bargainable. Most land in the mid 20's to 30's for low mileage, surprisingly. I mean...who doesn't want more power, and a newer car, eh? Even some Superbee's, which are oddly cheaper than the other SRT8's. It only includes the stripe, which is cool. But, this is one I've had my eye on. However, if I have to get something that can carry my family, and maybe have some fun when i'm alone? Think i'll settle for something a bit older. Dad says avoid American cars, because they don't hold their value...he is right. But he's forgetting one thing. Best bang-for-your-buck vehicles. Until....you start to feel the bangs...
What about the STS-V? Kinda like a bigger CTS-V with a supercharged northstar making 469 hp. Might not be as reliable as the CTS-V but they are more reliable than people think.
'11 mustang coyote for 10k? In canada a lot of them are STILL around +20.000$ at 10k, you will be lucky to eaven find a clean 2005 s197 with the older 4.6🤣
My 2001 GT with 132k on it sold for 10k in 9 weeks at the dealer after I got my s550. I think he got a fair price. That car does 0 to 60 in 5.6 and mid to 13s for 1/4 mile.
As much as I love these videos unless your buying from the web site unseen you cannot find one of these cars in decent condition in the mid west for u see $15k let alone $10. V series 1st gens are going $20k plus for no reason at all. This Covid car market is killing me

Don't they say that about Porsche's?
So early the prices for these cars haven't appreciated yet

They won't appreciate because of a multitude of reasons.
