- Executive Producer Hans Halberstadt presents US Navy SEALs action -- training, beach operations, small boats, desert training. This program uses photography made by special authorization from SPECWARCOM and features personnel from SEAL Teams 3, 5, and 10 at Coronado, California, Little Creek, Virginia, and a secret location in the California desert. Most of the photographs were made by author and photographer Hans Halberstadt, an associate member of the UDT/SEAL Association who has written or co-written four books on naval special warfare and who has spent months covering SEAL and SWCC training.

You sacrifice so much and give so much for this country. You guys go through so much pain and hardship and that makes you all very admirable in character. And while others may not see it, I believe you guys aren't just fighting for this great country, you're also fighting for the freedom of other countries from evil at times. You are very great men and human beings, and I sincerely thank you so much for what you have done. It shall always be appreciated and recognized.

Ahh Coronado.....Great memories and painful joints and muscles. I was a Marine there in the '80's and early 90's and worked with SBU and the SEALS. We trained US Army Rangers to understand how to work with Marines and vice versa along with the Fort Campbell Guys. This was one of the places that SOC in Tampa brought Tier 1-3 units together to train with one another. 10 years later all of that work paid off when we went in Afghanistan. Love these guys.

Much respect for the guys who try out this type of training and even more to the guys who complete it. Asthma kept me from serving in the armed forces. Coast Guard Aux. qualified boat crew for me at 39. Thanks to all that serve and to the fallen this memorial day.
I'm only a teenager but I'm hoping my athletic career will help prepare me for the painful road I'm going to go down. I hope to be a SEAL and I don't plan on not being one. I will never stop, I will never surrender, I won't give up.

Nice job with this vid. I had the honor of creating a commercial for the US Navy which included many sailors of all varieties including SEALs. If you ever catch yourself feeling too sorry for yourself, think of what SEALs go through to help put things in perspective.

As a former SOF asset from a different branch of the US military, I was privileged to work along side some SEALS on a couple of things. I have the greatest respect for these trident warriors. I think one of their greatest assets is that they NEVER quit.

I love these boys. They protect us day and night. My brother was a Delta Operator. Retired as a SGM. He hung himself two months ago. Loved that little boy.

Have a cousin who served as a Navy fighter pilot. He said these guys are the real "mission impossible". I came real close to becoming a SEAL. But served as 2nd Recon USMC Corpsman/Medic. Still was an HONOR.
USMC doesnt have medics. Marines use Navy corpsmen for their medical personnel.

Awesome video, I have the deepest respect for my brethren in the SEALS. Although I am a Tanker in the Army, I know all that these dudes do, actually played OPFOR for them once (they didn't take long to handle us) and it was awesome. Great job.
This is why you never want to get into a fight with a Seal ... whatever pain you could possibly inflict they have probably endured during the first stages of training.

***** There's no brainwashing . My cousin was a SEAL during Gulf awar one. The hardest most difficult missions are given to them. Actually DELTA is probably better than SEALS. The only reason the Bin Laden mission was given to the SEALS was because DELTA had their hands full. But no other unit has tha capabilities to perform difficult complicated missions as the SEALS except DELTA which is the very best even better than SAS
With these seals the sharks don't have a chance. You are the best. Never forget it. I won't!

Man Im a swimmer and a lifeguard, and I was at training one day and decided to try out what NAVY seals do in their pool test.
I breathed out air, until my lungs deflated enough for me to sink, did that a few times and I couldn’t anymore.
No air at the bottom, and then sheer oxygen deprived pain in the way up.
I realised that the SEALS do it in a 9 foot pool... I was doing it in 11.4 feet 🤣🤣
So young and truly amazing. Warriors
