Boz toured with Donald Fagen and Michael McDonald on a show called the Dukes Of September, and of the three, Scaggs has virtually the same voice that he had 40-plus years ago. And he can play that guitar very well.
A particularly nice number from the Dukes of September tour is "Miss Sun," featuring Miss Monet.

Boz has done every genre of music just about. I've seen him do rock, blues, R&B, jazz, yacht music and more. It's always good. He just turned 80 years old on June 8 and he's still touring. He's also a great guitar player.
I just saw Boz 2 years ago, and he still sounds great.
At 2 months short of 70, I still think that Boz Scaggs is the best. And "Silk Degrees" if not the best album ever. It is at least
my favorite album ever.

Now that I have gone back and listened again to many of his songs, I have come to the conclusion that Boz Scaggs is very under appreciated. Anyway, I certainly enjoyed this one. Thanks Harri and John. 🌺✌️
The link below leads to another RUclips posting, a Boz Scaggs concert from 1974 at the newly restored Oakland Paramount Theater for the release of his "Slow Dancer" album (the one before "Silk Degrees"). 1st set was from past releases, and the 2nd set was the new album. KSAN (early FM) broadcast a lot of shows a lot of live shows. It was Boz & band and and orchestra. For those who don’t recognize Dudek’s name, he played 2nd lead guitar on “Ramblin’ Man” behind Dicky Betts and acoustic guitar on “Jessica.” He’s played with everyone including Steve Miller, Stevie Nicks, and Cher.
