I bought some of the faux embroidered fabric in the drill base from flamingo fabrics to make some dungarees and it was EXPENSIVE at £19 per metre (x 2.5 of each) I got three different prints and one looks great, one looks blurry so you can’t really see the ‘stitches’ and one was somewhere in the middle.
Considering it cost so much I was disappointed in the print quality overall and I thought I’d mention it in case anyone was considering getting some from flamingo.
Thanks for your hard work finding free patterns that are new rather than the old favourites 😊

Ah man sorry to hear, that’s so frustrating! I always find with ‘faux’ anything it’s best to get a sample first - same even with digital prints because I worry they might be a bit too pixelated. Thanks for pointing this out! Yes, It’s nice to discover more pattern makers! 🙏 thank you!
