I know I am more than a year late to this party, and we are now in SL Arena which is wildly different than BFA, but as someone who is just now deciding to give arena a shot, your videos have actually helped me a ton. I jumped into arena after doing RBGs pretty consistently since WoD thinking I would be able to just step on over without much of a learning curve, and I don't think I have been that confused since that doctor slapped me after pulling me out of mom when I was born. So thank you!
Almost 1 year later we have more people than ever getting into PvP for the first time due to the way Shadowlands gearing is playing out. This video is super helpful. Thanks!
regarding your conclusion: PLEASE make more of these. This video alone was super helpful, and a lot of people are trying out arenas for the first time with shadowlands.
Hello the year is 2021 and your content is still immensely useful shame on whoever thinks otherwise. I truly hope to get a notification that you released a new video about anything in the arena realm because you quickly became my favorite creator of educational PvP content
Hey mate, not forgotten or dropped the channel by any means. I've had a rough time with irl circumstance and some overambiteous projects. I hope to have something WoW related made soon*.
@@Choice_au well I'm sorry to hear about the irl stuff I hope it all gets sorted keep that head high and I'm excited to see the next one whenever it drops. much love brother
I just came back to Wow after a super long break and am learning to heal in arenas for the first time. This shit is exactly what I've been searching for. the building blocks to focus on in order to improve. This content is gold in my book. 1400 CR right now (have been healing 1 day), and looking forward to climbing this season. Tahnks man.
You are a godlike guide creator. This is as informative, if not more so than many skill-capped guides!! Please please don't ever give up, I will support you all the way!
im totally new to WoW, i just hit 110 on my very first character. im loving the game, im a big lore nerd, but im also hoping to get my money's worth out of WoW and hope to someday check out some PvP. probably get absolutely fucking massacred, but hey, ive been PC gaming for years and I know how things go when you're brand, BRAND new. but yeah, this video came up when I was looking for introductory looks into PvP and im stoked i found it, you put in a lot of work and i got a tiny bit more knowledgeable. thank you!
Dude this video is golden, really appreciate the effort you put into it and the quality of the content!! You deserve way more likes and views :) I'll definitely recommend this video to some friends.
Teaching concepts instead of techniques! great content bro I rarely subscribed but you deserve it and I’ll be linking your vids to my mates as we push for glad this season. Thank you 🙏
Am I fucked getting into arena now? are gear equalization things gone now? I haven't touched pvp since MoP where I farmed a few Vicious mounts from the 100 3s wins or whatever But in 2020 I'm out of highschool/college and play way more casually, I've barely touched BFA and none of my characters are higher than 430ish, if my boyfriend and I queue up are we going to get 2shot by people in full 465+ Either way, good intro video, I think the game lost something when people stopped sitting outside cities dueling all night, I remember talking to a r10 mage for hours and hours in 2005 screaming at me to use blink AFTER the warrior charges etc, a lot of those tips seem obvious and second nature now but after years of casual play and ignoring pvp I have no idea how all the specs interact now with their pvp trees
I'll be honest mate, as a casual experience arena is not in a great shape. You will need to build and maintain a character, and as it stands most people can't just jump on for a quick 30 minutes of games. That said, if it is something that interests you, we've just had a new patch drop, so everyone is working on their character at the moment. Now is as good a time as you'll get to jump back in.
wow. chapeau.very, very nice video. hands down best and most informative arena video out there. good there is so many trash videos about talents. I've been playing for a long time and I've learnt a trick or two especially from the positioning one. I hope this stays secret though hehe. jk posted it to my mate who just started. hi from switzerland!
I've played paladin for most of the games life, so I decided to mix it up and main a monk to kick off SL, but I just hit max level as on my paladin. Definitely enjoying it and looking to play it a lot more.
Holy crap this looks super confusing. I really want to get into this and learn more about it but I'm not comprehending this so far. There's got to be more resources out there that can help me understand how this works. O--O
Winning means sacrificing fun for function. It means queuing with a healer rather than a real life friend. Fuck me man, that's why I prefer painting. You could pump a ton of iron, write amazing fan fiction poetry, create beautiful works of art and still it all means fucking nothing without the $$$. It takes TIME, MONEY, and SOULS to win gladiator. We all bleed red. You have to have an expensive computer to win. Have to. You have to have reliable internet. Also, you have to disconnect from family. Which, think about it, all the time you soak up kills in PvP takes you further away from family. They may love watching or glancing over your shoulders every once in a while but it doesn't mean shit. If you're in it to win it you can't hit it and quit it.
Appreciate the comment mate. I'm not currently looking for any support in making this stuff. I'm just focusing on creating good stuff and will deal with monetisation further down the line. Best thing you can do to support me right now is just to give my latest video a watch and let me know what you think.
As an arena beginner who just wants a vicious saddle, I found this extremely informative and useful!

A lot of hard work went into this and I really enjoyed it. More pls x
Any time you had streamers talking in the video the audio was super distorted for me.
Same for me. Great video overall but that audio is a huge distraction.
Played for 12 years and was always overwhelmed by arena. Finally decided to set it as a goal and wanted to say thank you for this! Please do more.
My roommate and I went 0-6, watched this video, and then went 11-6 immediately after. You helped a lot dude. About to dive into more!
That's really cool mate, best of luck!
Impressive! Where are you at now with it?
regarding your conclusion: PLEASE make more of these.

Started playing arena semi-seriously for the first time in Shadowlands; this video was very helpful!
How you do you only have 300 subs? I though this was a tutorial by a viral youtuber! Top notch quality mate, keep it up!
This is the best fundamental arena guide I have ever seen! I am totally stoked for more similar content to help ease my guildies and friends into PvP.

Brilliant guide filled with the most basic and important rules of pvp it couldn't get any better, thank you thank you thank you!
This is the best video explaining these principle I've seen, thank you for the work !
Great video, been doing arenas casually since MOP and there were a lot of concepts I still didn't understand that this helped me learn. Thanks a ton.
Yours are some the best videos on arena I have seen.
What a hidden gem, wish I saw this when I started getting into pvp
I just subscribed. Getting quality info that’s helping my arena game a lot. Thanks. I hope you keep doing videos like this.
The animations to explain what was going on are very well done!
Awesome video man. I’m around 1800 and still found this very helpful! Thanks!
Teaching concepts instead of techniques! great content bro I rarely subscribed but you deserve it and I’ll be linking your vids to my mates as we push for glad this season. Thank you 🙏
Best of luck with the push mate!
Brilliant video! Currently trying to push with a more experienced partner so this filled some gaps! Cheers
This is so well made!!
Now that arena is no longer niche, can you do some videos on how to choose kill targets and how to survive glad carries?
Really helpful for me. Another thing that is really helps new arena players like myself, is a video focused on commenting a match,
A great video for arena beginners in many aspects except for rushed diction
haha the whisper at 08:00
Would love to see more mate.
The super toxic whisper in chat has me rolling
I'm super impressed.. my first arena vid and it was SUPER helpful! ty:)

hi from switzerland!
That dude in chat though at 2:22 lol
Relevant, helpful and funny/entertaining as well - subbed!
What a fantastic video, I cannot explain how much this has helped me even in shadowlands. Definitely subbed. Do you still play paladin?
I've played paladin for most of the games life, so I decided to mix it up and main a monk to kick off SL, but I just hit max level as on my paladin. Definitely enjoying it and looking to play it a lot more.
Amazing introduction and really helpful examples!
Stay safe and keep up the good work.
Awesome video. It's been very helpful in getting friends into arena. Thank you.
hahaha the whisper at 3:53
Great guide man!
This was great and thanks for taking the time.
Super cool video!

That intro made me laugh lol
Good shit
Duuuuude, are you playing Solo Shuffle?!
wow arena is like chess with some classes having 6 queens
That's what I call good content! How can we support you to keep up the videos?
Appreciate the comment mate. I'm not currently looking for any support in making this stuff. I'm just focusing on creating good stuff and will deal with monetisation further down the line.

Tbh I got one specifically to film this. The hair dresser just had her own vision of how my fringe ought to sit 😬 it's more or less fixed now
I want you to read me wow stories tosleep.
I got bamboozled from a fake choice.....
You are funny AF. So meta.
Dude, fix your audiolines before uploading, its unwatchable when a streamer speaks
your ui sucks but your video is good main thing is you need to cover targeting macros as well as appropriate use of focus and arena123 macros
its possible you did cover this but i drank a four loko and i dont know whats going on anymore
