I am 67 years old. I started two months ago with your 10 minute walk, graduated to 15, then 20, then 30. Today I did your intermediate cardio walking workout. I got through it. It was hard, but so worth it.

YIPPEE!! I did it. Okay I had to go low impact for my knee but i picked up my weights to add a bit more challenge. In just under two months you have helped me to go from laying on the couch to looking forward to to sessions of daily exercise. THANK YOU SO MUCH! Mom, if you hadn't said, " I can do..." I would have given up. You saved me!

I started working out with you and your mom in February. I have never felt better. I just turned 77 and I was able to keep up with you in this Intermediate Cardio Walking Workout. My balance was good when I started but it is now outstanding. I was able to do the one leg standing exercises without a problem. I keep recommending your site to my senior friends always adding that they should check with their doctor first. Thank you for being here. I only wish I knew about you during the pandemic, however, it is never too late to start. P.S. I am a cat person. My last cat passed 2 years ago but he would like to exercise with me.

This is probably my favorite workout from y'all so far. I love the challenge of it, particularly for how I've been using your workout channel (to break up my work days with 5 minute bursts of activity every hour). But, my favorite part is watching your Mom know when to take a break BUT ALSO working out how to keep working even through she wasn't doing the exact workout. That is wonderful modeling of moderation for those whose current capacity may be outside of the intermediate part of this workout. This approach and attitude is why I've forwarded your channel on to more than a few people who just needed to find a starting place to get moving. Thank you for all of your work. ❤

I not only love your videos but your mom is awesome. I try to do one or two videos a week. I'm 65. The ten minute walk in the afternoon is great with the 30 minutes in the evening. I only have been able to get through half of this video but expect that within the month I will have the whole video mastered. In the last month I have better balance and noticed that my restless legs and leg cramps have disappeared.

This is a great workout. Have been doing now for about 4 days. I have had to modify due to hips the last couple of times due to hips, modifying jumping jacks, and not lifting leg for the side crunches but bending down sideways to still get the crunch. Tell your mom not to feel bad about sitting on the couch.

I've done the 30-day Intermediate Workout numbers 3 and 2 and now 4! Oh boy, what a workout. Just about kept up with the early fast moves, and the rest, though challenging, I feel I nearly nailed them. No jumping jumping jacks for me: can't spring off my knees, but the simpler version was f-a-s-t. The balance challenges were no problem since I work on balance every other day. This one has opened my eyes, gotten my heart rate up, and will challenge perfecting it. Great workout! As always, thanks, April...Anastasia

I have been sampling your exercise programs for the past three months and have enjoyed all of them, but this Intermediate Cardio Walking Workout is now my favorite! My form isn't all that great but I feel so much better and when my pug and I walk the neighbor sidewalks we are a team of go,go,go!

very relaxing exercises for a cooldown. Your other videos are easy to follow and the exercises do not overtax the muscles. Such good workouts. Keep up the wonderful work.
Good workout. With intermediate exercises it would be good to have your Mom doing an alternative for beginners at the same time. She did a good job of modifying on the fly, but if you could demonstrate more specifically that would help. That way if people exercise together but are on different levels they can still do it together. I really like your videos!

My sister who lived in Arizona would have been 80 in November and recently passed because she ignored the classic signs of a heart attack. But you are right, it pays to "keep moving."

YIPPEE!! I did it. Okay I had to go low impact for my knee but i picked up my weights to add a bit more challenge. I started working out with you and your mom in February. I have never felt better. I just turned 77 and I was able to keep up with you in this Intermediate Cardio Walking Workout. My balance was good when I started but it is now outstanding. I was able to do the one leg standing exercises without a problem. I keep recommending your site to my senior friends always adding that they should check with their doctor first. Thank you for being here. I only wish I knew about you during the pandemic, however, it is never too late to start. P.S. I am a cat person. My last cat passed 2 years ago but he would like to exercise with me.

This is probably my favorite workout from y'all so far. I love the challenge of it, particularly for how I've been using your workout channel (to break up my work days with 5 minute bursts of activity every hour). But, my favorite part is watching your Mom know when to take a break BUT ALSO working out how to keep working even through she wasn't doing the exact workout. That is wonderful modeling of moderation for those whose current capacity may be outside of the intermediate part of this workout. This approach and attitude is why I've forwarded your channel on to more than a few people who just needed to find a starting place to get moving.

I not only love your videos but your mom is awesome. I try to do one or two videos a week. I'm 65. The ten minute walk in the afternoon is great with the 30 minutes in the evening. I only have been able to get through half of this video but expect that within the month I will have the whole video mastered. In the last month I have better balance and noticed that my restless legs and leg cramps have disappeared.

This is a great workout. Have been doing now for about 4 days. I have had to modify due to hips the last couple of times due to hips, modifying jumping jacks, and not lifting leg for the side crunches but bending down sideways to still get the crunch. Tell your mom not to feel bad about sitting on the couch.

I've done the 30-day Intermediate Workout numbers 3 and 2 and now 4! Oh boy, what a workout. Just about kept up with the early fast moves, and the rest, though challenging, I feel I nearly nailed them. No jumping jumping jacks for me: can't spring off my knees, but the simpler version was f-a-s-t. The balance challenges were no problem since I work on balance every other day. This one has opened my eyes, gotten my heart rate up, and will challenge perfecting it. Great workout! As always, thanks, April...Anastasia

Good workout. With intermediate exercises it would be good to have your Mom doing an alternative for beginners at the same time. She did a good job of modifying on the fly, but if you could demonstrate more specifically that would help. That way if people exercise together but are on different levels they can still do it together. I really like your videos!

My sister who lived in Arizona would have been 80 in November and recently passed because she ignored the classic signs of a heart attack. But you are right, it pays to "keep moving."

Hello...I have a very bad left knee. It is very difficult to do walking programs. Could you show more seated programs,as that is the only way I can exercise right now. Love you both.😉

I like this workout - would really use two or three others with a variety of moves so I can do a different cardio workout, 3 times a week - hope that makes sense! Thank you for your videos!
