Absolutely love your build bro. I need to adjust a few things on mine still, but Ive BEEN wanting to relocated that stupid oil filter... it gets in the way of my intercooler piping... I dread changing the oil since upgrading my FMIC to the ZZP intercooler & aluminum piping. 😂
Delatuned? Hey man i just saw your build im hoping you will reach back out to me. I need some assistance with my new cruze build. Before i blew it i had pretty much full bolt ons on a stock rotating assembly. I popped it boosting 24psi. I have rebuilt the bottem end. I have h-beam rods with 73.5mm diamond forged pistons and a high speed balance. Plus you know valve springs titanium retainers, stage 1 cams, racer x manifold w/ larger TB and bnr spacer. Bigger injectors CAI front mount intercooler and 3in exhaust straight piped. Tuned by trifecta. Oh its a 6-speed. Oh and msd coil. My question is what turbo do you recommend. Previously i was running factory housing with slightly larger compressor billett compressor wheel. And slightly larger turbine wheele. I want to run the bnr LS7 ignition set up also. But my real problem is that im converting my ltz rs auto to the 6speed manual and ecu that came out of my lt. Trifecta refuses to assist with programming for the swap without me paying for a whole new tune. So i bought my own HP tuner. Perhaps you can help and provide advice
i have had my 2011 chevy cruze (1.8) for 2 years and have 10k to throw at it. im going pretty much all out. is there certain things youd recommend just off the bat. i know the ecu is a pain in these.
Most of my videos are on street car events and they separate the slick tire guys from the drag tire guys and if you bring you car on a trailer they will tell you to go home. Also the prep is a street car prep really hard to hook on slicks. You don't have to feel bad you just gotta go to the test and tune and get gapped by cars that are really built for racing.
@@delatuned I’m just a bolt on 4 cyl too. Not built for the 1/8. I haven’t been to the 1/8 (street tires, unprepped straight a way of a road corse with a tree set up) in like 2yrs and it was slow then. 7.0@102.4. Though LC/TCU was before I could built boost on LC. Was only launching on 3.5psi. So being a bolt on 4 cylinder as well on street tires, It just wouldn’t be fun.
She would be a 12 sec car if I could get her to 60ft better but the stock ecu does what ever she wants lol freaks out making double the power from stock

We just re installed the fueltech today om the car. Stay tuned we will turn it up and it will go way faster! It already felt faster today.

Get a psr2860 should be good for about 420hp and that 1.4 should spin it pretty good

1.8 ido have 2 cars that are 1.4 I use ngk iridium and gap then all to .080
