      Hey my experience with the copper spray gasket stuff is good so far but I must say it had me scared because I had it around water passage on gasket not so bad but also around oil drain holes too which resulted in glittery copper stuff in my oil, I suggest checking your oil and drain some after running motor for a heat cycle to make sure you have none in oil. You won't really be able to see it on stick you will have to drain some to actually see it

      I really appreciate that, and you have as well. I recall you talking about it and my heart goes out to you. At some point we all have to face our mortality. Doesn't make it easy to enjoy day knowing the inevitable is approaching. It was tough hearing the doctors tell Shannon she's got about a year. And then 3 months. After that 3 month diagnosis, it was really only a month and we were holding onto hope.
      I definitely learned how to appreciate even the smallest things in life. Even the feeling of grass between my toes and to appreciate that moment.
      I'm excited to get back after it. It's been hard to let go of that feeling of appreciating life, and taking my time. I hope I don't lose that in the hustle and bustle of life.
      Apollo has been great during my grieving. He's hugged me, even woke in the middle of the night to the sounds of him crying in his sleep. Didn't know dogs could like that. Maybe I'll touch on a video that'll help people down the road about what grieving can put you through. Went to church, reached out to grieving groups, the works. Each situation is unique I found, and working through it can be tough, but having a great support system, like you guys, has been great helping with my recovery.

      @@cmattdabrat My Lymphoma catching up with me and acually dying doesn't bother me much at all. To be honest I'm very qurious what awaits me. Only one thing severely bothers me. I am all my wife Ellie has. Leaving her behind is the only thing that destroys me. Yes, Apollo feels what you do. He knows mom is gone and he is equally feeling not only his loss but your pain as well. As many have already told you time is the only way to get past this but unfortunately that void you feel will never go away. You can only go on. God Bless you my friend......Jim & Ellie

      @@jimhiscott2918 Sorry to hear it's catching up. I can understand how leaving Ellie behind bothers you. Shannon passing almost destroyed me. After about a month, it really set in. I had insomnia, got fibromyalgia (which was very painful), had bad hallucinations, swayed from severe anxiety to depression, and heart break. Lots of crying to the point I lost my voice.
      This may sound weird, but I started dating again, and my gf is a medium. Shannon has actually came through (which she's understanding about) and Jessy brought up things only we would have known and we had not discussed. She's been hanging around making sure I'll be okay.
      Her spirit is certainly sad she didn't get to achieve the things she wanted to in life having passed at 35.
      I no longer fear death after everything that's gone on. In fact, it's made me appreciate even the small things in life and has opened my senses to living life fuller.
      I'll keep you and Ellie in my prayers and know everything will be okay.

    Glad to see you're back, I'm excited for more Cruze content. How did you learn how to tune? I have a 2010 Camaro SS that I've done work to (lsa blower, cam, exhaust) that I paid to be tuned by a shop before. I recently swapped to a dual pump return style fuel system and installed a smaller pulley and want to tune it myself. I've been watching Goat Rope Garage's gen 4 tuning series rn, do you have any other resources you would recommend?

      Thanks! I just have been watching videos on tuning since I decided to modify the car. Learned a lot from Goat Rope Garage and HPTuners RUclips channel.

    I did have a question tho, is that the same cheap turbo you had from the beginning?

    • @cmattdabrat
      @cmattdabrat  Год назад +1

      I appreciate it. It's a GT35 Maxpeedingrods sent me. Little large for the displacement. Boost doesn't kick in until 5k. I'm going to toss on the GT30 and see if that gets me closer to the 3.5-4k boost area so I don't have to rev it to the moon. The original turbo I had was a T04E. Boost would kick in around 3k.
