Watching Oliver get over his fear (somewhat) of characters in real-time was so heartwarming! He could tell when big brother Jackson is excited, that he was safe and could be excited too! ❤
The real star of this video is Oliver- he worked through his emotions with the outstanding unconditional love and support of dad, mom and most of all Jackson. The characters did a great job reading situation and taking the clues from you all. Magical - just magical.
Omg My Heart melted with Oliver’s interaction with Chip!!!Chip for the Win!!! And I love how Jackson is with all the Characters… my heart was melting 😊
Oliver is really starting to look like his big brother Jackson. His warming reaction to the character was priceless. Love your videos when the boys are included
Tim was cracking me up with all his ride quotes! And i didnt see the hidden mickey either 😅. Oliver was so precious to watch with chip when he was brave enough ❤
I was so invested in Oliver and the characters, I was cheering saying yayyy when he gave the first high five 😄🥰 It seemed like he warmed up to Chip the most 💙
No one even dare argue that the biggest highlight and most adorable moment of this video is Oliver interacting and high fiving with Chip! Took a minute but even those moments are wonderful! I can't get over his smile. Its so heartwarming
One reason I enjoy the family videos- the family interaction reminds me of the days my two daughters were this young- - Jenn with Oliver - Tim talking with Jackson- Jackson’s honest comments- Jenn playing games with boys- the support for each other- it brings me back to those challenging, wonderful days. I was exhausted most days but my heart was always full. Thank you for sharing and giving this person a hug.
Hello beautiful family. Being a retired clown I noticed one thing on this video and wanted to share this with you. When 'Chip' got down on his knees then 'Oliver' wasn't scared. If a child looks scared I used to get down to their size and talk soft. I think 'Chip' deserves to huge hug for getting on his knees and going that extra step🩵🫂🩵Keep having fun my friends🪄
Watching babies interact with the characters and clearly start to enjoy them in real time always makes me so weepy. Always reminds me of those 90s Disney World commercials where the little boy was begging his little brother to hurry and walk because "Mom says we can't go to Disney world until you walk" but then his first steps were at MK to hug Mickey 🥹🥹🥹
We took my son to WDW when he was 4 and he liked the face characters but wanted nothing to do with the fur characters. We had breakfast at Cinderella’s castle and he told me he would like to dance with Cinderella. I asked Cinderella and she was ready to dance with him - then he chickened out. I was so bummed! He’s 28 now!
I've said it before and I will say it again... Tim and Jen, Thank you both for sharing these cute and special momennts with your kids with all us viewers. We were never able to have children but getting to see these adorable interactions and events with your kiddos is so special. I've been grinning like a fool watching Oliver's character responses. Thank you guys!!
Aww this was so cute! Bless Oliver’s little heart with those characters 🥰 It’s funny to me that Jackson didn’t care for the Mac n cheese with goldfish because Story said the same thing about it! And it really surprised me with how much she loves Mac n cheese!
I used to work with characters for kids' story times and the guidance we were told was this: the youngest kids are scared of the characters, the next oldest want to pet or hug the characters, and the next oldest want to be friends with and talk to the characters. Then they hit the questioning phase where they say things like, "I know there is a person in there! I can see their eyes through the mouth!" All this to say that both kids are having age-appropriate reactions to characters and you guys handled it perfectly by letting them take the lead 😊
You guys are always so wonderful with respecting the kids' boundaries in the parks! My parents constantly pressured me at a young age to do things in the parks i wasnt comfortable with, this heals part of my soul. The boys are lucky to have you
Chip understood the assignment on that nose game with Oliver!! We dined as a family at Garden Grill a few years ago and had a fantastic experience! Each character spent so much time at our table and stopped by so many times!
The parks on had a photopass person at the front for 1, like Daisy or Minnie or Pluto at the Poly. Oliver did a great job watching his brother and learning it was ok, it was great!
I’d like to add that I suffer from motion sickness and was able to eat at this restaurant without taking anything for my motion sickness. You really don’t notice the movement. I really loved watching Oliver getting used to the characters and Jackson is becoming a lovely young man.
We took our little one to Garden grill when she was a little older than Oliver and had a similar experience. Now she is 3 and loves them so this has me tempted to go back our next trip!
A few videos ago Tim made fun of Jenn when she started with potatoes as her favorite part of a meal. This video Tim started with potatoes. Jenn smiled and looked at the camera. I died 😂💀
This video is adorable, love seeing Jackson hug all the characters and it was so cute when Oliver warmed up to chip :) excited when Oliver gets older and he just goes crazy for characters
Thanks for posting this video. My three kids are all grown, but our meal when they were little is one of my favorite memories. It was so nice to be all-you-can-eat brought to the table. It sometimes can be hard to juggle three kids and plates at a buffet. The characters were amazing when we were there, and at that time they brought out cupcakes with the sprinkles in a separate container…so the kids could “decorate” their own cupcakes. My kids loved that! It was the first time they had seen Mickey sprinkles. Thanks for sharing your time there creating memories and giving me the opportunity to remember some treasured ones of mine!
Garden Grill is our favorite character meal. This year will be our sixth trip and we’ve gone to Garden Grill each trip. The characters spend so much time with each table and the food is great. Plus nothing beats hitting up Soarin and LWTL on a full stomach!
Oh, this place brings back memories! I haven't eaten there in years, but back during my CM days, it was one of my favorites because you got the best interactions. I even went there for my birthday a few times. I'm a former entertainment CM and was "friends with" the chipmunks- working this location was a lot of fun because you didn't have to rush. There was plenty of time to play with everyone. There used to be a roll of paper towels and a little watering can filled with crayons at every table, and sometimes the characters would just sit and draw with the kids for a while.
I have watched this Video several times love it...I can't believe the changes in Oliver and Jackson.Oliver facing his fears with the Characters, doing good Sweetie....Thank you for sharing this ❤❤
Garden grill will always have a special place in my heart: I used to hang out with the chipmunks when I worked for Disney and I would always want to work at garden grill because I felt like the character experience was the best as far as interactions go, also my friends would get to see the same guests multiple times which made it more special. ❤
Not gonna lie; Garden Grill is one of our favorites! We were so impressed by the servers and the food quality! Since we also love Living with the Land, this restaurant really fits our bill!
Oliver is growing up so fast wth!! Aww Jenn is doing today’s Aura promo. You did well 👏🏼♥️ Jackson hugging the characters is such a joy to watch 🥰 Oliver will get there. The progress today was fantastic with him interacting with the characters 😍
My son and Oliver are about the same age (I think they are about a month apart). My mama heart was so excited watching him smile, wave at and then finally high five Chip! 🥰
Photopass sometimes is offered BEFORE the dinner. We've had it in the past at Tusker House and Chef Mickey's and I'm sure Artist Point and Cinderella's Table offers it. I've never seen it available at Garden Grill or Crystal Palace, though.
I am very sensitive to motion and get sick easily but I was fine at Garden Grill. It’s so subtle that the only time I noticed it was stepping onto and off the dining floor. Good food and the characters were awesome.
Awww Oliver really made great strides with the characters! I know that buffets give you more choice etc but I always think table service is easier as far as wrangling the kids goes.
When my sister went with her family for the first time, my oldest nephew chose German. As a gag gift that Christmas, I gave my brother-in-law a German English dictionary.
I think when we did the character dining in Norway many MANY years ago...I'm thinking about 15 years ago, we did have a photographer there. I remember the princesses signing the autograph books and then taking a posed picture.
We did garden grill for breakfast once, and it was pretty good. The extra large cinnamon roll was the best thing, although it was so sweet that it made my friend a little queasy. I don’t remember there being a photographer there, but there was one at Tusker House in Animal Kingdom.
I went to the Garden Grill on a whim last year when I couldn't decide where to eat while at EPCOT. I was so surprised and its one of my favorite dining experiences
Omg, I finally saw the hidden Mickey!!! It ´s not the usual three circles. It ´s his face in profile 🙃 Btw, Oliver wailing at the site of Pluto was just heart wrenching ☹️ and Jackson and the slow growing tree 😂
I think Garden Grill gets overlooked a lot, especially because there are so many good food options in EPCOT- but I really enjoyed their breakfast! Bonus, Farmer Mickey is so cute.
The Garden Grill was great. Disney Magic at it's finest as they did something my mom NEVER COULD! They got me and my youngest sister to eat asparagus! I like the way they made it, steamed and lightly salted. I won't eat it any other way if I eat it now. LOL. I love, love, love honey butter. It's like the best stuff in the world.
lol Oliver is like Oh my goodness the cartoons have come to life! I can remember being terrified of the bigger characters I think my fear was head size. If they had bigger heads I was scared of it. The hidden mickey thing is kind of annoying at Disney. I get it, its like a side quest but some people make up ones that arent. There are actually two types of hidden mickey fans, there are purists who insist it has to be intentional 3 circle shape arrangements (no matter how hidden) and then there are the vague and more abstract hidden mickeyists who look for them in any arrangement. There is actually a guy named Steve Barret who is considered an expert on hidden mickeys.
Pluto can be a frightening character for young kids. One of my first childhood memories is Pluto scaring the ding dang doodle gosh out of me at 2 years old.
Oliver was so sweet. He is warming up to the characters, and it's precious to see. I would get annoyed with how often they come by. That's awful to say, but i am introverted.
I enjoyed you explaining how switchboards worked to Jackson, and his facial expression. Next time I'm on the ride I'll try to explain to my kids and I'm sure they'll make the same face! 👀
What a fantastic dinner! I love how Oliver just kept looking over and seeing all the characters and then grabbing Jens arm when they got a little too close. Seeing him then warm up to Chip was adorable. We would love to eat at Garden Grill but dinner didn't look the best. Would you try breakfast? I can't remember if you have already with the kids.
Oliver can’t understand why yall aren’t alarmed that monsters keep coming to the table. He just wants his cornbread 😂
you know they aren't monsters right?
@@verawilliams1208to Oliver they might be
We make our own monsters
Oliver’s progress with the characters was so precious!
Watching Oliver get over his fear (somewhat) of characters in real-time was so heartwarming! He could tell when big brother Jackson is excited, that he was safe and could be excited too! ❤
Chip will always have a special place in Oliver's heart ❤️
The real star of this video is Oliver- he worked through his emotions with the outstanding unconditional love and support of dad, mom and most of all Jackson. The characters did a great job reading situation and taking the clues from you all. Magical - just magical.
Jackson made me lol with his demonstration of how slow a tree grows 😂😂
Chip was so kind with Oliver ! Loved how Jackson just embrace’s all the characters!
Omg My Heart melted with Oliver’s interaction with Chip!!!Chip for the Win!!!
And I love how Jackson is with all the Characters… my heart was melting 😊
Oliver needs a stuffed Chip to mark the moment. ❤️ 🐿️
Oliver looks like he suddenly aged a ton. Growing up goes by so fast!
Oliver is really starting to look like his big brother Jackson. His warming reaction to the character was priceless. Love your videos when the boys are included
Oliver melted my heart! A big step for such a little guy! Such a fun vlog! So much more fun with kids! Hugs to all!
Tim was cracking me up with all his ride quotes! And i didnt see the hidden mickey either 😅. Oliver was so precious to watch with chip when he was brave enough ❤
Ok, the way Tim always smiles and watches Jenn with admiration is truly the cutest thing ever!! 😍🥰
I love that tim acts like every time on the ride is his first time
I was so invested in Oliver and the characters, I was cheering saying yayyy when he gave the first high five 😄🥰 It seemed like he warmed up to Chip the most 💙
No one even dare argue that the biggest highlight and most adorable moment of this video is Oliver interacting and high fiving with Chip! Took a minute but even those moments are wonderful! I can't get over his smile. Its so heartwarming
Omg Oliver finally building up the courage to interact with the characters, especially Chip was sooo heart melting, it actually made me tear up... ❤❤❤
Oliver had a great growth experience with the characters! It was beautiful and heartwarming to watch!! 👶 🐿️ ❤🎉
You gotta get Oliver a stuffy of Chip!! He had the sweetest interaction with him!
When Oliver was interacting with the chipmunks and just having fun I teared up he's growing up so fast
I got teary too.
Oliver loves Chip so much 😭 That interaction was so adorable!
And Jackson showing you how slow a tree grows 😂 super cute!
Simply delightful ❤
Good job Oliver you like chip! I bet he will be your buddy forever! He is just so adorable!!!
I just love the evolution of your channel as your family is evolving! It’s great to see you two as parents, enjoying life with your babies. 😊
I love it too! So happy for them!

Such a wonderful memory of Oliver meeting the characters
Go Oliver! You picked a great character to begin with, dear Chip! 😊
Yes! We LOVE the Garden Grill! All the produce is grown in the Living with the Land greenhouses and is (obviously) so fresh! 🌱🥬🥕🌽
LWTL doesn't produce enough produce so it's supplemented by outside sources.
Watching babies interact with the characters and clearly start to enjoy them in real time always makes me so weepy. You both are great parents!! I remember the years of not being able to have children and to see you with two healthy, happy children…tears of joy!!

Seeing Oliver interact with the characters so cute! Jackson running up to them to hug them I was thinking Oliver wanted to copy Jackson is so cute!
Look at Oliver! He did smile when he saw Dale, loved that moment
Loved seeing Oliver make new friends! I think he has chosen his favorite character! Team Chip!
Not going to lie, I literally cheered and teared up when Oliver gave Chip a high five!
Oh gosh the nose booping as well.....
Aww this was so cute! Bless Oliver’s little heart with those characters 🥰 It’s funny to me that Jackson didn’t care for the Mac n cheese with goldfish because Story said the same thing about it! And it really surprised me with how much she loves Mac n cheese!
Adorable! Oliver being led to trust the characters bc of big brothers bravery is so sweet.
It was SO much fan seeing Oliver get excited about Chip and Dale and interact more with characters for the first time. Thank you!

Awww Oliver playing with Chip at the end is so sweet!
Oliver and Chip going back and forth booping each others noses 😭😭😭
You guys are always so wonderful with respecting the kids' boundaries in the parks! My parents constantly pressured me at a young age to do things in the parks i wasnt comfortable with, this heals part of my soul. The boys are lucky to have you

Oh my heart. I almost cried when Oliver high fived Chip.

Omg when Oliver and Chip bonded I was so excited !!!! Melted my heart
Super fun/adorable watching Oliver's roller coaster of emotions! LOL

Noted for my next trip, thank you!
Love y’all’s little family ♥️ still can’t believe the boys are growing up! How special to have all of these memories to look back on 🥹🫶
Chip was awesome. What an amazing character interaction for Oliver.
The garden grill is my favorite character meal. It’s really chill and love the food there
Don’t worry Tim, I appreciate your mighty buffalo bit
You guys can always give the food service crew some comments how food taste. Thank you Tim,Jen Oliver and Jackson for sharing the vlog!

The World is your Garden Grill! Breakfast is wonderful too.
Tim eating at Garden Grille is like redoing the Eclipse Start daylight then nighttime and back to daylight
Did Oliver bump his face? Jackson is such a good big brother. I love it at this restaurant, it's so much fun xx
My son and Oliver are about the same age (I think they are about a month apart). My mama heart was so excited watching him smile, wave at and then finally high five Chip! 🥰

Yes…we’ve had it at Chef Mickey’s before the meal and with the Beast at Be Our Guest after dinner.
Yes, I’m watching and cheering Oliver along with the characters lol 😊
I am very sensitive to motion and get sick easily but I was fine at Garden Grill. It’s so subtle that the only time I noticed it was stepping onto and off the dining floor. Good food and the characters were awesome.

Who loves the trackers
Oliver with Chip was the sweetest 😍
Jackson sticking his tongue out while taking a pic with mickey & showing how fast a tree grows made me LOL!!
When my sister went with her family for the first time, my oldest nephew chose German. As a gag gift that Christmas, I gave my brother-in-law a German English dictionary.

I love that fact that Jackson forgets that he has been doing character meals since he was able to be carried into the parks!
The vegetables are there in between the walkways for the characters! It helps them navigate the resturant to make sure they see all the families! ✨
I went to the Garden Grill on a whim last year when I couldn't decide where to eat while at EPCOT. I was so surprised and its one of my favorite dining experiences

Those computers with all the flashing lights are left over props from the tv series Buck Rogers in the 25th Century.

Now you guys need to get Oliver a Chip and Dale plush in honor of his first character interaction!
I wore overalls as a teen SO MUCH. I was obsessed. So now I'm gonna need these
Oliver warming up to the Characters was so cute! You need to get home a Chip plushie.😎👍🏻✨💫💙
Oliver has grown so fast.
lol Oliver is like Oh my goodness the cartoons have come to life!

The hidden Mickey gave me Friends vibes. The episode where Rachel can't see her Baby during the scan 😅. I also couldn't see it Tim!
Hahaha I love that episode and yeah I couldn’t see it either 😮
