I love how CodeMaster Coach breaks everything down for you. I am taking a online course and I have a better understanding what I am learning because of her videos. Thank You!
I just found your videos literally today while I was taking a quiz in my CPT coding class. I'm so glad I found your videos because I'm going to watch them all take notes because I've always wondered what those credentials meant and now I have a thorough understanding. I am enrolled in a accredited health information technology program and will graduate in 2020 with my Health Information Technology associate degree. Thank you for sharing your knowledge with us! ♡
I AM JUST GETTING INTO LEARNING THIS FIELD AT 49 AND I PLAN ON FOLLOWING YOUR CODEMASTER COACH YOU TUBE CHANNEL SO THAT I WILL BE ABLE TO WORK FROM HOME AS WELL. I PRAY THAT I AM ABLE TO GET WISDOM, KNOWLEDGE, AND MOST OF ALL UNDERSTANDING FROM THIS TUTORING. THANK YOU FOR TAKING THE TIME TO GIVE BACK AND USE YOUR GIFT TO BLESS OTHERS.
I'm starting to this about this later on in life, at 43 years old I'm seriously contiplating getting into this field. You are EXACTLY what I needed and thorough with the lessons and information. I'm gonna follow you all the way!
You are the answer to my prayers. I could shed some tears right now. I have been going back and forth for almost two about getting a certificate or degree. I couldn't figure out the diffent types of certfication I needed but I know that I want to do medical coding. You answered almost every question I had in this one video. I couldnt hit that subcribe button fast enough!! Thank you so much. Please continue doing what your doing.
Thanks so much for your channel. You are a very smart lady and very informative. If you have not taken any of these tests believe me its tough...so study your tail off. I failed twice in 2015 on the CPC test. I can say I will go through AHIMA this time but being out of school for 2 years it will be very tough to complete. One thing I can say to any student is to save every book, all your notes, every .pps, .pdf...every video and microphone saves . I mean ...SAVE EVERYTHING. You will never know when you will need it. Don't wait to go to school when your 50. It makes it harder by 10X. Good luck to you all
Hello! I'm a new subscriber...this is my 4th video and I would like to thank you for taking the time to instruct and give such detailed information. I'm 50 and I'm on my way to a new career!!!
Thank you so much. I'm interested in seeing if I could manage doing the AHIMA CCA program, any tips on how to start? There's rarely any medical coding programs in person near me, so I figured, I'd do best by the main national accreditation websites. I've learnt a bit more about the books necessary, about the importance of free resource references/guidelines on their main websites of, HIPAA, OIG, and CMS (definitely yet to try out these researching tips). So far, your channel and Medical Coding with Bleu have really been my favorites! Appreciative of the helpful tips!
I am taking a one year medical coding program from a college and I really appreciate your videos. I love how slow you go over things and repeat yourself. It helps. I just finished an assignment asking me to think about which certification I want. I felt very unprepared. So I went here and was glad to see you had a video on certificates. Thanks
I am taking a class for my associate degree in medical billing and coding and I find your videos very helpful. Thank you for doing them and I will be watching and learning. Great job!
I am sooooo very happy to have found you before I signed up for a class. I plan to purchase the books in a couple of weeks an being in earnest to work toward my CPC

I prayed God would help me find a way to break through the wall I felt I hit. He led me to you. THANK YOU. You are helping me so much! I just want you to know what you are doing is great and helps to empower people to move forward in their goals. May God Bless you!

Hello Sister , you are truly amazing, am on video five classes, wanting to get familiar with the program and profession, at 57 looking at a carrier change. Thank you for your wisdom and passion. Maher
I wish I knew about Master Coach last year. She is a great teacher. She opens your thought process with structured material, making it easier to understand.
I have decided to pursue a second career in medical coding because of your videos. I look forward to learning more about this field from CodeMaster Coach. ...Thank you!

I love the way you talk to us. The way you give us the information, FINALLY A SISTER ON OUR SIDE,THE WOMANS SIDE! 😋🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹Because of you I’m enrolled in a coding classes ! Thank you, thank you!!!! Have an awesome day!
I got two useless college degrees. I have my associate degree in Business Administration &B A degree in Healthcare Administration. If I can go back in time, I wouldn't even consider going to a major University. After high school, I should of went to a community college to earn my billing&coding certificate. The median income for a billing&coding is about $55k annually.
I am so glad that I ran across you!!!!You are a God send!!! I was ready to give up, taking online classes in this is really difficult but you have helped me to understand and I cant wait to learn more from you!!!! Once again thank you!!!!
I am glad I found your page, I am starting my career in medical billing and coding & medical administrative. I want to learn as much as possibel and ready for my exams. You are great! Thank you so much!
I’m so happy I accidentally stumbled across your channel. I was at a stand still in my life and this video was everything. Thank you 🙏🏽 I’ve wasted enough time talking thinking 🤔 time to get into action 🙌🏽
I am not trying to get Certified nor taken and coding classes. I happened to land a job as Inpatient and Outpatient Mental Health coder for nine years. Now I am attempting to challenge Billing and Coding courses that is required to my Health Information Management Program. I have been doing Billing for the past Eight years now. I love how you explain things clearly. Thank you so much!
You are absolutely awesome! Thank God for you! I have contemplated going into this field for years. Glad to know that you no longer require a degree in this field. This time in my life I definitely don't have the time to strive for a degree. Thank you so much for this information :)
Really appreciate detailed, easy to understand, something that makes sence in to us, information that can help decide which certification to choose from. thanks COACH.
I just subscribed! I am so grateful that you put these videos out. I’m about to start my medical coding journey and I’m very nervous about it. Your videos help me to understand better and to not be as nervous. Thank you so much!
Thanks so much for breaking down the differences of the certifications. I was a bit confused, even looking at the AHIMA & AAPC websites, but your explanations made them easier to understand. Really enjoying your videos :)
You are so welcome. Glad to know you visited the AAPC and AHIMA website. Those two websites will be your foundation for certification and continuing education credits.
Thank you, CodeMaster Coach for your generosity and sincerity in sharing your wealth of coding, breadth of knowledge, and your real life experience in this health information field. I am appreciative of your youtube channel.Isn't it interesting how AHIMA evolved from the American Medical Records Association? Blessings to you!
I'm a 49 year old single mother. It's taken me this long to realize I need a career instead of just a job. I need it so my daughter can have a little better without so much struggle and to be her roll model. I want to get into either coding or pharmacy tech. Something that won't take very long to study for or take short term classes and pass. So I can get started with employment. But I'm more interested in coding and I think the pay is a little better. Do you think I'm too old to start? And is the basic coding a good career choice for someone my age?
No, I don't think your too old to start. Mainly because your mind if made up that you are going to do this. If you weren't so determined, I would question your decision. But, it seems you are ready so you can do this!
I knew if I scrolled thru comments I would find someone asking the same question about being too old to get certified and I am glad to see the CodeMaster's encouraging reply. I will be 55 in a few months but want a second career so I am going to do it! I wish you the best and know you will get certified!
Hi CodeMaster, I too just like every one else here are happy you are sharing all of your knowledge with us. I am interested in my CPC as well as my CCA. I just had an interview last week for a big hospital in my area and will know this week if I get the job. They don't require for me to have any certifications at this time but I will need eventually my CCA. But the Supervisor said that having my CPC would be of some help as well. How much are your classes and what books will I need to follow along. And were are your online classes posted? Thank you so much.
CodeMasterCoach is in the process of building an entire program now. It won't be ready until the first of the new year. The books needed will be the 2017 edition of the ICD-10-CM and CPT book for starters. Good luck on the interview process. Did they test you? Is it for a coding position?
I love your videos! you are so clear in explaining the road to medical coding. I'm watching your videos and keep going back to watch again in case it doesn't stick
Great channel! I am in medical device and have interest to get certified...still not sure what course I should take from accp.... Cpd and cic or if I could just take Cic....would love your thoughts....I am trying to get an understanding of coding and how to properly Bill our products
Thank you for your informative video. I can't express how appreciative i am, for you have answered all the questions i have. I am currently in college in the HIM- Coding program
THANK YOU SU MUCH !! I have been weeks reading and searching about all the certification and organizations that I was so confused. You help me so much to finally understand.
I want to thank you for all the information. I just started getting to know about Coding and I am very interested in it. I have been working in a hospital setting for 4 years now and wanted to move up but couldn't decide were to go, I was searching the internet an came acrossed your videos and I know this is what I want to do. your information is so inspiring and I greatly appreciated. Thank You so Very Much.
Kristi you are so very welcome. Glad to know my videos are appreciated. That really lets me know I am doing something that someone appreciates. I will keep the videos coming.
I’m so blessed that I found your channel. I graduated in 2011 from Kaplan College with honors for Medical Billing and Coding. However, they never mention anything about taking the CPC exam.( $$$$)😮 which also wasn’t mentioned. Which I didn’t have. Lastly, that I’ll need to work for as an CPC-A. So I felt very discouraged. Not to mention lied too. It’s now 12 years later. Is there away I can contact you because I’ve noticed that you started this channels years ago. Your an answer to prayer. I’m ready to start preparing foe my CPC exam now.
Thank God!!! I found you. I have been looking for something like this. I currently work for a third party administrator that processes claims. I do the customer service side. I like it a lot. However, I want to advance and become more knowledgeable billing and coding.
Hello! I just graduated with my Health Information Tech Degree this month, however, I still do not feel I am ready to take my RHIT and CCS/CCA exams. I thought starting your courses from the very beginning, would help me prepare. Thank you so much for offering your courses, they are wonderful, you are wonderful! Yvonne
THANK YOU for the very clear, very helpful information. It is GREATLY appreciated. Keep up the good work! I was looking into this and getting a bit confused. This was EXTREMELY helpful ma'm. I subscribed.
You are so welcome. The key to the CPC exam is the guidelines at the beginning of the different chapters in you CPT book. Study those. Like at the front of Anesthesia, know when to use the P modifiers and with Path & Lab, know when to use a "Panel" instead of the individual codes for each separate lab drawn.
Code master I’m so glad thT you are making these videos!! Thank God for you! I’m going through a school right now and I’m loving it! Keep the videos coming 🌺🌼🌿🌸🌼🌺🌼🌿🌸😋🙏🏼IM A FAN!!!

The viedos I’ve watched have helped me to understand the career a lot better. I thank you for it.

Looking to get CPC cert from AAPC, and you helped answer my questions. Thank You
Your welcome.
I'm 51 and going for it! 👍 We can do this! 🙌
Lisa garnet saw your comment are you coding? If so how? What route did you take.
I’ve wondered about the same age old question 🙋♀️ how did you do?
Are you teaching online or in a classroom!?
I love your videos! you are so clear in explaining the road to medical coding. I'm watching your videos and keep going back to watch again in case it doesn't stick
code master coach I will be starting classes in September.
I am thankful and appreciate the video's that you have uploaded.
This is a real blessing
Great channel! I am in medical device and have interest to get certified...still not sure what course I should take from accp.... Cpd and cic or if I could just take Cic....would love your thoughts....I am trying to get an understanding of coding and how to properly Bill our products
I recommend the CPC exam through AAPC. Also with the medical devices, you will need HCPCS coding.
You need to be the holy grail to all coding classes.
Thank you for your informative video. I can't express how appreciative i am, for you have answered all the questions i have. I am currently in college in the HIM- Coding program
Your welcome Gabe Reptar.

Thank you Simply Stated.
How is your new career going as a coder?
Feel free to email me at CodeMasterCoach@gmail.com

Thank God!!! I found you. I have been looking for something like this. I currently work for a third party administrator that processes claims. I do the customer service side. I like it a lot. However, I want to advance and become more knowledgeable billing and coding.

Hello! I just graduated with my Health Information Tech Degree this month, however, I still do not feel I am ready to take my RHIT and CCS/CCA exams. I thought starting your courses from the very beginning, would help me prepare.

Thank you Paula Ellis. Glad I could help.
Thank you so much for making this information available. You're an excellent instructor!
Thank you Kelly Jones.
Hi , awesome job, great videos. I'm studying for my CPC board. I need all the tips and information I can get, your video are very helpful. thanks
Will do Bertha Gardner.
I’m starting an online course and glad I found your channel.
Welcome aboard Alyssia.
What course are you taking?? I'm looking into getting certified!
