I just started an online class for billing and Coding. I am on my work break. Only had 20 minutes to listen to you, and I have to say, I love you, you are my new best friend! I can easily understand you. I will tune in when I get home!

Hi, I just started my program for my Medical Billing and Coding certificate at Cosumnes River College. I understand my other two classes but the ICD-10 is a bit confusing.. I figured youtube has vids on everything so I looked up ICD-10-CM and found this video.. Thank you soooo much.. I love it. I'm a visual learner.. I read the chapters and the lecture notes but its nice to have a visual too.. Going to share this vid with the rest of my class.

I'm my CPC training book I'm already on Chapter 6 while my class is somewhere on Chapter 3. I watched your CPT video and was able to move on to Chaptwr 11 without any instruction from school. It has been very confusing. My teacher (after many requests) will not make videos. I'm very frustrated with her teaching practice... you have helped me more than the $$ I spent for this class :) I will refer this to all my classmates!

I contacted my instructor and I'm still waiting for her reply because I was SO confused that in the scenario which is the main term, how do I use the Alphabetic Index, and Tabular List. Wow!! you made it so simple..Locate and verify! Simple. I should email you instead of my instructor LOL!! I will go straight to my workbook when I get home to look up those codes. Thank you!!
