I took the CCS-P exam. I almost passed. My biggest trip up was I ran out of time on the last domain for diagnosis scenarios. I know I need to work on my time management. I will be taking the exam again. I really like and appreciate how you explains the guidelines and how to apply them to the scenarios. Thanks 🙏

I went to American Career College, and they didn't teach us right. There was a substitute teacher many times, and I realized it was about the money. I didn't understand what was supposed to learn. I understand everything what you are talking about. Thak you. Your an Excellent teacher 👏

YES because i have coded the number 5 question as M84.772A, B20, B37.81 since i used the fracture pathologic instead of the fracture traumatic, since patient had exisiting Candidiasis. I hope someone could explain

    • @m.e.c.1007

@@DBusiness-em6vj this is when you look up what Candidiasis is, a fungal infection. (I saw this often in AIDs patient's during their dental visits) There is no mention of what caused the break, but a fungal infection cannot cause a fracture, it is assumed traumatic. Pathologic referrers to disease, no disease that can contribute to a bone fracture was stated. There is also no mention of stress fracture which would indicate weakened bone which may be the result of a pathological issue. AIDs can weaken bones over time, as can the medications they take, but again this isn't mentioned in the question as a cause, therefore I would assume trauma.
