Honestly, she could run that grill by her self all she needs is to place the fryers towards the front in reach.
What's the point of the gloves, the guy stacking the cheese has no gloves on, she changes the gloves after touching the raw meat but picks up the same utensils that she handled with the first pair of gloves, not very hygienic!

In Texas we make a burger salt with pepper, garlic powder and onion powder, then you don't need bacon. Unless the burger is made from ground ribeye, then just salt and pepper. And we butter the buns. And, I know, who cares because the burgers look AMAZING.

You measure the ingredients and mix it for convenience and consistency, then apply it evenly across the entire patty so every bite picks up the flavor.
