I think the reason food being prepared is so comforting to watch is because we can see the effort people put in their craft. You can literally see, feel, and taste the result of the hard work these two are putting in...it is beautiful.
I think same you, the argentinian food is the best, if we talk about meat. I everyday eat ASADO, and drink TINTO.
I've always admired people who put the best effort in their jobs. These folks have pride in their product!

I could watch that cook for an hour or more. He's so well organized, and everything is within an arm's length. The food looks great! Really good teamwork between him and the young lady. I'd definitely buy from them.

This isn’t sausage, this is called “Chorizo” and the sándwich name is “Choripan”
chorizo is a mexican sausage. the word 'sausage' can be many different things.

yo encuentro que la gastronomia argentina y chilena carece mucho de identidad. no se pueden destacar muchos platos. la mayoría derivados de comidas europeas. solo rescataría de paises cercanos a estos la comida peruana. pero es mi opinión y claramente alguien puede pensar diferente:)

@@sintron1233 Those steaks are probably ⅜” or 9mm thick; the meat was certainly not frozen before it was cooked on the griddle.
It may not have been to your taste but they were definitely not raw.
A ⅜” steak doesn’t take long to reach 51°C (rare) or 55°C (medium rare).

Take a look at the placement of any steak on his griddle: none of those cuts of meat are frozen.
