Astute Asset Management is using our state-of-the-art soft wash system to apply a product that helps break the surface tension between the contaminants and the surface being cleaned.
So as much pressure as an avarage garden hose to rinse it clean is sufficient and hence the term softwash.
And that said Astute Asset Management like to use a mixed cleaning method which includes steam hot water and adjustable volume and pressure cleaning pumps.
