Enjoyed this short and sweet circuit. This did the job. Most challenging I would say would be the first exercise - Uneven Squat with 20lbs. Then the Lateral Lunge to Rotation lunge❤
I love the strength + mobility. I also loved adding a little warm up. The length and pace were great for me. And I liked that everything is standing so I didn't have to move on and off the floor! I have a bit to move and more mature joints! I don't like throwing myself around and this workout felt good!

Holy moly that was good!! Lead with an OG 15 minute HIIT. So proud that i kept my 20 lbs the entire time, i was scared of the clean squars but i killed it!
Completed day 9 today (I doubled up yesterday, day 7+8) and also completed this 20-minute leg workout, I'm feeling great and this was just an awesome workout that definitely challenged my balance, did work up a sweat yesterday & today. Feeling good!. Have the tune of the "Rocky" song in my head "Getting Stronger" 🤭🙌💯💪

My kids (8 and 11) and I just finished this workout and boy ! It was a sweaty , challenging one . My youngest had to stop a few times but I’m still proud of him for what he accomplished today . I’ve been doing your arm workouts regularly but thought I’d switch it up. This kicked my butt. I’m so sore. Probably somewhat my fault for never doing lower body strength training. I carried around a significant amount of extra weight so I figured my legs were strong just from that. Not true! I’ve got muscles hurting that I didn’t know I had. 😂 I’ve lost 160 lbs and now trying to tone up and get stronger.
Holy sweat fest! I completed this after your 30 minutes Metcon Day 3 100 squats. I used 25lbs throughout. The last excercise I did deadlift to suitcase squats. ❤
So glad you enjoyed this! Toes can be slightly turned out if that's more comfortable for you! You just want to keep your knees moving in the direction of your toes - keep everything aligned!
I love this format and time length. Honestly I’m a bit nervous to fit split strong into my schedule these days as a mom of three littles. Any suggestions if we were to trim down the time of split strong ?

Hi Lindsey! Can you explain the benefit of adding a weight right behind the neck? Seems like it cause neck pain after a while.
That is the proper way to set up a kang squat but you can always hold your weight at heart center if that is more comfortable!

My knees where grinding together when doing hinge, squat, hinge up. Is there anything I can do to modify to stop the grinding?
Separate your feet farther apart and option to do this without weights to work on your form!
