      Absolutely, as strong as a power lifter of equal weight but as asthetic and chisled as the best bodybuilders.
      Total freak of nature, genetics 1 in 500,000!

    The two most genetically blessed bodybuilders ever IMO were Flex Wheeler (obviously) and Kevin Levrone. If you want to go for beauty of physique then you've got to give it to Flex. However, if you like your guy to be a BEAST, Kevin edges it. Levrone could stand alongside the biggest mass-monsters of the 90s like Dorian and Nasser and never look outgunned.

      Kevins approach to Bodybuilding was truly unique. Especially during that era. Indeed a one of a kind athlete! 💪

    Kevin and Mike mentzer best physics ever…Kevin should have won Mr Olympia several times and Mike as well…Mikes physic was more put together than Arnold

    how many sets per workout he used to do? like what was it on paper? ramping sets to a top max of 6-8 for several exercises?

      As far as I remember, Kevin used lower rep ranges but higher number of sets.

      @@AFCAWorldBodybuildingArchive seen an interview where he says ramping sets for each exercise 1 top set to failure or close 4-6 rep range, but sometimes 20 reps

    ive seen many body builders over the years who are not on earth observing their eyes and slow taking with added confusion , once they get off the drugs they've landed back on earth's realm

      The behind the neck press hit his side delts pretty hard....it’s unreal how strong he got on behind the neck presses even on a smith machine.
