      Nobody these days come close to training and eating like him either. 5lbs of food a day, heavy consistent training. Kids these days eat like a rabbit and just use tons of gear.

      He use to party like crazy too drink and chill and only train like 6 months right before for the contest . Just for the challenge of it. His genetics is insane

      @UselessBC98 someone who has elite genetics, plus elite reaction to steroids will gain muscle no matter what they do, just the stimulation from moving heavy weights in some way will cause growth. It's why you shouldn't take the training advice of pros most of the time it's a different process

      @@tyrantfitness It’s not that easy for no one. The thing is In bodybuilding the perfect form is not seen outside necessarily, It is felt and each one of these pros went a long and very hard way to get there.

    This video is just like Kevin Levrone says it, "FULL BLOWN, IN YOUR FACE!!!" He was definitely not afraid of using HEAVY ASS WEIGHT in his training. He was always Olympia material. He definitely should have won the Mr.O a few times. He had it all. 💪🏆
