This video saved my life! I hadn't slept in DAYS and everything felt like it was falling apart. I figured out my whole body electrical storms and violent sleep zaps were my bent neck from my job looking down at faces all day. So Ifor 10 minutes laid on this old chiropractic wedge I had and every single storm and zap ended and I slept 11 hours. Saved me b/c my fiancé is in the hospital with broken ribs and needs me SO badly so now I can care for him. I WISH YOU WERE IN MY AREA. It's taken 6 years to figure this out. I had to find it on RUclips after 7 different doctors telling me 5 different diagnoses. "Anxiety, Mercury in the blood causing nerve damage, Stage 2 adrenal fatigue/low cortisol causing the zaps at night when cortisol drops,......." etc. It's been a legendary nightmare.

I have lifted weights for 20 years- My neck always hurts- The moment I drift into sleep, my body starts trembling on the inside and my heart pounds a little, makes me wake up instantly. Even when I awaken, the trembling is still there. It feels like a rush that comes on when it happens. Is this what you're describing? I have been to 3 neurologists, did brain wave tests, EMG test, sleep study... NO ANSWERS. Could it be my neck???? HELP!

same here have been told I had scoliosis. I was thrown from a car and landed in a field, thank god. only broke a few ribs, Lyme disease made my neck hurt for years. that went undiagnosed for 5 years. I do not have good luck with doctors listening or helping me. Changing doctors has so far not helped. I live in Arkansas far from town. What town we do have they do not attract good doctors guess not enough money. Little Rock Ar is a 5-hour drive. With these tremors, I am afraid to drive to big cities.

My local GP practise has completely dismissed me as being some sort of idiot. I have unexplained weakness, chronic hiccups/diaphragm spasms, head to toe spasms even in my throat and many more strange symptoms. I’ve had my spine checked multiple times and they say my spinal problems aren’t bad enough to cause all of this. I have kyphoscoiliosis and mild cervical instability…so they say. Bone spurs in cervical and thoracic area and some degeneration along with ventral cord contact. Interestingly, when I go on an inversion table I’m very briefly able to regain my strength. Just had a muscle biopsy and it revealed mild myopathic features with type 1 and 2 fiber type atrophy with no identifying cause. I wish I had the financial ability to come see you guys because my life has come to a halt. I’m almost 41 and now need a wheelchair and had to move in with my mom. I've had very light buzzing in my body for 5 to 6 years but for the last 3 months it has increased intensity. It happens mostly when I'm asleep , then I wake up with either no vibration of the whole body vibrating from chest to feet. Some days I think it's getting better then the next day it's my whole body that vibrates. I have the same position to sleep every night, as straight as I can, why is it that I have different intensity of vibration from night to night? I'm a little desperate, I'm afraid it might be Parkinson's Disease. :-( I will try to go see a doctor prolotherapist and see what he has to say. Thank you for this lecture, I have hope it's going to be treated. Dominique ;-)

I notice its during the day (sometimes) a buzzing in legs or chest, or anywhere in the body. And if I wake up in the middle of the night it is so INTENSE. I notice its worse when i lie on my sides. have told my general doctor and she looks at me like a deer caught in the headlights of a car. No. idea Today I had a bad shaking and could not walk kinda fell onto the couch before I did fall, and banged my knee on the coffee table. Which has a glass top. Afraid I will fall onto a glass table. So moved it out of the way. After all, this happened. I will get help to remove it from the room once I ask for help. Stayed on the couch until it passed. This problem has gotten worse lately. I can sometimes feel it coming on other times it is sudden with no warning. My neck did kind of feel stiff and felt as if my head was too heavy to support. I would call whole body shaking not sure tremors is the correct term. They used to be just tremors all over but now it is full blown shaking and no control over what is happening. Getting overheated seems to bring it on too.

And I always have a neck pain and headaxhe a long with it. I've been diagnosed with C5 and C6 degeneration in the past due to poor posture and hypermobile ligaments. I've done a lot of physical therapy to correct my posture but it's hard to keep up with. I've been wondering how to ask my doctor about this. I have this! Exactly this! It's been about 18 months of constant internal vibrations, numbness all over my body, plus being lightheaded and dizzy. Main stream docs did a lot of tests and said that we should just do 'symptom management'. Umm, no! Finally made my way to a NUCCA chiropractor who did a lot of imaging and found that my entire spine was curving strangely because my C1 and C2 vertebrae were pushed off to the left. Plus both vertebrae were rotated in opposite directions. Definitely causing tension to the spinal cord and probably the vagus nerve and all the other things that run through that area. My question is . . . Once the tension is removed, how long does it take for the irritation to calm down and symptoms to improve? I've had some reduction in localized neck symptoms (pain, clicking, popping) but not in the numbness, vibration, and other whole body symptoms.

Hi there, wow everything you described, is me to a T as well.
Internal vibrations (only when in bed) numbness, sometimes down both arms but moreso left arm and leg. Have had sciatica in the past which affected my left leg too. Just visited chiropractor and with just their observations of me, sitting and standing, they were able to pick up that my left side is lower. They asked if I had lower back issues, which I do, but didn’t initially tell them as I went it with pinched nerve in neck concerns.
After asking if I had low back issues I then said yes, and they said, ok good, because it looks as tho your pelvis might be slightly lower too, and could be due to a slight curvature in my spine.
Without even touching me they were able to speak on things I did have concerns about.
Going for xrays next week to see how things in spine and neck are looking

I've had some really bad nightmares since I was a kid. I would sometimes wake up with paralysis from these nightmares. Very scary as a child. example, I've never been bitten by a dog or a stung by bees but my dreams had a dog jumping on my back and biting my neck or bees attacking my back then I woke up and couldn't move or speak for about a minute. Near 18 years old I figured out it was because when I slept on my back... even with a pillow to support my head. When I don't sleep on my back I don't hardly have any bad dreams. Years later, car accident and x-ray by chiropractor showed I have a completely straight neck, but healthy. He asked if I had bad migraines and I said never. I told him about the dream thing and he said he never heard of such a thing. In my 20's waking up from a nightmare to find myself sleeping on my back, I always roll over of course. But those dreams were like my body was throbbing and my dreams of being pulled off my bed and I couldn't move or same but started floating in my room or a body part was being pulled into the air. The other night I woke up from a low humming like a bee flying near your ear and my whole body was vibrating. When I say vibrating it wasn't like a body message machine going on, it was like taking dice in Yahtzee and shaking the cup to mix them really fast. You're video confirms thoughts of my self diagnosis but my spine has a good flow of fluid. I think it has to be where it connects to my skull.😮‍💨

Ok, let me explain my experience. When I'm sleeping in REN phase, I mean, no movement at all, I feel there is something near my bed that transmits vibratios to my wood frame bed. It's like an AC motor is on, something heavy that "roars" through the floor with vibrations. The vibrations are fixed, the same frequency. I can't wake up but I was aware of it. I had an accident and I got two injuries in my back. One of them is a bulged disk. Now is rare to have these vibrations. When I had my first experience I thought someone was working near my house with some heavy machines at night. These vibrations felt really strong then. Now when I feel this thing is lighter and I know the origin is inside of me, like ... a happy cat.

When you go to a chiropractor they are manipulating and moving the joints which can lead to further instability. We often recommend that if you are receiving Prolotherapy that you hold off on chiropractic due to its interference with the treatment.

Like I feel that stuff affecting my breathing and everything cuz it makes my chest feel constricted and then I'll stretch trying to relieve that feeling and my chest will pop really loud and then I'll feel a sudden release My eyes also get a very bad burning sensation behind my eyeballs and my forehead feels like it's leaking liquids but like almost like I'm sweating so like I'll rub my forehead but there's nothing there feels like my brain's leaking down my forehead

Megan we are so sorry to hear that you are experiencing this - there is no way to diagnose you without seeing you for exams and a consult but we would love to help you. Cervical instability can present itself in so many different ways and unfortunately, if nothing is done about it, degeneration continues. We are praying for your healing and hope to see you in our office in the future!

Hi all. I’m in the UK and struggling with internal tremors and I’m sure it’s coming from my neck. Perhaps started from TMJ. Does anyone have any referrals or know where I can begin to look for treatment in the uk? What kind of doctor or treatment? Help 😢

Hi Charlie, we are so sorry to hear that you are experiencing tremors. Unfortunately we hear from a lot of individuals from the UK that they cannot find proper care. With that being said, we have a lot of patients from over seas and would absolutely love to help you - even if to just get some testing done, that way you can have some answers. We understand that travel is not feasible for everyone and we cannot provide any referrals to other providers, especially if we have not yet seen the individual ourselves however we can suggest that you start with google. Try to find a Prolotherapy provider who specializes in the neck and see if they can get you in for an exam and consult. We are wishing you all the best in your healing and are here if you find that you can travel to the US.

I've seen ppl going to chiropractor and him would decompress the spine and the pacient getting instant normal vision(was blurry) , sinus drainage and resolve other issues like posture, inflammation. I wonder if a chiropractor would do a spine decompression, the vibrations in the feet would go away.

I looked up the symptoms and found this video after reading a more disturbing differential diagnosis of Parkinson's, MS ar essential tremor. None fit me. I sat up, focusing on straightening my neck, and the symptoms disappeared.!

I have been having these internal tremors when I get up it does feel like my body (especially legs) are buzzing and I feel like I can’t move. I have to hold onto something or I’m going to fall. I did fall recently and I couldn’t get my balance. It feels like I’m shaking and it lasts for seconds, and then it stops. It’s hard to find information on these internal tremors. I’m having an MRI next week and I’ll know what is going on. I appreciate your video.

Could that cause your chest to pop once you try to release the tension from your spine and shoulders and could that cause blackouts because I've been having blackout since I was 13 and I it's like fainting spells of a sort feels like a snatched out of my body like literally I lose my sense direction and everything it's almost like being knocked out but worse because I've been knocked out before and at least when I was knocked out my brain was still working like whenever I black out my brain shuts down completely like I can't think or function or nothing I can't do anything it's hell just even trying to focus enough just to keep myself breathing

I have this inside "shaking" that I get when I am asleep and it wakes me up and it can happen anywhere in my body. I wake up and can't move and my body is shaking, but almost internally. The past few times I've been woken up by it, I try and "feel" the shaking outside, but I can't, and mostly, I can't move at all. I thought it was seizures. I feel sometimes it's tied to days where I exercise intensely. The past two days I've had this and I'm noticing sciatica now. I don't know if people are experiencing exactly what I am, which is at night, waking up from it, but this is the closest thing I've found so far when I google it.

We are so sorry to hear that you are experiencing this, especially that it is interfering with your sleep. There is no way to say why this is happening without doing diagnostic testing and a consult however, this tremors can be a symptom of neck instability. The thing with instability is that it is degenerative meaning, it continues to worsen over time if nothing is done about it. We would absolutely love to learn more about your case and help you get a proper diagnosis.

Or like my husband was moving around in bed but he wasn't in bed. It doesn't move the bed but I can tell my head is slightly moving bc my ear was on my pillow. I just had all my top teeth removed and my jaw filed on top 3 days ago. Hasn't happened in a long time. It's a weird feeling, my whole body but not painful in any way

Amazing! I've experienced internal vibrations for probably more than 10 years. I only rarely notice it, but my spouse can feel the vibration across the bed as soon as I lay down. I have been diagnosed with cervical spondylosis and for sure have neck issues. Been diagnosed with Meniere's Disease, but now this video has me wondering if the tinnitus, dizziness and mild nausea are cervical related rather than inner ear. Also experience at times horrible involuntary grinding of the jaws, and have neck/shoulder tension so bad that physical therapists say they have rarely seen anyone so rigid in those areas. I do know of at least one incident of probable whiplash when I was on a bike and looked up just in time to catch a tree limb into my helmet (broke the helmet). Sure wish I lived in South Florida instead of TN. Wow!

Although we are sorry to hear that you have been experiencing these symptoms for over 10 years - we understand how debilitating they can become. But the good news is that we have found Prolotherapy to be a very successful treatment for cervical instability and we would absolutely love to help you, at a minimum you’d have a proper diagnosis. We are not in TN but we do have patients who travel from all over the globe on a daily basis and TN is not too far! Give us a call if you find that you can make it here😊

Yes , you explained exactly what I experienced yesterday night at work. I was out of words when I was trying to explain to paramedics. Paramedics were actually nice and listened to me.
My body was shaking horribly for about 6 to 7 minutes and my 2 co-workers witnessed me closely as they were trying to give me comfort but it was uncontrollable.
I thought I am gonna get paralyzed after. I was normal after sometime. I am actually better now but wanted to know the root cause of that. I experienced 1st time ever in my 34years.

It wakes me up several times a night sometimes along with racing heart/palpitations. It's been so worrying! Lately I've been feeling slightly lightheaded and nauseous. It's so hard to explain any of this to doctors. I've had an ECG and blood tests and it was all normal. I wish I could figure this out -- I'll have to look onto it being spinal related

I have suffered from many internal injuries from a breech labor and delivery that went very badly 29 years ago. I have such severe constant pain from L4/L5/S1 and on down through everything (sacrum, si joints, rear end, around hip joint areas and on down into my thighs, legs, ankles feet) I can feel lots of nerves through rear and groins that quiver, twitch, trembling like sensation of many nerves. No one has been able to repair me and this has taken my life from me. Constant battle of pain around the clock for decades but, I’m getting very tired of the struggle. Pelvic ring injuries around to my lower back. 3 different types of pain going on. My daughter was breech and was lodged so badly. They were running out of time and had to go ahead and use extreme measures to save her. I just thought that as I healed over the days and weeks, the pain would subside but that wasn’t what happened. Untreated pain is absolutely 10 and puts me in an almost catatonic like state….treated I struggle from an 8 to a 4 every day. Today,..I am stuck at a 7 and I’m frustrated and this is how I found your channel. Even though this is not neck pain for me,…it is nerve pain and then muscle tissue, ligaments etc that were torn. I wish I could find someone who could set me free from this permanent pain. I wanted to have some pain free years before I die. I’m 58 now. You explain things very well on your channel!!!!
