Omg it feels like your having an internal seizure. It feels horrible. I’ve been going thru lots of anxiety and stress but just want to let everyone going thru this we got this and we will overcome.
Same here, I feel fine during the day but as soon as I try to sleep it hits me at once. Feels exactly like a internal seizure and sometimes even turns into an external tremor. I literally thought I was getting parkinson's or something. I don't "Feel" stressed and never knew anxiety/stress could cause these symptoms.
This is exactly what I’m fighting against currently and I’m 3 weeks into twitching/ jerking/trembling/ swaying/ floating and I have highs and lows. I will overcome this. Thanks for your sharing.
Me too! i have had it for a week however i feel a certain sensation in my neck and i shake/trembling. i think its a twitch hotspot but im not quite sure. I'm only 13 and ive just recently gone to school and i have really bad anxiety. Im not sure if i have internal trembling but im scared to go to the docters becase of corona virus. Would you say you have the same? Just trying to understand this. Thank you if you reply!
Faith Odulawa , I have twitches all over my body and they are quite the same spots. It’s been for years and they become more noticeable when I am in panic. For me it will take about a couple of months before I start to forget about it and eventually I will be at a point where I won’t notice it or they really stop.
@@sac82287can ask you questions about twitches, are they better, how are you? I'm 20, I have muscle twitches for almost 6 months, I'm scared, can you talk about it?
Mary Jane , once I start to twitch due to anxiety, it will take forever for me to recover... it’s been happening for me for years now...it took me many months before it stops and it comes back quickly as soon as I am in stress once again. Hang in there and try not to focus on it. It will go away eventually!
I too have floating dizziness, off balance, swaying feeling... at times I feel like I am being pushed or like I will fall. I have internal head/ neck jerking almost seizure like but you cant see my head move its internal.
I broke down bad seriously shaking one night & I was just so damn scared ! I found your vids & it really helped just listening to u. I fell asleep to your voice & it seriously calmed me down. Thank u 🙏
Reading the comments of this video has made me feel MUCH better. I also thought I had a brain tumor or parkinson's because I had no idea stress and anxiety could effect me physically. It's so good to know I am not alone and others have the exact same experiences. I have never been diagnosed with anxiety because I do not "feel" overwhelmed or anxious but my body does.
Did you take anti anxiety meds for this?? I am currently going through it right now I don’t feel anxious until I stop being busy and feel my internal vibration…

Thanks so much for this video. I'm suffering severely with anxiety. I can't work or do anything apart from worry, I feel completely paralysed. The internal tremors are new and so strange. I thought I must be going crazy but it seems that I'm not alone in this.
It started with twitching in my eye for over a week which letter stopped. One night I was sitting on a chair and felt tingling in my leg (at first I thought it was cold) after some days I started having internal vibrations I was scared and couldn't sleep, and it became worst. Did some lab tests, and they all come out clean. when I have long conversations with people, I don't feel the vibration. When I am alone, I feel it. When I try to sleep or relax in bed, I feel it. I am not happy about it
Suddenly I found this video and get exactly what I feeling since 1 year . I feel trembling inside, weakness, fear but this video makes me satisfied. Thank u so much to sharing your experience.
I’ve been getting internal trembling only when sleeping it started from my head and went all the way to legs I thought I’m gonna lose control but once i saw this video I got confidence that I can overcome it and I will thanks for sharing this video it really helps a lot 👌👌👏👏
I.m on jaden christopher channel he goes into it alot more but I ve noticed its nutritional deficiences and anxiety if your ferritin is low then it causes all sorts of problems anxiety depression ...insomnia palpitations.. tingling ..eye pain headaches brain fog and lots more ....
Your not alone. Seems like others have same symptoms. Its happening to me too. I had the shivering/vibrations few days and then woke up with anxiety attack. I only had anxiety attacks 3 times in 6 months.
I’ve had this.. internal tremors, vibrating, cramps, goosebumps.. I started taking potassium and magnesium glycinate.. felt better in about 20 minutes and it finally went away almost completely.. I think it was brought on by an adrenaline dump event..
I was diagnosed with a uncontrolled anxiety and panic disorder in February this year.. I'm always trembling in the arms and legs on a daily.. Ringing in the ears, cluster headaches, visual disturbances + more... I thought I had PD or MS. After many tests and seeing a neurologist turns out it's anxiety I've been told my body is stuck in fight orflight mode 24'7 which is what's causing the uncontrolled trembling ect. I still find myself at the doctor asking are you sure this is anxiety because I've never met anyone else with anxiety as bad as I.. So to me I feel like I've been miss diagnosed and have asked to see the neurologist again... after scrolling through the comments I'm seeing alot of people with the same thing I don't feel so alone now.
@@britx213 I chose not to go on any medication in the beginning for mine because im scared of the side effects so I seen a physiologist instead it did help alot I got to the point where I was only feeling them every so often but recently they've come back and are quite Intense due to high amounts of stress and im really struggling with it.. I’ve been having these internal vibrations for months now and they usually occur in my chest / legs and back of the head so My dr prescribed for me a beta blocker ( inderal thats its name in my country ) 10mg and the dosage is 20mg aday and honestly I have felt great improvement from the first dose so yeah and also please keep in mind they are not harmful since being scared and anxious makes them worse at least for me and to whoever reading this we got this and we will overcome this .
Ive been suffering for 9 months! I have had my levels checked. Some of my vits were actually too high and some on the very low end of normal. I have changed my diet, i practice meditation and breathing exercises. I have been through quite a bit of stress and bad reactions to medications and am currently trying to wean off Paxil. My advice to everyone is just don't ever take it. Also I had a bad reaction to the covid vaccine, affecting my whole nervous system. Very. Scary. I was just now looking up somanic therapy and came across shaking to reset the nervous system (which I'm going to try) and then came across this video. I feel I'm on the right path. Thank you for this video, Cherelle. I'm so happy for you 🌹that you found out what helps you. I'm wishing all the people watching and commenting that you find your balance. 🪴I hope I find mine soon. Thanks for this video I'm currently going through the horrible internal trembling. Mine stems from digestive issues gastritis and inflammation. I was in two months of pain and then on the third month this internal trembling started and it's been a month now I'm just trying to calm down just now by seeking out these videos. I have had this internal trembling for a month and when it first happened I was so concerned I went twice in one week to the emergency dept. convince I had something seriously wrong. I am now realizing this is likely just stress related. Having been a cop for 20 years, now retired, sure didn't help. Thanks for sharing.
Oh I've been vibrating for almost a year. It's awful!!!! Yes I have panic attacks. I can't get it to stop. I've tried everything. And ears ringing really loud!!! I've had Cat Scans, MRIs, all normal. 🙄 It wears me out. Much Love ❤️!!!!
I also have the vibrating, 2 years this month I’ve had it. Ears ringing also, constantly for 2 years! As well as a bunch of other symptoms. All came on with panic attacks too.
I have been dealing with internal vibrations as well. As well, muscle twitching. I lay down with tremors and wake up with tremors. I've noticed, that there are times I can take a few deep breathes and they stop, only for a split second though. I have had these symptoms for over a month now. I had similar episodes after I had my daughter. With some research, I have found that constant anxiety can cause hyperstimulation in your body, and overtime it becomes more and more noticeable. Headaches, nausea, tremors, muscle fatigue/twitches, cannot sleep/rest properly. I have also found GOOGLING every little symptom you have is only going to send you on a downward spiral. You are overestimating your brain, in return can raise cortisol levels (stress) which in return can reek havoc on your GI track, which diarrhea can cause low vitamin levels, so on and so forth. Anxiety can last YEARS if not treated properly. Alot of symptoms everyone on here are stating ARE Anxiety related. Anxiety is tricky and can play HOERIBLE tricks on your body. And the lack of SLEEP can cause HUGE problems as well.
But I really appreciate your videos they was a saving grace when I kept watching AlS videos and scaring myself and I saw your video about it and instantly related and subscribed x
It usually happens when the nervous system gets stimulated to a certain point as a consequence of severe anxiety and stress. So, try to stay relaxed and focus towards positivity. 😊 You can feel vibrations and even notice a slight tremor, either in your hand or leg. It's gonna take time to convalesce (recover) from it because it has not occured from a petty amount of stress, so be placid and coherent. The cosmic mother will protect us all . Do meditate regularly as it is beneficial for the nervous system. Everything is exquisite!!! 😊
Cant thank you enough for this video! I have sat and trawled the Internet in tears today after constant chest tremor/vibrations. I think mine is down to GERD and I'm iron deficient at present. I'm 27wks pregnant, terrible reflux and current UTI 😑 felt like i was alone but really don't feel so alone now. X
Martie Ariza hello!!! So I actually hardly experience it now. It’s turned into a very discrete internal vibration that I can hardly notice. I’m hoping it’s completely gone after getting my vitamin D levels back up.
This is such a helpful video.. I just recovered from COVID and recently I started having similar weird sensations of twichting and vibrations and I was scared AF ..thankyouuu soo much for this video ♥️

The blood test ranges are based on everyone who has ever been tested, so the ranges come from mostly unhealthy people. Functional doctors use different blood ranges. Especially for things like thyroid TSH. You can be hypothyroid and yet be "fine" according to the blood ranges, which are far too wide. Also, blood levels of a vitamin/mineral isn't the same as cellular levels. For example, my doctor told me to stop supplementing with B12 because my blood levels were too high, however, at the exact same time a naturopath did a test and said my cells were deficient in B12, which was causing me to feel awful physically and mentally. When I took high dose B12 I felt so much better. So blood levels don't always show a cellular deficiency. There can be high levels of B12 in the blood but it isn't getting into the cells.
I have hashimotos high TSH (8.5) but normal T3,t4. Too 70. Cortisol was 20.6 (high) and b12 was somewhere in 800’s but I still have all these symptoms for weeks and feel horrible
Thank you for this video! I went to treatment last July and stopped Adderal and Xanax cold turkey and also drinking. I have relapsed on drinking but this has not stopped!

I suggest no one ever take it or anything like it. find some other way to deal with feeling sad. It's been a journey it's been over a year and I'm still working on it. Hello Everyone: Just now found this RUclips channel, and, subscribed. My leg shaking & tremors occur mostly when standing or walking - I believe this was brought on by getting COVID in late August 2023. It's now October 18th and these sensations, ringing in my ears (ongoing) & high heart rate upon exertion occurs. It's been scary and frustrating. I have also added Iron, Magnesium Glycinate & Potassium to my other vitamin & supplements recently - hoping that, combined with floor exercises to Zen music helps! Feel better everyone, and, please post what's working ... ❤️🩹

My first encounter with internal trembling was being woken up by what I thought was a lorry engine idling in the car park next to our house, then I realised it was inside me. It feels like a fast reverberation affecting my entire torso. When I told my Dr. he just flippantly said he’d never come across it before & disregarded my anxiety about it. That was 13 years ago.

I have started to experience this some years back and it still troubles me greatly to this day, my mum had the same and she'd always say it's like a butterfly in her chest, I'd heard of butterflies in the stomach, but she say a fluttering sensation. So it's the stress hormones affecting the nervous system in over anxious individuals, the two biggest culprits, cortisol and adrenaline flooding the system. I have to distract myself or I'd not sleep, watch tv, read a book etc, as focusing in on the sensation only increases the duration and feeling.

Hello: I believe that you are misunderstanding what you are experiencing in relation to the internal vibrations. While such vibrations may begin at times when one is anxious or the like, I do not believe the vibrations are a representation of a problem. Actually, I think they’re moreso representative of growth. Anyway, I have such experiences all the time. But, I’ve learned more about them and can control them completely … whether to start or stop, etc. The experience can be a bit unsettling initially, but I wouldn’t worry about it. If you want the vibrations to stop, you can put your attention on something else - the vibrations may increase if your attention is on the vibrations. Think to yourself that you’d like them to stop and put your attention on something else … perhaps watch tv or do something that puts your attention away from the vibrations. Anyway, good luck with this. I could explain a lot more if you wanted … But, in short, I just think you are experiencing a good thing, albeit something that almost everyone doesn’t understand.
Sometimes my little finger shakes when I hold something. I have had muscle twitches for a long time. I am 18 years old. Since I learned about ALS, my days have been filled with anxiety and tears. 🥺
Hello! I’m at 26 year old woman and I suffer from health anxiety. This week has been the worst. Everyday, everyweek is a new symptom. New feeling. This week I am scared of lymphoma. And i don’t know if this is related to anxiety but the more i think about it the more i feel it. Do you offer counseling or messaging services for someone that struggles with health anxiety?

If someone asks me why your hands are shaking, the next time your hands will tremble in front of him, which means that he will be afraid to face him, which means that he will be afraid from inside, that he will not speak again. I was diagnosed with a uncontrolled anxiety and panic disorder in February this year.. I'm always trembling in the arms and legs on a daily.. Ringing in the ears, cluster headaches, visual disturbances + more... I thought I had PD or MS.
Espiritual. Astral projection.

It usually happens when the nervous system gets stimulated to a certain point as a consequence of severe anxiety and stress.
So, try to stay relaxed and focus towards positivity. 😊
You can feel vibrations and even notice a slight tremor, either in your hand or leg. It's gonna take time to convalesce (recover) from it because it has not occured from a petty amount of stress, so be placid and coherent.
The cosmic mother will protect us all . Do meditate regularly as it is beneficial for the nervous system.
Everything is exquisite!!! 😊

There can be high levels of B12 in the blood but it isn't getting into the cells.
ciaran perry I'm in Canada. I'd google functional doctors or naturopaths in your area.
I have hashimotos high TSH (8.5) but normal T3,t4. Too 70. Cortisol was 20.6 (high) and b12 was somewhere in 800’s but I still have all these symptoms for weeks and feel horrible

This is such an awful feeling and I had it for years until I was put onto fluoxetine. I still get it very mild and short lasting but nothing like it was. I am always convinced I have a gynae cancer so every time I went to the loo this feeling would happen to me. Thank you for your videos they are so helpful and make me feel less alone x

I used to get the eye twitching years ago and also suffered panic attacks in menopause
But this is dreadful its continuous and I cannot sleep properly so I'm very debilitated now
I had blood tests and it showed high IGE and pH of 5.5
I take magnesium
Vitamin c with zinc
I should maybe start vitamin d again 🤔
Just wanted to say my heart ❤️ goes out to all of you who are suffering and I wish you all to get better may it be a speedy recovery and thank you to the young lady who made this video
Just knowing that you are not alone or imagining it all is a great relief 😇
Hi there, did you also experience hair falls or hair lost ?
Can someone suggest any ways how to control these symptoms? Thanks
I am having cervical spine problems. While anxiety may cause internal trembling, a pinced spinal cord may also cause this symptom. My neck has a lot of degeneration.
I have also same symptoms due to smoking.
Does anybody here get flashes when you close your eyes

I’ve struggled with this trembling thing basically my whole life. The feeling has always been the same ever since i was a kid. So basically what happens is that when im the spotlight and got everybody’s attention and i have to show something with my hands especially when it comes to liquid stuff, I feel a trembling in my stomach that spreads out to my hands. It’s very embarrassing
I so agree with getting a print out of your bloods!
What reason I have tingling leg and internal vibration sensation legs?
I started eating two eggs in the morning and added as much Himalayan Salt ( also turmeric and pepper :) ) as I could eat. My tremors are gone!!!!!!!
That’s awesome
Egg is a very nutritious food .
It helps in many ways with many deficiencies.
I was told once to eat eggs or drink blend in stuff or so
Wonderful! What a relief for you🙂👍
Raw boiled or fried?
is this really serious? or is it a joke?
I've been dealing with tremors the last couple of days and it feels like I'm vibrating from the inside

I have essential tremors and now I'm getting internal tremors. Hoping for DBS surgery in the future. Good luck with your journey.
How are you going now?

As a man I have the same feeling but it’s every other day, ie Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday ! I also noticed when I shower 🚿 and when I sleep , it goes away!
Your video is so helpful 😭 I’m a hypochondriac and quarantine definitely made it worse. I keep getting these weird vibrating or spasm in my head. I keep convincing myself it’s brain cancer or that something is definitely wrong. Have you ever experienced any weird sensation in your head. On the bright side I find so much comfort with your videos

4)Sensitive skin turns red even after a tiny scratch that makes me think i have skin cancer
5) My vision seems weird like everything is shaking even tho i wear glasses and have gone to the eye doctor and everything seems normal ,blame it on anxiety that makes me think im suffering from internal bleeding in my brain.

7)Muscle stiffness /or joint discomfort in my thigh or in legs sometimes in arms that makes me think i have some kind of Arthritis.
8)Cold feeling in forehead that makes me think blood supply to my brain is insufficient

What caused it?
What caused this for you?
I have started to experience this some years back and it still troubles me greatly to this day, my mum had the same and she'd always say it's like a butterfly in her chest, I'd heard of butterflies in the stomach, but she say a fluttering sensation. So it's the stress hormones affecting the nervous system in over anxious individuals, the two biggest culprits, cortisol and adrenaline flooding the system. I have to distract myself or I'd not sleep, watch tv, read a book etc, as focusing in on the sensation only increases the duration and feeling.
I have these for 5 years or more
I am having twitching all over my body and fatigue in my thighs and I have done everything EMG NCV MRI everything came back clean not a single fassiculation came in the EMG but I am having fatigue in my thighs and I wake early in the morning in sweat even the ac is on 18 and i am just trembling and shaking I am 18 year old hope this is bfs and anxiety
I’ve had the exact same thing. Same tests same symptoms. Mine has improved greatly. Had to do my own research and start own supplement and diet. I have started to feel a vibration or temor sensation about a month or two on both legs. I feel it more at night when I'm not moving my body. It comes and goes.
It's embarrassing and I wish I could just get out of my head I can't control my mind or messed up thoughts and I'm just getting worse as time goes by ... It never happened to me before it happens when I'm overwhelmed and I can't change or fix the situation I'm in .. I know what I need to do .... Its hard to accept the situation and I get to the point I can't get what I want to say out because I don't want to start more fighting ... It's just embarrassing and I need to do something for myself for once that makes me happy not making other ppl feel better.. the adrenaline just gets worse and I look to the one person I have to talk to and make me feel better but it's not his problem I guess ... It's just time to wake up and just treat "ppl" how they treat me ... I don't have any energy to keep doing this to myself ...

I would like to know more please
Did it get resolved for u now?
I’d like know more

Hello! I’m at 26 year old woman and I suffer from health anxiety. This week has been the worst. Everyday, everyweek is a new symptom. New feeling. This week I am scared of lymphoma. As I have discovered a lymph node on my neck, underneath my chin. I can’t stop touching it and i don’t know if that’s what made it visible or it was always like that. My face, near my jaw is tingly. And i don’t know if this is related to anxiety but the more i think about it the more i feel it. Do you offer counseling or messaging services for someone that struggles with health anxiety?
Even am 27 and going through the same symptoms...if ur comfortable we can get connected it will be helpful
I started getting this when i got sick 6 yrs ago. A cyst was growing rapidly on my ovary and bleeding healing over and over. The internal tremors and just a general feeling of not feeling well were my only symptoms. Until i collapsed when it was an ovarian torsion. After the surgery, it never came back. Yes, i agree hormones/adrenaline is a big culprit
