    Hiii bob ..it is good that she is doing your rehab plan and cure herself ..i am also suffering from L4/L5 and L5 /S1 disc bulge ..i have tried in a rehab centre and physiotherapist to recover but it is not reducing my pain ...i am doing the exercises you told in your videos ...it is working...and i also want to consult with you to do rehab plan ..

    Hello Bob, hope you're doing well.
    I have a Disc herniation at L5-S1 since 3 months,
    Lower right side back pain traveling to right leg, and weekness on ELIL 3/5, feeling pain in walking and sitting.Neurosurgeons clearly said only surgery is the solution.
    I'm watching your channel since 10 days, I recovered it was very helpful.
    I followed your weekly r plan Monday to Sunday for Sciatica pain relief.
    And 6th day I was completely pain free,
    I feel I'm completely well I started my work after 3 weeks of bed rest,
    Pain is back again, and I'm on bed rest again, but still much better than before
    I need your suggestion, do I have to follow Continuously weekly rehab plan, every day different Excersise?
    Or I can follow this 6 excersises in this video?

    Hi, how does decompression technique exercises will work on lumbar disc bulge, i heard some of exercise will cure speady recovery... instead of streching...what's your thoughts on that...

    Hi Bob. I have been seeings so many videos of you. I have a disc extrution of 2mm on my L4L5 and now the sciatica in right turned to numbess. My right leg is in numb condition and lack sensation and suggested with surgery. Can you help me in this. If yes, how can I get an consultation

    Hi Bob , I’m new to the channel. I’ve been battling with back and leg pain . I have a Disc bulge in my L4 and L5 . Ive been to physical therapy, my doctor put me on 600 mg of gabapentin three times a day and I quit taking it. I don’t like the way it makes me feel and I know how horrible it is for you. So My doctor recently recommended injections.. I would prefer the natural way with no drugs or injections, I’m interested in learning more on how you helped all these wonderful people.

    Hello Bob
    I could really use help. I have a few bulging disc, narrowing if the spinal column, and a few other back (spinal) issues. I am a mom of a young child and an elementary special education teacher. I am not able to do basic daily life functions due to pain. I have tried Pt, spinal injections. I get some relief, but it's short-term. I just want to be able to walk and play with my child. Can you help?

    Is it possible to live a normal life after the disc problem is solved, such as weight lifting, heavy work or even all kinds of work is possible 100%
