Bryan was diagnosed with a 4 cm L5-S1 disc herniation that, per the MRI report, was “obliterating the sciatic nerve.”
He was also diagnosed with an L4L5 disc herniation and spondylolisthesis.
3 Doctors said he'd need surgery and likely need a future spinal fusion.

I nearly have this exact same MRI picture so painful , was booked in for surgery……and one day. I just got out of bed like nothing happened. Has re-occurred though lifting or Bending the wrong way , I just have to be careful what I do now.

Do you still have any nerve damage? I had a 17mm extrusion that ended up becoming sequestered at L5/S1. The surgery helped a lot but I have some horrible nerve damage to this day. I’m going to check your program out!

Dude you said 4 cm and the MRI shows 1.7 cm. Am I missing something?

You also have DDD in both discs
DDD is a diagnosis of aging. It's like saying you have some wear on your car tires. If you use your car it's going to show some signs of wear on the tires. This is often not an issue or cause of pain.
