I’ve been doing your workouts exclusively for a few years now, and I wish I had a before and after to show. For the first time in my life I’m seeing muscle definition in my arms and back. Your workouts are fabulous heather, this one included! My abs are on fire!
Recently switched to Heather Robertson and am loving her workouts so far. It's really great that the warm up and cool down is all-in-one video. And I actually like that there's no talking since I'm not exactly new to fitness and I don't need too much prompting on form et cetera. Excited to see some strength gains since she incorporates lots of weights and last but not least, she is an actual CPT. I trust her workouts will be balanced and carefully thought out.👍

Day 6 complete...! Very nice body sculpting routine. For some reason I had a little more energy today ~ so paired it with (3) of your Daily 10 workouts. Day 1 upper body, Day 2 lower body, and Day 4 hiit yoga. Time flew....!!!
Welp… this may be my last workout of May as I am awaiting COVID results. What a bummer after the first week. Feeling depressed already. These workouts have been central to my mental health.
