Outstanding! 👍 I'll include these exercises into my current training. Been "pumping latex" now for about six months. Granted, it's not like pumping iron when I was a bodybuilder when younger, but the effects are still there. The system I use are tubes with snap hooks to attach handles, leg loops, and a door mounted ring. I'm able to recreate about 90% of the lifting routines I did with freeweights and machines. I know I'll never be as big as I was when younger, but at least I'll have tone and moderate strength. At 73, I'll take it.😉 So here's to pumping latex!💪
Thanks, I have a set of these bands, I forgot about sitting in a drawer. I will bring them with me on my trip to Florida this week. Gyms in hotels do not have exercise bands.
Another great video Dr.Candy! I just got a set of these bands and been working on my legs! Now I’ll give my arms a workout! Thank you for all your help!
Great video. I broke my kneecap and recently had surgery. I like this video because it builds on the work my physical therapists are doing. I subscribed to your channel because I want to view your videos on stretching out the surgically repaired knee. I've been blessed with a great surgery team, nurses (wound care), and physical therapists. They all are impressed with my recovery thus far. Great group!
Glad you liked it, and thanks for subscribing. Here's a playlist of knee pain relief videos. ruclips.net/p/PLsxYq2xJHBAnR3OWqdhGIJWnDKfWnioBW Just make sure that after a surgery, that you're following the limitations and guidelines set by your surgeon and PTs.
At first I was told no bending of the knee. I was placed in a brace that would not allow any bending. On my last visit with the surgical team, they unlocked the brace to allow me 70 degrees of motion. I was allowed full weight bearing on the knee from the beginning. The surgical team writes out directives for the pt's. They all have been in sync. The great news in all this is that I haven't experienced pain to the credit of the surgeon. After a workout, I might experience some machines, but I can take Tylenol and knock it out. @@More4Life
Thank you Dr. Dave! I need these! We've just got our seasonal snow dump, still in progress, and as I'm shovelling snow I realized how wimpy my upoer arm muscles have gotten over the last couple of months. Happy New Year 🌹🏋️♀️

You're welcome. Enjoy your trip!
Will add this to the pulley routine you demonstrated for shoulder rehab. THANKS!

Hi dr candy you should do a workout video
Wonder if those exercises could reverse elbow bursitis?
It's unlikely that they would reverse elbow bursitis. That's not really their purpose.
