Corypheus is Bioware's best voiced villain alongside Loghain. I really like the fact that he doesn't sound like your average fantasy/sci-fi bad guy with a processed low unemotional voice. He actually shows a lot of human feelings.
To be honest, I didn't expect much in the first place. I don't really share many people's fascination with "boss fights" as a concept in RPGs. To me, it's about characters, their motivations and dialogue. If the final fight presents some extra challenge or is choreographed in an interesting way, it's just a nice bonus.
One of my favorite things about DAI is how characters change, I thought at first that blackwall was the typical honorable knight who'd always had your back, then I played his personal quest and it showed how human he really was and that he made a lot of mistakes in his life.

the fact that Claudia Black's real life son Odin voiced her character's son just made that scene with Flemeth and Kadien even more powerful and tugging at the heart strings.
All I wanted to do was romance Scout Harding in the game, and I wouldn't mind doing the same to the VA in real life, wowza! All in all, Morrigan/Claudia Black is still the sexiest of them all!
I only hear Serana complaining about how "This must be that beautiful Skyrim weather I've heard about" when Bianca is onscreen. She's a fantastic voice actress but that was so hard for me to see Bianca and not Serana

Sometimes I think the DA like their it's in-jokes/references like that - another one I think is that Cullen is from Honnleth when Greg Ellis voices a number of characters linked with the place in 'The Stone Prisoner' DLC.
As I am watching this I am an Elf named Ianto after him. The sad part is I don't care for the Solas character. Now I am liking him better just knowing I can hear GDL's voice.

I don't know how far I am in the game. I've clocked up around 50 hours and just been doing a lot of exploring so far - just got to Skyhold recently and I am loving it. I'm always curious about the voice actors and there were a lot of nice surprises here! I also like how when you look at some of the cast, they also resemble the characters they plan somewhat. I can already say that this has been one of the most immersive games I've played in a long time and really pulled me into it and made it more of a personal experience than a game.
I'm in the same position too! I've clocked almost 100 hous in the past 2 weeks and I love every bit of it. I'm trying to complete everything as I go now : )
Thru my third playthru i went to skyhold around 15 hours, maybe less, underleveled as heck. So dont do that guys, its pure suffering like that XD its good that you taking it slow, i wsh i had done that, i missed soo many things when i played first.
Just finished it after 220+ hours, really savored the game, I could have milked a few hours more... Well, this was my first playthrough, so next time, maybe. This game is sooo addictive,
shes just so out there, and her personality is very grating if you don't agree with her point of view, that said some of the party banter is very funny, but after almost an entire playthrough with her in the party I just don't see myself ever using her again, the same goes for blackwall.
I liked her as well. I love the fact that she is so abrasive. Everyone was expecting some lovable fun-loving Robin Hood type and that shit got turned on it's head real quick.

As I am watching this I am an Elf named Ianto after him. The sad part is I don't care for the Solas character. Now I am liking him better just knowing I can hear GDL's voice.
I know! xD Made the whole rift thing far too funny for the first half hour. I'm rather miffed that Merril from DA2 isn't in DAI though, as she was voiced by Eve Myles... That would've been too hilarious.

I don't know how far I am in the game. I've clocked up around 50 hours and just been doing a lot of exploring so far - just got to Skyhold recently and I am loving it. I'm always curious about the voice actors and there were a lot of nice surprises here! I also like how when you look at some of the cast, they also resemble the characters they plan somewhat. I can already say that this has been one of the most immersive games I've played in a long time and really pulled me into it and made it more of a personal experience than a game.
I'm in the same position too! I've clocked almost 100 hous in the past 2 weeks and I love every bit of it. I'm trying to complete everything as I go now : )
Thru my third playthru i went to skyhold around 15 hours, maybe less, underleveled as heck. So dont do that guys, its pure suffering like that XD its good that you taking it slow, i wsh i had done that, i missed soo many things when i played first.
Just finished it after 220+ hours, really savored the game, I could have milked a few hours more... Well, this was my first playthrough, so next time, maybe. This game is sooo addictive,

The VA for Iron Bull for some reason, surprised me. Haha, when I see his VA, all I think of is Scooby Doo. xD

From what I gather Sera was a widely unpopular character, but I absolutely loved her and her romance.
Same here she's one of my favourite characters.
in the beginning i found her realy weird but she just draws u in after a while .... plus hses fun to have in group :)
she's one of those people who are annoying at first but after time they grow on you
shes just so out there, and her personality is very grating if you don't agree with her point of view, that said some of the party banter is very funny, but after almost an entire playthrough with her in the party I just don't see myself ever using her again, the same goes for blackwall.
I liked her as well. I love the fact that she is so abrasive. Everyone was expecting some lovable fun-loving Robin Hood type and that shit got turned on it's head real quick.
Krem's voice is amazing.
+Sierra Gore Because it's Jennifer Hale. She's voiced literally everything and if you really want to see her talent, go play Mass Effect as a renegade female; it's insanely satisfying.
+Berserk Llama and Rosalind Lutece from BioShock Infinite.
I get that she's a good voice actor and all, but I never liked her as femshep. They way her voice sounds there is the sole reason I was never able to complete a femshep playthrough.
