I always said that I was gonna be Stevie when I grew up, well I'm in my 60's and not Stevie.....guess I never grew up. But I still listen to her music, both with Fleetwood Mac and solo. Love her voice!!!
I recently just saw Stevie Nicks for the first time and it 76 years old. I think she is still amazing. I loved her both in Fleetwood Mac and solo… She put on a great show. I got good pictures and video.❤❤
I absolutely LOVE her ! Since I first saw and heard her in the 70’s when I was a teen. Been following her most my life. Seen her in concert a few times. Still love her and always will
I'll be a Stevie Nicks fan forever! Fleetwood Mac has been my all time favorite band!! As a teen, I bought their Rumors tape three times, kept wearing them out!

Stevie always had such a beautiful and hunting voice when it comes to Rock music 🎶. I just love ❤ her songs 🎵 ❤ 💕. Stevie Nicks songs run deep and very emotional. Just love listening 🎶 to Stevie Nicks.
My fondest memory of Stevie was attending Fleetwood Mac's concert at the BOK Center in Tulsa, OK on October 3, 2018. When she came onstage in total blackout wearing all black and her signature top hat and a gold shawl and performed 'Gold Dust Woman' in a spotlight-lit section of the stage right under my section of the audience, I was on the moon. She is a true icon of Rock 'n Roll who only gets better with time.
in the 70's i had a huge crush on Stevie Nicks. when Fleetwood Mac toured in 1977 i was front row and couldn't take my eyes off her. the rest of the band simply wasn't there to me. it was just her.
The biggest omission of this story is her love and relationship with Joe Walsh. A huge part of her life. She helped him grieve and heal from the death of Joe’s daughter Emma
Was surprised to find out that Stevie had gone to my high school in Arcadia, California. Had never heard anything of that but there she was at my 40th reunion. Apparently she was not there for a full year but someone was able to get her to the reunion as a tribute was done to her.
I love Stevie Nicks and my favorite song from her is from the: "Buckingham /Nick's album: Frozen Love".... In fact the whole album is truly a Masterpiece!........ Totally Fantabulous! ❤️❤️❤️
My favorite of her singing is Dreams from Rumors. I do like other later Fleetwood Mac songs, but they don't have her as a solo singer. (I was a big fan of the earlier Fleetwood Mac with Peter Green and Jeremy Spencer).
The two images you used for the thumbnail are why I will not watch this video. You should not exploit Stevie by posting material of which she would not approve. I can tell from the comments you got facts wrong anyway. Start giving a darn about research and respect.
In June of 1975, the morning after the last day of my junior year in high school I hitchhiked to Ca. from Illinois. On the way back I heard of a fest. 5 bands in Tempe Az. I bought the tickets. No ONE picked me up in Phoenix as I stuck out my thumb to stay by the stadium. LSS a rich junkie picked me up. Next day I begged him to take me there. He and his wife had tickets too! I missed young Stevie and FM and Johnnie Winter but at least Is I saw ZZ Top. Rhianna was playing on the radio for a month before I left on that trip. Sigh. Belladonna my #1 pick for album but through the single Talk to Me.....loved Stevie's work and much with FM.
I can't believe how much this guy got wrong. Lyndsay and Stevie met at a party not in a club. Lyndsay asked her if she would like to be in his band. She agreed. That half naked photo is not Stevie. She didn't want to pose on the album Buckingham Nick's without a shirt.

I think the whole band was doing each other and jealousy broke up the band, it’s strange when you on the stage with all your ex’s on the stage with you.
She had a guy that treated her right, until she cheated on him then he treated her exactly how she deserved. He was pissed because she cheated on him. Yes Lindsey was pissed

The version of Rhiannon is sublime. Incidentally Rhiannon is a witch from an old Welsh legend but Stevie wasn't aware of that when she wrote the song. It was pure coincidence.
Saw her twice in concert...once with Fleetwood Mac and once when she toured solo (Chris Isaak opened for her). She's had some great songs, but I'd have to say "Gypsy" is my overwhelming favorite, for rather obvious reasons. ☺️
With hits such as Dreams, Gold Dust Woman, Rhiannon, Landslide, Sara, Stop Draggin my Heart around, Leather and Lace, Edge of Seventeen, Talk to Me, Seven Wonders, and many more, what makes Gypsy your "overwhelming favorite, for rather obvious reasons?"
@rossogden9920 for one, a lot of it comes from Stevie's personal experiences...having to work her way up to make it, but not forgetting the simple things before she "got big". She's even stated in interviews she literally would take the mattress off her fancy bed ( wherever it is) and sleep on it on the bare floor. Then there's the association with her late friend Robin Anderson who died at about the time Bella Donna was about to be released. Although Stevie had much of it already written (and had thoughts of recording it for her solo album), the timing of Robin's passing and the lyrics to the fourth verse, "She is dancing away...") if only coincidental are still poignant. Lastly, the musical parts, particularly Lindsey's playing. As complicated as their relationship was, you can't argue that when it came to music, they fired on all eight cylinders. Even Stevie herself has said that this is one of her favorite songs. I certainly won't argue with that.
@@williamsanders2439 LOL! Good answer! My entry to Stevie Nicks (and FM) was the Rock A Little Album....then EVERYTHING before and since from the entire band. If you remember Colombia Records and Tapes....10 for a penny....
She may not be a conventional mom but Stevie has always had a special bond with her fans and admirers . She's known as The Enchantress and Rock Goddess. Many younger singers have called Stevie Nicks a huge influence on their music, such as, Sheryl Crow, Miley Cyrus, Beyoncé, Harry Stiles...many others. She remains the only female artist to be inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame twice, once for her Fleetwood Mac contributions and once for her solo works. He doesn't like to talk about her charity work, calling it very personal at times. She gave up a lot for her music but says that she can regret nothing.
First I would like to wish her the best. I will always play her music. Just love to hear her. Not only does she have a beautiful voice she one Beautiful Lady.

Lindsey physically assaulted her many times, throwing a guitar at her head once. Another time he tried kicking her off stage, few times he tried to trip her. He forced her into a nude photo. Plus he decided Stevie was just too much on stage, demanding she tone down her performances. Christine has backed these statements, rest her soul. Even once, Chris got so fed up with Lindsey that she smacked him backstage after he continued acting childish towards Stevie. It baffles me that this is left out of her history.
when i saw Fleetwood Mac it was clear that Lindsey was over her 'magic witch' bit - when she went into one of her signature twirls Lindsey hiked his jacket up over his head mocking her movements - not a great night for the band.

So happy for her,and my Babe is a doppleganger cherubic Baby Nicks of Stevie. What a mythically natural songwriter and melody/harmony phenomenon Songstress..xoxo my other love.
When I went and saw her in concert back in the late 80s , there were "witches" who, while dressed in the long flowing wardrobe, were dancing, chanting, twirling around and looking up to the stars (it was an outside concert) ..I was like what the ..I later found out she was big in the wiccan community. It was strange.....but kinda cool.
One of the greatest singers of all time. And great songwriter. Her solo career was as impressive as her time and contribution with Fleetwood Mac. Shame she has had such a troubling personal life. Just goes to show money and fame don’t buy happiness.

Does photo shop mean anything here?
😂 gosh, I wish I could still do the splits like Stevie is doing in the thumbnail pic
So happy for her,and my Babe is a doppleganger cherubic Baby Nicks of Stevie.
What a mythically natural songwriter and melody/harmony phenomenon Songstress..xoxo my other love.
my girl friend in 77 was jealous of my love for Stevie
When I went and saw her in concert back in the late 80s , there were "witches" who, while dressed in the long flowing wardrobe, were dancing, chanting, twirling around and looking up to the stars (it was an outside concert) ..I was like what the ..I later found out she was big in the wiccan community. It was strange.....but kinda cool.
Might as well have a theme song playing by the tubes here. This is as close as you'll get to these timeless beauties 😉
Bob Welcher? I'm so fed up with these computer voice generated videos on youtube that have no clue about what they're reporting on.
She Dated Bob Welch. And he made a song about her called Ebony eyes. It was a hit in the 70s
One of the greatest singers of all time. And great songwriter. Her solo career was as impressive as her time and contribution with Fleetwood Mac. Shame she has had such a troubling personal life. Just goes to show money and fame don’t buy happiness.
The song was called "I've loved and I've lost."
The picture on the left is not Stevie Nicks.
Terrible clickbait. Doesn't anyone believe in honesty, anymore
Buckingham Nicks touring Alabama in the mid 70's saw them a few times, they were big in Bama before Fleetwood Mac.
She has a sadness about her, like an unfulfilled life.
Computer voice?
"Nick's, Stevie, ....." WTH?
It's like someone feed a bunch of links for a reader.... Funny!
