I actually hunted this down after weeks of scraping the barrels of the internet, I eventually found a 1 hour .mp3 recording of the live performance in Rome posted on some DJ website. It isn't perfect quality but it's good enough.
This is total acid savagery! And needs to be released by those good folks at either Warp or Rephlex. To me this sounds like Ceephax, younger brother of Squarepusher. Either way its immense and total genuis.
