This is the peak of power of the Flash That we never seen again probably like forever
This is not even close to The Flash's peak power, Barry does this every morning to do cardio, the thing is that the retarded writers always nerf him so that he doesn't humiliate Superman, taking away his powers, speed or giving him mental retardation at the convenience of the plot.
You can see it in animation. Like, the Justice League cartoon has the Flash be a comic relief, but he is also super powerful and helps save everyone (though, that Flash isn't Barry, but Wally, but still).

It sucks that Warner Bros kept sabotaging Zack Snyder and tried to bury his vision. I don't see why they could have continued with Zacks vision and did a reboot at the same time for their kid friendly marvel type universe...marvel has already done a multiverse so why can't DC?
Whedon: I'm gonna make Barry's character look as stupid as I can and ruin his whole character arc.

Let me break it down
Snyders flash decided to spend the entire battle running in one continus circle to generate a charge for cyborg to charge the unity. First of all he does not need to be running for this long. When he charged it to resurect superman he was running for a couple of seconds max. So therefore snyders flash wasnt saving the world he was wasting time doing something he didnt need to do yet.
While yes Wheatons flash yes didn't do much at least he killed some parademons while cyborg was busy and saved a family.
Whedon flash’s best moment was over shadowed by Superman doing something small

Watched the flash movie a month ago and it wasn't bad as people made it out to be. Though the cgi was bad about 30%. But the plot had potential and I enjoyed it, batman was the coolest tho😂.

Quicksilver is only slightly faster than the speed of sound like around Mach 4, the flash is faster the speed of light, he only goes slower because he doesn’t want to accidentally time travel

They didn't want the story to be too big or complicated. That's why they also cut Darkseid, to keep it small scaled.

Whedon flash is an objectively better character. I didn’t think this on the first watch through, but it’s actually embarrassing on hindsight that we thought the Snyder cut was better…
Not only did he have the hindsight of the the whedon movie but he also is responsible for a lot of the parts we hate about eh whedon movie…the flashy ending in the Snyder cut changes nothing.
I’m not saying whedon is amazing or anything but he did his best to try and fix the Snyder cut, he tried to give us characters that made sense.
The flashy ending is essentially the flash pressing a button that says ‘save the world’ and we just accept that it’s brave? We never see any of the consequences for reversing time that he talks about. We could have had the speed force take him like in JLU or something!? Like completely dissapear into the speed force.
It’s also such a bad take to only compare that one scene.
It's heavily implied that there were going to be terrible consequences of his actions in the Knightmare timeline. Plus, that is _literally his superpower_ . He does that all the time in the comics. Some of the best plots exist only because he pushed the "save the world" button
I think this scene was fine. I'm 99% sure the reason the whole apocalypse vision cyborg and batman see is cause of flash turning back time. If we got a sequel then this criticism isn't rlly valid
