Magnus isn't the best endgame player, the rest is just horrible, i see them making the dumbest moves each time, do they actually practice these standard pawn endgames, or just focus on some cool sounding new opening theory.
Dr. Mike--a word of advice from a sports enthusiasts. I believe chess is a sport and when I read the title of this video, I feel cheated of my expectations of seeing Gukesh win against Carlsen. Please make sure to put dates of matches as well because these are older matches. My point is, Gukesh is a star now and a lot of people are excited about him. When we read a title such as the one in this video, it gives us very excited fans expectations of something happening now. Then the disappointment hits that this is an old game and Gukesh loses. Please take this as guidance rather than criticism. I am merely speaking to the coherence of having all the parts of the video make sense as a whole. The video shows Gukesh losing a match that occured a long time ago. Reading the title isnt describing important parts of the video. Thank you and I do enjoy your videos overall. I know you are new at this but I hope you don't mind some advice from a sports enthusiast.
reading the title of video i thought gukesh won this game
Please don't put misleading captions or thumbnails. Dishonesty. I am unsubscribing from your channel.
I’m sure this game was quite a valuable lesson for Gukesh, to get as good at the endgame as Carlsen.
Click bait disease has affected you, too. Will think twice before watching your videos going forward.
Why didn't Gukesh play C4?
Gukesh and Arjun erigiassi will dominate in future world chess.
Great work, Dr, but it would be nice not to have to hear "on the spot " so much. And maybe take a few breaths here and there. Thanks!
well sounds good
Some endgame mistakes could have been avoided, it seems.
Clickbait !
