COMMENTATOR IS DISAPPOINTED AT 16:35……SO WHAT…ANISH is not smart enough to know when he is going to get beat…..loose…not win….waste Magnus time….ITS A TRUE SIGN OF RESPECT AND COURTESY

Really, you showed why Anish resigned. It wasn't an early resignations since checkmate by white was inevitable in just a few more moves.

Funny to read the comments by all non super gm's on all mistakes from super gm's. Thinking you are playing in the same dimension😂

I like this game and am glad you showed it Dr. Mike. Bizarre playing on both sides. Fun board position in final state

Look, since Anish apparently NEVER learned the Nd6 blockade principle from basic chess primers, why would you keep harping on that concept when it's clear that he just doesn't grasp the idea!

He obviously didn't see Trump pump his fist and say Fight! Fight! Fight!
I see a lot of guys resign too early in games going back 40+ years, too.

Fast games may be fun for players, but when it comes to analysing them, it becomes a collection of blunders, hurting the analyser and the viewers. There isn't much to learn or admire.

You mean like the last classical round in world chess championship? The horrible blunder that even someone that not a gm would hardly do?

HELLO, so I think your comment is somewhat misguided…to blatantly wrong….you decide…..So watching 2 of the worlds best players make decisions in a split moment….THIS SHAPES all subsequent play for all players AND CHANGES “THE ENGINES” ALGORITHMS…..they can’t learn on their own……sorry I think your comment is wrong😟

How on earth could both these super GMs miss the Qxf5 two times??? I am an avarage 1850 player, and I saw it right away! Yes Anish should have played on for a while, especially when Magnus did not play at his best level.--

This game is over. If you were playing a weak player then you might play on or if you just like being tortured
