Hi, Very veryyyy nice video! Just have one question, why can't I change the permission into "manage changes and manage sharing" to the email I'm giving my calendar access to. Thank you!
Thanks for this format!! So awesome. Love your way of teaching. The first piece up front was ideal, and I stayed for the whole thing knowing you were going to get right into the nuts and bolts.
I ran into a problem. Your directions are very clear how to share the calendar with "the whole world", which is what I want to do. My problem is when I click on "Make available to public," I can only click on "See only free/busy (hide details). When I hover over "See all event details", I am unable to click on it, therefore unable to actually share the calendar with the whole world. Is this an Admin setting? Any suggestions?? Thank you.
Thank you helpful:) What's happening when I get a notification that I've declined a meeting time but I didn't actually decline that meeting time because I didn't get the email.
I have made my calendar available to public, but do not have the option of letting them 'see all events and details'. This option is greyed out on my dropdown menu when I try to choose it.
I have this issue with one of my calendars, I believe there is a restriction that will not let you share details with a free Google account from a Google workspace account. . . (at least that is my theory)
Nice video thanks. Question. I have you tube premium and it set up a family group but I don’t want the family member to see my calendar. I unclicked the family box on google calendar but she can still my calendar. Any ideas please.
I would just unshare your Google Calendar with the family group. That should remove access for them and you can then share only specific events with the family calendar.
2:00 the problem is that it doesn't work. Multiple people with different accounts and devices reported the same issue, error that "this calendar does not exists anymore" or similar (my translation to English, don't know exact English text). Any solution to that one? I'm unable to add interested people by e-mail one by one (too many of them, I don't know their addresses) so I want to just provide them a public link but it just doesn't work unfortunately. I couldn't find any solution on Google.

Can the person you shared your calendar with can be able to make an event as well? That can be visible on the orignal calendar?

Thanks Briary, I'm glad you found it helpful. Trying to help those who want a quick answer and those who want the details!
Thanks for getting to the point in the first 30 seconds!

Good thing they have that warning!
Haha yeah, I imagine that could have lead to some unwanted outcomes otherwise.
i have added people to my shared calendar and theyre still not getting my events on their side. any suggestions?
Are you sure you’re creating the events on the right calendar and not your private personal calendar?
Thank you!
You're welcome!
