I bought this exact same set of pickups a year ago and I love them. Black Friday sale knocked the price down to $80 plus tax.
After finishing the video, I would say you are spot on with your review. I agree with all of your observations. The bridge pickup is significantly hotter than the neck and is awesome sounding. My set measured at 5.53 and 8.72. The neck is very bassy but is not muddy at all. It works very well for playing individual notes with a clean amp setting.

I currently have a Les Paul studio with a stock neck and Burstbucker in the bridge. I'm ready for a change up. I used to have a LP special DC with 2 p90's and loved it. Ultimately are these noisey like traditional p90's? TIA.

Would this type of upgrade make a significant difference with a practice amp such as the Spark 40 or Champion 20? Thanks.,
It should make a difference no matter what amp you’re using, that is if you’ve been using really cheap pickups.
I bought these a year ago for my cheap muddy les paul and they sound great through my Fender Champion 20. Totally cleaned up and brightened my tone.
