Dear Sir, I want to be sure, you said that if RSRP doesn't reach threshold 1 it will not do REPORTING, or doesn't MEASURE the neighbors at all ?

It will still measure but it will create a MR which is sent to EnodeB- MR is only created and sent once the event condition is met

Hi Karan. Sorry for the low volume. We have improved voice for our new videos. Do check them out and we are waiting for RUclips new plugin to improve voice further
