Hi Pauline, this TwinFry seems better with every cook. Today’s steak and mushroom suet pie was so cheap to cook even I couldn’t believe it. Please watch this one. 🥰😍❤️😘
graham ,the meat looks just right ,was it lovely and tender, i really like the look of that airfryer, it can cook anything. yourself and wendy are really good at working out the timings of the cookings and just shows that you dont have to stick to just airfrying , you can adjust the other settings to suit what you are cooking. now i will have to cook a roast mid week as it looks delicious. love to you both xxx
Hi Grace, I tend to over cook pork but I’m finding an internal probe is very useful. You can still set the temperature to whatever you want to. I Pete’s not making more demands because of us. Tell him it was a Sunday roast but I’ve had a lot of editing to do. Love to you and my mate his lordship 😂😂😂❤️😘🥰😍
Come on Graham it's a family channel, it's Sunday morning and we are having a JOINT 😅. Don't you always find the rind is scored diagonal rather than horizontal making the crackling difficult to cut , I normally put my own extra scores in the rind 3/4 mm apart , it helps render the fat and you can cut the pork into 3 or 4 mm thick slices. Quiet a few channels have now reviewed the new dual element large draw model , but only your channel gives the power consumption and cost.
Hi Micheal, that’s a good point about the Joint. We might get band 😂😂😂😂😂😂. Your quire right about the crackling, I don’t worry to much because I try not to eat it. Sounds stupid but I’m supposed to be careful what I eat. It does add taste to the meat though. The two most important things to Wendy and me when cooking apart from the taste are the internal temperature of the food and the energy costs. I think Cosori have realised the the importance of the energy usage and you might see more videos with the running costs. I know it’s a big point with many of our subscribers. Today we are putting a video up using the grand zone. I was amazed at the low energy usage was. Thank you 👏👏👏👏👍
OOOOOO I do love a piece of roast pork with nice crispy crackling and a dollop of apple sauce and that looks perfectly cooked. I am always paranoid about cooking pork to be frank not that I can afford to buy it 😭😭😭😭. However, may one make a couple of slight observations if one dares? A), It is Thursday so why am I having to drool over your roast pork Sunday dinner today, you two are just torturing me and B), that chunk of pork would feed a family of 12 for 1 week with some left over for sandwiches on Saturday after a lunchtime session at the pub and a few 🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺.
Hi Vince, I cooked it the way the Meater wanted me to although I increased the internal temperature as we’re a bit funny about pork as well. I tend to cook pork to long and it can be dry. We were busy Saturday and Sunday with the new TwinFry so we didn’t do all the trimmings. We’ve tried to get some cooking with this air fryer as we’ve had very little time. Sorry it’s Thursday and not Sunday but I often don’t know what day it is. 😂😂😂😂😂😂. I’m putting another one on tomorrow, I think you would have loved it steak and mushroom pie with a suet top. I didn’t think about you as it was so good. Sorry mate you will have to move into the greenhouse. 👏👏👏👏👏👋👋👋👋👍
The new Cosori cooker has arrived with RUclipsrs😊 the dinner looked good, so much cheaper than using the normal big oven, you can see why airfryers have taken off so well. A great oven which will be invaluable over Christmas also.❤
Hi Gill, this TwinFry has made a big impression on us already. The wattage on this machine made me a little nervous but it’s working out to be very energy efficient 🥰😍❤️😘👍
Hi bill, I was trying to be good, they told me not to eat the crackling. They told me not to eat cake as well but I’ve just not got the will power 😂😂😂😂👏👏👏👌
That looks lovely Graham, i love the crackling. I could never get it crispy till i got an air fryer. It's a fantastic machine.
Hi Sandra, the air fryers have changed our lives haven’t they. 😍🥰❤️😘👍
Once again a very enjoyable video and a lovely looking meal Graham and Wendy 👍👋👋👋👋
Hi Richard, I was a bit doubtful about this machine but it impresses me every time we cook something. 👏👏👏👍👌
Beautiful Sunday lunch. I absolutely love crackling. xxx
Hi faith, I try and steer clear of the crackling, they say it’s not good for but what is 🤔😂😂😂😍❤️🥰😘
@@grahamgetsabout2672 Everything really tasty is bad for us. Crackling is so good. xxx

@@grahamgetsabout2672 WOW That is definitely my kinda pie and I haven't had it for years. Very cruel the way you say "WOULD HAVE LOVED IT". 😭😭😭😭😭
@@Vince_uk hi Vince, I’m sorry. This pie tomorrow is old fashioned but it’s so nice. We were armed with suet and we’re not afraid to use it 😂😂😂😂😂😂👍
Similar to what I do but while the meat is resting try cooking sage and onion stuffing balls 😋
Hi Steve, we had a busy weekend with this TwinFry Steve. I was to busy to any balls 😂😂😂😂👍
Wow I do love pork but the cracking always fails on me it ends up rubbery 😂 what the trick to getting it crackle
Hi Tina, I’m no expert but cooking it at high temperature for the first 15 minutes seems to do the trick. 😍🥰❤️😘👍👌
@@grahamgetsabout2672 Thank you Graham I will have to try again ☺
