I am a 65 yr old gal from Oz and I just realised why I like your channel so much, your love of tweaking your dishes with oxo cubes, maggie liquid seasoning etc just changes a blah everyday meal into dare I say it "a taste sensation ". My husband shares my love of watching your shows with much laughter and discussion .many thanks for being just you, we love it. Never stop learning new tricks .❤ from Australia.
Thank you so much Glenda.
Hi Guys. I use a instant pot duo on a lump of beef much the same size. I just season place on saute setting, seal the meat for 5 mins or so. Pressure cook high power for 60 mins. Let self depressure. Turns out perfect. Good luck Guys.
Merlin’s fur is so shiny. When Sharon was giving him a treat his fur was gleaming!
Cooking beef is always hit and miss with me. I did mine in the pressure cooker for 50mins and it could’ve been done a little longer. I can see why Sharon was a little disappointed because you pay so much for a joint of beef that you want to get it right. I love watching you cook in the pressure cooker I learn from you both how to do different things, including cooking the veg in there. Thank you for sharing your cooking experiences with me/us.
MARTIN put that gravy back in the jug your not having none .IT'S FOR THE DOGS 🤣🐶🐕
A good vet would bring that back to life lol.....great video guys. Keep up the good works
You two are knocking it out of the park lately in terms of video's. I really look forward to watching them. Today's was another belter! and as for those Yorkies 👌 Thanks ever so much...
Sharon you crack me
up😂😂 and I agree, the dogs always come first! And let’s face it of course they know Sundays gravy day😀love it 🥰
I always cook my joints in the slow cooker It always comes out so tender. With pork I take of the crackling and finish in air fryer Always enjoy your videos so entertaining.
No mistakes made. It's all a learning process. Thanks to you we are all learning. Thanks. I brought the Mini oven Saturday. Love it.
I agree with others, no mistakes, just learning a new appliance. I have done similar , sliced the meat and then simmered in gravy for a while on low.
Evening Sharon and martin so sorry your train journey back home was disasterous but truley hope your holiday with Tracy Bennie and there beautiful children made up for it I couldn’t help hearing ppls birthday is on 17 February guess what guys it’s my birthday also lol anyway guys lovley your home safe and sound your number one fan angela❤
Can l just say l alway do my joint of meat in my slow cooker l know it takes longer but l would put it in a few hours before l get Evrything else is ready but it is each to there own l love your dinner it looks great thanks for sharing God's blessing to all your family x xx ❤
I was so interested to see how your top rump beef turned out, I noticed you realised that it was cooked to quickly, maybe if you let it release pressure naturally which would have took a further 20 minutes rather than quick release.
once it’s cooked to the correct internal temperature, place it on a cutting board with channel edges so the juices don’t run all over your counter top, make a tin foil tent cover your beef loosely, let it rest for at least 20 to 30 minutes ( don’t let Martin slice it until it’s rested 🙈 ) your meat will be so juicy once it’s rested & you can pour all the juices off your cutting board into your gravy.
Just a quick tip:
I wrap baby potatoes with skin on in tin foil then wrap baby carrots in tin foil separate, plonk them on top of my meat to cook at the same time, they come out perfect.
I particularly liked Merlin eyeing up the meat HaHa!! Love to watch you pair in the kitchen, well done for another entertaining video.X💕🏴
Martin outdoor Cooking could be to blame, it takes a few days for a cold to come on. I am sticking up for baby Frank 👍👍😁
I agree cooking in -1 lol
I bought the same piece of meat as the butlers had but i slow cooked mine on low for 7 hours. Omg it was delicious 😋 made a beautiful stock for the gravy
Hi there Sharon & Martin😊😅,
Great to see you today!!!!
Especially because I was a tad worried when I saw the snow as you were leaving Whitby. So it's really great to see you both home safe and sound.
This roast meal looks as though it's going to be a TASTE SENSATION
💯👍👏😋😋😋😋😋😋
You are just showing what we all do but you will know next time looks great
I also love the way your wee boys under your feet my two girls do the same
Love watching you both 🎉
I love rare beef, but agree with you that it needs a bit longer - a good vet could get that beef back in its feet! I'm hungry now = what a lovely meal! Thank you for sharing x
"a good vet could get that beef back in its feet!" 😅 I'm going to use that 😅😂
@@Zuzzannaso am i, thats brill 😂😂😂😂
@@Mersthamgal1 😂👍
That looks so delicious thank you for sharing watching from South Africa
Although it DID look pretty rare in the middle, it was a great learning experience for us all --- and made me hungry for beef!! 😋❣️
Hope you feel better soon Martin no it's not man flu , I'm also suffering not nice ,Sharon you are looking so slim especially in the face well done both of you 😊
OMG i can't wait to try your recipe for the Yorkshire puddings in my cosori dual zone will be great to see them rise through the visual window hopefully mine will turn out as good as yours 😮
You are so right, there is nothing in the book to explain the different functions, which is crazy, trial and error for us all
I Love being in the kitchen with you two - it's such a treat! (I'd send you something off yr wish list, but I don't know how to do it!) get well soon Martin... All best wishes xx
Send it to the Ragged Apron Woodall Spa
Watch that cold Martin.
Keep warm and hydrated😘😘
Hi Martin and Sharon, love your videos been catching up over the weekend loved every minute ❤
My mam and dads dogs always had sunday dinner gravy on their biscuits they loved it 🐕
Sharon is a beautiful cook hope you get better soon Martin love from Dublin another great video ❤
I don't have the Cosori pressure cooker but when I do meat in my Instant Pot I always let it do a natural pressure release usually around 20 mins. Another nice video x
I was going to say the same! ❤
Hy, how you do a natural pressure release, can somebody explain me? Thank you
Hi to you both I had the cosori pressure cooker for Xmas and watching you use yours it's teaching me to experiment with mine and cooking nice meals
Wonderful!
Oh that beef looked delish. Sharon it was a real lesson watching you and great to see you sort it out. Well done and you don’t even get flustered. Good for you. Your family is very lucky. Thanks for sharing it all with us.
Hi Martin and Sharon, it worked out fine on the different meat you cooked previously. The same process, didn't have the same result on the beef, a learning experience that we all have in life. The end result was delicious yummy yummy dinners 👌 Merlin and Dougal, two adorable dogs. Martin, kudos for not editing video.👍
The Beef Dinners looked gorgeous, well done Sharon for making more gravy for Merlin and Dougall 👍👍😁
Chef Perks are back!!! See this just highlights to people to never assume one way of cooking is for all meats. That looks lovely, sure you are but look after yourself Martin. Sending love and hugs to you all xx
I am watching this at five in the morning and now I am hungry lol 😆 it looks very yum!
Everything is a learning curve and all turned out delicious 😋 I dont have a pressure cooker but do my joints in slow cooker and so tender 😊
Watched this yesterday and had to go and buy a bit of beef today!! I have also tried the oxo on the roast potato’s, but what I did was heat the oil then sprinkle the oxo into it sizzling. Then add the potato’s. Tasted wonderful. Nice little touch. Thanks Sharron ❤
When carving meat, do use a long handled proper carving fork. Ask me how I know.
That headcold could be down to all that cold sea air that you aren't used to Martin.
On a completely different note, I tried your 90 sec keto bread recipe under some skepticism that it would work or be edible........absolutely amazing and so easy, even I succeeded 😅 tasted great with butter, soft light and fluffy. I will be making it again, thank you for all your posts. I hope you and baby Frank shake off that headcold soon. Thanks folks x x
Good stuff
Always so interesting to see how you cook these meals, it all looked so tasty, thank you for teaching us how to use these new kitchen appliances. ❤
Another great meal from Sharon wishing you better soon Martin. ❤❤
Hi Martin and Sharon, another lovely meal, i would eat it all except for the meat. I'm not a great beef fan. I like lots of thick gravy and i love Yorkshire puddings. The roast veg looked really nice. I did some roast veg yesterday. I did potatoes, carrots, turnip, celariac, courgette and radish. Everything was nice except the courgette and radish, i'll stick to eating it raw. The celariac was really tasty
Another fab preparation. It looks so good!
I don’t think Sharon made a mistake it’s just about learning timings.
Your dinner turned out perfectly. Thanks for sharing.
Glad the boys loved the Treats that i sent. Love Debbie x
Thank you so much Debbie xx
It was great to see Merlin and Dougal, so well behaved, knowing a treat was on its way from your viewers. And Dougal has lovely big feet. David from Northampton.
Its a learning curve and your showing people what can happen, always entertaining anyway
Nice to see you both looking refreshed and chirpy after all the horrible stuff ,I see lots of recipe books in the shops what are you guys waiting for ,timing for basics would be good you people put these air fryers on the internet so everyone knew about them ,so what are you waiting for you 2 are the pioneers x
That looked so tasty. What a bargain on the meat 👍👍
Hi Shaz and Martin Thanks for another vlog, am going to try the yorkshire puds, i like my beef really well done, well my dad used to say i cremated it lol. I always put some water in my gravy granules before adding hot liquid, that way is dosent go lumpy oh and i have tried the maggi seasoning and your right it does make a difference. The meal looks lovely as always x
Hello guys pouring rain here southampton xxxx
Looks delicious! Making me very hungry. Thanks for another great video.
I was waitin for merlin to jump up and grab the meat when sharron turned her back he was fairly eyeing it up 😂😂
Learning on the hoof is always the best lesson x
Well done looks yummy!
I'm glad baby Frank getting a good dose of veg. Love the cooking.
Love how Sharon always cooks baby Frank a good wholesome meal, as U say we all still learning with these cookers looked great
I bought a similar sized joint of beef from Tesco at Christmas, cooked mine in the ninja 15 in 1 with the probe on shred setting…absolutely blooming gorgeous 🤤
Oooh I obviously need to do further investigation, where do I find the shred setting please?
Where’s the shred setting on the 15 in 1?
Looked delish .I wish my kitchen was as big as yours mine is quite small .your meals always look so tasty yum ❤
Well done Sharon and martin another lovely dinner looks so scrummy xx

lovely dinner xx
Great honest video....love the pooches..🐕🦺
Great video again Guys x.
9:18 bit of red wine in my cooking makes great gravy 😋
I have used a pressure cooker for over 50 years. I always seal my meat first before I pressure cook it to seal in the juices stop you getting blood loss in the juices.
I don’t think there is any doubt your boys loved their pressie. Hehe. Don’t always believe what you read. Go to trusted sites is best. Maybe your beef being thicker needed more of a blast. We all live and learn. Just a shame when you had other things ready. Maybe some folks would like it cooked that way, but I don’t like to see blood on my meat. Like your knife it looks very nice and sharp. Pleased it was all nice in the end. Worth waiting for. Don’t blame yourself Sharon, you did what you felt was right, but it just wasn’t cooked enough for your liking. Or mind. When you see these chefs on tele saying how we like nest is overcooked, good luck to them.
Sharon you remind me of my hubby he uses what he calls the nippers to do everything, bless him, looked very tasty on the plate.
Thanks for sharing.
Another great video, looked delicious, I have to say though how well martin is doing keeping to his certain diet especially when he can see the rest of the family eating added other food, well done ! 👍
Omg that roast dinner looked delicious ❤
Hey lovelies 🤧 same here Martin, had head cold for about 6 days now, feel like a brick is sitting in me head lol. Thought it was breaking up today as first I’ve been out in days but how come, come nighttime, it all kicks off again? 🤒😂 get well soon and I think it’s just sorting out the timings Sharon. Atiiiishu, cough cough 😷 😂😘
You too!!
Looks delicious. I don't eat enough veg so I'm going to try and make those greens, cheers.
Yum yum again love from Caroline Butler from UK ❤
I would like to say when I do my meat in my tefal cook me is brilliant I did a piece of lamb the same size and it took 120 minutes and it fell to bits tasted brilliant. Keep cooking 🍳 😋 love you both 😘. M.wallwork
