- The super-talented Dan Goldman treated us to a performance on the beautiful Rhodes Mk 8, demonstrating its filters and phaser, and it sounded absolutely gorgeous. Hand-built in Leeds UK, its great so see the return of this classic brand on such a premium instrument. After years of fixing old Rhodes pianos, Dan now works for Rhodes, and must be very pleased to be seeing these pristine instruments flying around the world.

as someone who played the original fender rhodes when it was a new product, i must say this is a gorgeous instrument. i've played it. yeah, it also does "all that other stuff" (quack quack, swoosh swoosh), but the real value is in the precision and feel they've brought to the mechanics of the instrument. i would recommend this wholeheartedly to anyone with the means and desire to own a genuine new rhodes instrument.

I have the means and the desire. Unfortunately, I don't have the keyboard skills to justify one. What a wonderful instrument though. I'm incredibly jealous of anyone who can play one well.
Justice has been done. I still can’t fathom that there was a time in which these beautiful instruments weren’t being made.
