The fortuner with a longer and wider wheelbase and much heavier is not for extreme off-road. Actually it may keep up if driven very roughly like those other two but it's clear that you don't want to risk and damage the 50 lakhs car

I have never come across another OM611 swap on the Gurkha till today. The Xtreme was a rare vehicle. And if given an option I am the owner would have picked the stock Xtreme over engine swap. Was the engine sourced from Force one instead? I've heard that engine is very refined compared to older OM616 iterations not to substantially powerful. But I was noticed in the brochures was that OM611 had much lower warranty coverage compared to OM616 which was surprising to me. Did you try the swapped Gurkha?

We started Enjoying real Indian and real 4x4 offroading on your channel only, otherwise those Gypsy , Iron man Fortuner , Isuzu etc (you might have understood what I meant) were just not good a video for 4x4 offroading , rather it was more of a show off than the actual offroading and were doing it without any techniques and know how. It was always just a speed and speed, which never is a case while offroading and with 4x4

Which would you suggest someone to buy Thar or Gurkha . And if thar than why not Gurkha . And what modification you suggest for Gurkha that should be done ASAP for performance improvement and to make car bit more hardcore .
Suggest by considering your experiences in extreme climate ( cold weather, - 25°c ) . We all know how good thar is but there are very few reviews on yt and that not even seems to be genuine. I really love Gurkha look over thar it looks more bossy and bit similar to G-class . And please tell us power difference between thar and Gurkha . Please share your thoughts. Lots of love from us
Just buy Gurkha. If you want pure hardcore off road vehicle.
For power bump get the engine remapping done or you can swap engine with force traveller. Obviously it will be bs4 and you misses out on warranty . Get the lift kit installed too and youre sorted
