Endeavour is a 10 speed automatic. When the gear box feels the engine will stall, the clutch let's itself slip. And when it starts slipping, the slip increases further and we see the tyres stop spinning at a point as the slip has finally disengaged the clutch completely to save itself from burning up.Gurkha is manual, once you disengage the clutch, we don't have a slip and full power and torque is transferred.
