面粉 bread flour 350g
紫薯泥 mashed purple yam 100g
水 water 295g
盐 salt 7g
酵母 yeast 8g
预热好的烤箱450ºF (230ºC) 烤25分钟
in a pre-heated oven, bake at 450ºF (230ºC) for ~25 minutes
