0:43 Fri Oct 20th, 2023. Good Morning Serg from Gilbert Arizona USA.. First I wanted to let you know that you are really looking great. Your face has really slimmed down. You've just slimmed down completely. And you look great. All that walking has been good for you. I moved to Arizona from California, that was my comfort zone. I knew all of the in's and outs. In Arizona I had anxiety all the time. It's better now. I'm really glad you're enjoying living in Thailand. It's a great new adventure everyday. Healthy Blessings to you.😊🎉❤ 10:51
Must be nice. Very jealous. When I visited, granted I was on vacation, but I definitely got the distinct impression that attitudes there, even around Bangkok, were just way more relaxed, casual, guards-down than my normal experience anywhere in America. Talked to a French dude in my hotel - same take. You emigrated from San Jose, right? So you'll know what I mean when I make the contrast to the pervasive and perpetual default hostility that exists around the SF Bay Area. Man, I really need to set up a 2nd home over there and start spending more time there ....
If you feel stress and very high pressure from working.escape and moving to Thailand or Sea.Asia.This is life you can choosen.and my recommend going Cambodia,Philippines,Laos,Vietnam.must be good for recovering your heart.❤Cheer Serg.Have a nice day.
Buddhism in Thailand contributes a lot to achieve calmness . I'm in Chiang mai, full of old andcgrand temples and monks who are willing to have a chat if you initiate it.
Serg Thai culture is a Buddhism culture Albert Einstein said Buddhism is not the Religion but it is the way of life. If you can help others who need the most help them without thinking of return.
@@LifewithSerg one thing that Buddha said you are born with nothing when you die are go with nothing the only thing that you take it with you is the good and bad what you did in life. So never depend on any one accept yourself , and if can helping others do so.
Hi Serg. During your 1 year and a half in Thailand, Have you ever tried American Fried Rice "Khao Pad American" 😄😄😄 If not, you should try it. Almost every restaurant have this on the menu. 👍👍.
@@FOCUSonASIA13it’s fried rice with ketchup, raisin, small cubes carrots, peas then dish together with fried egg, sausages, and fried chicken. My favourite dish when I was young. Probably because of raisins and ketchup 😂
I'm moving there next week 👍 I've always wanted to live in another country and I'm tired of the endless grind of Western civilization, so earlier this year I visited there and was like yup this'll work
Never even crossed my mind. There was nothing that I needed to bring here anyways. I mean if you think about it, what do you really want to bring to another country? You can buy new clothes, you can buy new furniture, there was nothing I wanted to bring with me.
Great video im a 37 year old moved to Dominican Republic in 2020. Also moved from former soviet union at 7 years old to Toronto but left probably same reasons as you... i havent bought in d.r yet because i want to see Thailand first but i like small town life and Thailand seems like another Toronto let me know what you think... Great video
Hey, that’s a very similar story. I’ve never been to Toronto, but Thailand has very large cities like Bangkok, and tiny little village towns. It all depends what you’re looking for. Come, check it out and see what you think.
That’s the problem with us Americans. Consuming, buying and accumulated a lot of things we don’t even need , I guess we realized that when we get older.
Nice bro, Thailand is a very beautiful country, very expensive, you have a better life, the people there are warm and kind, very loving, you have the best life, and Thailand is better than America, brother. There are even countries close to Thailand, such as Japan, South Korea, China , Indonesia , Philippines you visit them too 😊
My happiest 5years, and cheapest. Speaking of calm down..... Omg, as an adhd, I was so without a worry in ...the....world!!!!! But returned. To a fucked up family. It got me completely back..... And being called the 'problem'. If people just would know how it REALLLLY is. Europe would end EXISTING!
It’s never too late. Make a plan and start working it. I’m confident that all of us can accomplish anything in our lives that we set our minds to. I wish you nothing but the best.
Some people like Philippines, but for me Thailand it’s the best in Asia. But Japan too lol. For living Thailand have everything. Beautiful beaches. Good health care. Good food. Cheap rent. And a lot of culture, the only thing I don’t like it’s. Too far. Lol

time to binge watch ! lol happy friday :-) @@LifewithSerg
Hi Serg, You are a lovely man! Respect!
Wow, thank you!
Healthy Blessings to you.😊🎉❤ 10:51
Hey thar great that you are getting use to living in a different place. Sounds like you have it figure out! Have a great weekend.
I’m moving there next year, thank you for sharing Serg 🙏 will be easier for me I can understand Thai but speak not too well though lol .👍
You’re one step ahead of me if you have that kind of a grasp of the language. You’ll be speaking it in no time.
Admire your thought. May I suggest you to be a monk. Maybe for a few months, you sounds perfectly suitable for this.
I don’t think I would have the patience for it. 😂
Mate you are a Happy men now in thai its good 👍👍👍👍
Yes I am!
Glad you are enjoying your life in Thailand. I always wanted to go to Sicily. I don't think it will happen though. Take care.
Oooooh Sicily. Italy is gorgeous! Try and go. You won’t regret it!
Welcome you to our country , glad you like ...🥳💖🇹🇭💖🥳
Thank you.
As same to me we donated a lot good stuff and give to people who's wanted it.
Then I move to Thailand last March. I'm your subscriber 👌👍👏🏽🙏
That’s great! I bet you feel a lot better not having a ton of possessions.
Yep, after 42 years in Cali, it was time for me to bail. Glad you had a great time in Thailand.
If you feel stress and very high pressure from working.escape and moving to Thailand or Sea.Asia.This is life you can choosen.and my recommend going Cambodia,Philippines,Laos,Vietnam.must be good for recovering your heart.❤Cheer Serg.Have a nice day.
A different plan on visiting some of those other areas next year
Nice vlog !
You can experience your no 1 to 5 in any country in.SEA countries.😊
Yes true.
เป็นกำลังใจให้ ครับ
I’m happy to hear that.
Buddhism in Thailand contributes a lot to achieve calmness .
I'm in Chiang mai, full of old andcgrand temples and monks who are willing to have a chat if you initiate it.
I’m looking forward to finally going to Chiang Mai next month.
And respect crimes seems to be low petty theft is rare the west has lost their way.
Thumbs up 👍 Serg
Many thanks
Serg Thai culture is a Buddhism culture Albert Einstein said Buddhism is not the Religion but it is the way of life. If you can help others who need the most help them without thinking of return.
You’re absolutely right. I’ve always have that mentality and that’s one of the reasons I like Buddhism.
@@LifewithSerg one thing that Buddha said you are born with nothing when you die are go with nothing the only thing that you take it with you is the good and bad what you did in life. So never depend on any one accept yourself , and if can helping others do so.
Welcome to Thailand!!
Don't forget Motor Expo next month, please make a nice vdo. 😂😂😂
Oh yes. Will do it again.
@@LifewithSerg And you should buy 2.8 4×4 hilux for your next trip! Ha ha
Going to a temple will make you calmer. And kindness will make you happy.
I couldn’t agree more.
1:58 Hi Serg! What park is that? Not many parks in BKK allow skating.
I put the Google Maps link in the written description below the video. It’s Benchasiri park right next to the Phrom Pong BTS.
Have a nice day 😊🫰❤️🎊🎉🇹🇭
Thank you! You too!
Hi Serg. During your 1 year and a half in Thailand, Have you ever tried American Fried Rice "Khao Pad American" 😄😄😄 If not, you should try it. Almost every restaurant have this on the menu. 👍👍.
I actually have not.
Travelled Thailand numerous times over past 30 years and that is a new one for me as well. Let me guess, hot dogs in it?
@@FOCUSonASIA13it’s fried rice with ketchup, raisin, small cubes carrots, peas then dish together with fried egg, sausages, and fried chicken. My favourite dish when I was young. Probably because of raisins and ketchup 😂
That is a mix@@Tarnrop
Japanese have a similar fired rice with ketchup not sure of the name@@Tarnrop
I'm moving there next week 👍
I've always wanted to live in another country and I'm tired of the endless grind of Western civilization, so earlier this year I visited there and was like yup this'll work
That’s awesome! Congratulations and I hope you love your new home here
Ok Serg, stay on the path.
Yep. Thanks.
did you ever explore the viability and costs of shipping your stuff over to Thailand?
Never even crossed my mind. There was nothing that I needed to bring here anyways. I mean if you think about it, what do you really want to bring to another country? You can buy new clothes, you can buy new furniture, there was nothing I wanted to bring with me.
I like to retire to Thailand with my wife in the future. This video makes me more convinced, I like Thai culture to :)
Hey, that’s great. This place definitely has its shortcomings, but there is no utopia. I hope you have a wonderful time when you move here.
@@LifewithSergAgree, Thank you. Enjoy yourself :)
@@LifewithSergliving in Bangkok dont you want to able to live close to a beach so you can swim daily.... also traffic and air pollution issues?
I remember watching your first video after moving to Thailand. I was wondering how it would turn out?
I’m still here. Lol. 😂✌️
That’s the problem with us Americans. Consuming, buying and accumulated a lot of things we don’t even need , I guess we realized that when we get older.
Yes that’s the truth
Nice bro, Thailand is a very beautiful country, very expensive, you have a better life, the people there are warm and kind, very loving, you have the best life, and Thailand is better than America, brother.
There are even countries close to Thailand, such as Japan, South Korea, China , Indonesia , Philippines you visit them too 😊
I will go visit next year. Yes
It’s funny how the west really misses the whole point of life sometimes
I need you try "Thailand Dark Side"
Maybe open you eye..!! Hahaha 😆
What makes you think I haven’t tried it? 🤫😬
What kind of Visa are you staying on? Tourist Visa is only 2 months.
Yes. I’m not on a tourist visa.
Hi Serg, if i may ask what visa you are on?
Since I’m over 50, I’m on a retirement visa.
@@LifewithSerg Thanks serg appreciate your honesty. Thats nice 😊
I have wanted to make the move from Antigua to Thailand single early 2020. But I have absolutely no money.
It’s never too late. Make a plan and start working it. I’m confident that all of us can accomplish anything in our lives that we set our minds to. I wish you nothing but the best.
@@LifewithSerg Thanks.
Where is this park? The name please.
Look in the written description below the video, there’s a Google Maps link there. It’s called Benchasiri park.
My life hasn't changed yet, oh that's right, because I haven't moved yet.. but will be eventually 🤣
Dave in Thailand! Woooo
how can you sustain your life in thailand
หอบทรัพย์สินมาอยู่ไทยแล้วบอสท่านนี้ดูเหมือนจะชอบเมืองไทยเป็นพิเศษครับผม
Yes love it.
What Sheriff's Department did you work at? I'm a Federal Officer at the VA Police.
Oh nice. Never been to VA. I worke
What kind of visa u get to Thailand
There are many different options, and what works for one person isn’t always suited for another.
😊 The best way, Serg, to master thai language is to marry a pretty thai girl.
Oh I dunno about that. I’ve held off marriage for 52 years. 😂🤣
Some people like Philippines, but for me Thailand it’s the best in Asia. But Japan too lol. For living Thailand have everything. Beautiful beaches. Good health care. Good food. Cheap rent. And a lot of culture, the only thing I don’t like it’s. Too far. Lol
Ha ha that’s funny.
